ID90 Travel

I have found this app to be the most user friendly out of all 100+ work websites I have been given! Although, ID90 Travel offers a more limited selection of airlines compared to MyIdTravel, it’s the accessibility and user friendliness of ID90 that wins me over time and time again. I actually find myself quite disappointed if I’m having to fly an airline that falls under MyIDTravel simply because it just doesn’t live up to my standards that ID90 has provided me since 2014. ID90 allows not only myself to list quickly, but as well as my travel companions. This app also allows quick booking for buddy passes and/or to check loads. Even refunds for bookings that went unused were easy and quickly resolved. So in addition to the above and to ultimately making my family and I’s flying life easier, ID90 also makes renting a car and booking a hotel just as convenient. Despite what other apps for hotels or car rentals that are suggested to me, I always use ID90 everytime. It’s easy, efficient and less hassle! Thank you for the great years of service you all have provided!

Other then being a block from Times Square. I’m not sure anything at this hotel was what we expected. Sound proof rooms. I thought was a weird thing to have as a room description. We could hear EVERYTHING going on in rooms next to us from babies crying to the casual conversation between 2 British ladies that kept us entertained. Our heads bouncing off the headboard from the kids jumping on the beds in next room. Till very late. No balcony per room description. Deadbolt missing from door between adjoining rooms. Wallpaper dirty and pealing from walls. Spray coating on bottom of tub pealing. Clock radio on nightstand just for decoration because it had no cord to plug it in. Waking up first night freezing … heater wasn’t working. Called next morning and they said someone would be up to ck out. Never came. Around 12-1 pm freezing (63 deg in rm)and hungry we got dressed and stopped by front desk on way out. They seemed confused for a minute,made a call and said. Oh they couldn’t fix it and we will need to change rooms. Changed rooms. Not any better. Even had a loud continuous noise that I think was Heating/ ventilation unit on roof running and vibrating. We questioned a few things with the front desk and was told this the basic room and we pd discount prices.

One of my favorite apps to use on the go traveling. This is my go-to for the best deals. Great rates on premium rooms with premium accommodations. Just make sure to check all your options available and scroll through each option along side its description of what accommodations include. As you think prices only get higher going down, sometimes you find the best offering of room+accommodations 1/10th the price. Definitely recommend!!

I like ID90…but there are some issues. Mostly, I would like to see more information on the hotels they list, and especially on rental cars. When renting in the US I don’t take the optional insurance, but in Europe I want that. But, with id90 I don’t see that option. One time I tried by clicking “next” and then got a confirmation of reservation. Plus, I don’t trust the company that actually contracts with the rental car companies. I don’t recall their name, but they are in Ireland, and their terms and conditions are frighteningly long. I feel very suspicious when I see that. If id90 could fix these issues they would be by primary planning tool. Instead, I look to Expedia first, and when I find a property I like I then go to id90 to see if it also appears there. On cruise advertising, ID90 is not truthful. The ad will say from $49/pppn (as an example), but when you click on the cruise there is never a space for that price. Be honest…you have the best prices anyways, so no need to lie about fake prices. Fix these and you are 5 star in my book.

Very helpful app but do your diligence and call the hotel/location before you buy. Most of the mid priced hotels will put you in the discount section or room. We have had a number of situations where the picture on ID90 looks nothing like the pictures that are posted nor the quality. We have had good results from simply stating that the room or quality is not the product show or advertised and suddenly we have the opportunity to stay in a very similar looking situation to the photo shown when booked. Call before and find out the most updated info on parking fees, construction going on! resort fees and if the restaurant or breakfast is going to be available!?! If the “free airport shuttle” is even operating during your stay. A number of frustrating hotel stays will bring a new education to how shady some situations can become. I don’t believe ID90 is to blame just the car salesman management of a number of hotel groups. You can buy the car but the wheels are extra...so is the installation.

I recently took a trip to Houston Texas, and a friend of mine told me to download this app. He assured me that it was great and had really good deals well in the month of June. I booked a hotel, one for my sister and one for myself, not only did the hotel we were planning on staying in which was a Marriott they did not have a reservation the reservation number that I had was not a Marriott reservation number and I am still in the middle of requesting/waiting for my funds to be refunded back to me. This app is a scam and I hope no one else uses it I have not found it to be helpful at all, and now it sounds like I’m going to have to have a lawyer contact them just to get my funds back. It’s been a little over two weeks and I haven’t heard a thing and I have not been responded. This is a scam, this is a scam, do not download this ID 90 travel app. And all the other comments in this thing they couldn’t be true Because these people are not helpful at all.

I always book my hotels through ID90 travel. I usually have really good experiences with them except for one specific time just recently. I booked a hotel 1 day before going to stay there and I called the hotel on the day of the trip to verify my confirmation. They said they hadn’t received my info. I tried to get in contact with ID90 travel but their communication was poor as well as response time from customer service. Thankfully they worked everything out considering I almost didn’t have anywhere to stay. I wish I could’ve received a complimentary stay at my next hotel or something to compensate for the precious inconvenience but it’s okay. I just hope it doesn’t happen again!

I’ve been using ID90 Travel for the past six years and haven’t had any problems with them. With my first issue with them, I saw the gross incompetence of the Customer Service team. People who are unwilling to help, even when given a solution. I had booked a hotel and tried to change the date but they were unwilling to do so, even though the hotel were willing and ready to change the dates. I was unable to do it since I had booked through ID90 (a third party) and so had to do the change through them. A lot of back and forth just showed me that they were unwilling to even pick up the phone and call the hotel themselves. I’m very disappointed in them and definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone again. As a matter of fact, I’ll be telling people to avoid them.

The only issue with this app is the integration with Allegiant’s booking system for employees. The two systems do not integrate confirmation numbers resulting in requiring going to the ticket counter to get a paper boarding pass in order to get through security. Seats are still assigned at the gate so this is inconvenient not only for the flying employee but also the employees working the ticket counter. If the app and Allegiant could integrate confirmation number to enable online check in and digital boarding pass (with no seat assigned as in the past), I would rate this app as a 5.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was very rude to me and my party they put us in bulding 2 all the way in the back when i requested a swim up pool they stated they didn’t have anymore when the hotel is not at full capacity and another staff member told me they do have some they kept asking me and my friend are we together as in lesbians due to i have short hair i was confused that’s was very inappropriate the rooms smelled wet and the food was not authentic Jamaican food it was nasty like they slopped anything together there was a foul smell coming from the certain parts of the resort it smell was very unpleasant the men kept trying to come to our room to deliver stuff we never asked for such as wine we was scared we didn’t open the door i would never stay here again or recommend anyone to

I like the ID90 app, sometimes I accumulate a few dollars here and there, but for once I would like to accumulate a room because I spend a considerable amount of money here, also when I write a review about a place I stay, if it’s a good one it’ll post, if it not a good one it’ll never post ... now fair to the consumer.. especially when it asks if you would like to write a review and will not allow it to post. other then... I’m fine with it and will continue to use it

Great tool if you know how to use it. But I have so many questions. 1) how do i book a flight? Or do I just show up to airport? 2) for non reving with family is it common to be able to get a flight or is it hit or miss kind of thing? Will we possibly have to be waiting around all day to fly? 3) is there any way to buy or upgrade seats? 4) on cruises are they per person? Also, can the same rate apply to someone not on my family list?

I love ID90 Travel! I appreciate the notifications about flt loads and the option to modify my trip before the date. My only suggestion is to be able to modify my trip to find another flight even after check-in in case I do not make the flight because of space unavailable, for exemple there are 1 to many non rev on that flight, then I lose the booking instead I could proceed with the same booking on another flight!

The 1st night we were there we asked if we needed to schedule airport shuttle just let us night before we’ll get you there. The2nd night we were there we stopped by front desk to schedule airport shuttle and was told only seasonal and wouldn’t accommodate time we needed to go. Then at 2:20am fire alarm in hotel goes off for 15 minutes!! After 5 minutes kept trying to call front desk no one answered finally got worried since alarm is still going. Start heading down stairs run into young couple almost down and they tell us it’s a false alarm and to hurry back to our room and lock the door!! Their friend just got robbed it was a set up. Terrified to even go back to sleep.

Great rate through Id90 but were treated as if we paid the full rate. The bar / restaurant very nice and the food was good for both breakfast and dinner. Easy to get around using Uber although other ways to get around available. Shuttle to DCA available at the top of the hour so we didn’t have to pay to park a car at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. In total, excellent and we will stay there next time we are in DC.

Hi, I had a situation that I signed my companion up for standby flight from Charlotte to Chicago Ohare. A day before departure I noticed there wasn’t many seats open. Too be on the safe side to get him home, he purchased a confirmed ticket. When we got to the airport I told the gate agent to take him off the standby list because he purchased a seat. He boarded the plane with his purchased ticket. I got on the flight also but we didn’t sit together. As I passed the gate desk, I reminded the gate agent that he got on the flight with his confirmed seat not standby. Right before they closed the door, they called his name to make sure he was on board. He raised his hand. Right before we took off I tried to cancel this portion of the flight and it wouldn’t let me. It said flown. I have confirmation codes for both, confirmed ticket and standby. It probably shows him on the manifest (if we got one) twice. I wanted a refund and messaged our pass bureau with no response. Is there a way I can get a refund through you? Thank you, Kaelyn

I’m new to the Aviation field. I attempted to create an account with ID90 months ago but locked myself out somehow. I had email correspondence back and fourth for weeks I gave up. Finally I get around to calling the company for assistance and within 5 min of troubleshooting with the customer service representative my log in issues were resolved. Thank you so much for hiring knowledgeable patient employees. Aloha 🤙🏽

I’m a retired airline employee, so therefore, I use it for everything except my flights which I handle through my own company app, but the cruises, the resorts, car rentals and hotels have been a wonderful benefit with great discounts and easy to access. I’ve invited and shared Id 90 with many friends and family to this app and they are all happy I did. Thank you id 90.

Thank goodness I arrived early. United said I did not pay and my ticket number would not work. After Carolyn with United called my company American, they figured out that my ticket had a full middle name and not just an initial. Flight home from Ord t o Dec was cancelled and there is only 2 flights a day but The agent at gate 27 rebooked me for the next morning. Had to pay for my own hotel as a non rev. Beggars can’t be choosy . I’d travel is hard to use for a novice not used to id 90’s

I was havingThe hardest time listing for flights on United. This was really frustrating because I commute from Houston to Washington DC. I’m a flight attendant for American Airlines, and using the reciprocal agreement is very imperative to me getting to and from work. I have been calling the customer service number and never got a hold to alivePerson, only being able to speak to the voicemail. I sent Emma an email and she replied expeditiously.

I have really enjoyed using ID90! I fly non-rev, and so far this app has been accurate and simple to use. The way the app is laid out makes it easy to understand and navigate. I’ve used myTravelID in the past, and ID90 is so much better. If I was to suggest a change or added feature, please add a “rubric” or legend, so we better understand what the loads percentages are. At first, it was confusing to understand what 5-20% meant...

When I hit the submit button to reserve a non-refundable room, the app crashed. We received no confirmation that the room was booked. I reopened the app and tried again. We then discovered that the system booked us twice, costing us an extra $1,500. I’ve spent over week dealing with this over phone and email. I’ve had to re-explain my case several times. They have decided to keep my money in bad faith, instead of accommodating a reasonable customer service request to cancel and refund the booking that was made due to their app crashing. I’d rate zero if I could.

The app opens up to the last page I visited and there’s no way to return to the home page even 24 hours later. It’s just stuck on whatever page you were looking at during your last visit! Also when I try to check flight loads (example MUC to ARN), only one airline generates. Sun Country Airline. What a joke!

Debbie was wonderful and easy to work with we booked our office vacation to the Mexican Rivera with Carnival cruises. We had some last minute problems and she was right on it and called carnival and was able to switch out a person who was ill and unable to make it. Now that I’m a retiree I really was expecting a BIG difference in ease and cost of future tickets. This website is very intuitive and I can do it all by myself (miracles DO happen). They agents I initially spoke with were extremely helpful and patient. Imagine ME hearing “Don’t worry, I have lots of time”. It’s never happened in my life as I’m embarrassingly computer illiterate. GREAT WEBSITE!

The ID90 is a great non rev travel site , I have great experiences With them traveling to South America and Europe. Their support team have always been very good with my travel issues,they have personally taken care of my traveling needs . I had numerous questions and each were professionally attended to by April. I never once felt ill-at-ease because of her obvious expertise. Even as I anticipated that issues might not be satisfied, I was placed on no more than a 30-second hold and the issues were resolved. She epitomizes great customer service and a lot can be learned by her example!

The room and property is just as nice as the pictures. It is located right on the beach. It’s safe and beautiful. The GR hotel is connected to The Royal where the food is much better. The food at the GR is just ok. We booked it thinking it was a hotel. This is a Time Share property so be prepared to be approached to hear a presentation at check in. I think that we should have been made aware of this when making reservation. However, You can say no to the presentation and not be bothered.

So convenient, book a flight with the touch of my phone, wow! Favorite app. makes traveling easy. Kudos to the designers cause its pretty too. Added: still learning to use all the benefits; currently looking up a hotel as we are spontaneously driving, unexpectedly to Spokane tomorrow and need a place for one night. Looks like the lovely ID90 app allows us a 30%discount. Sweet!

I’ve used this service few times and have never been disappointed. In fact, we just got back from Madrid. I booked the hotel through ID90. They gave me an upgrade when they saw my reservation. Not sure if it was my charm or because it was booked and paid for in advanced. It was a top notch hotel located in the center of the city where all the action was. 👌🏼

Pleasant entryway and kind, helpful staff at front desk. Beautiful pool area and the room was nice. Bed comfortable but the dark shade curtains would not close all the way so could not have full privacy from out side viewing. Bathroom nice and big. Some of the security bars in tub area had loose components but very nice multi-use heads were a benefit. Loved the bistro area in the morning. Chic and good food.

They Advertised a Room at a Ramada Plaza in College PARK, GA that the hotel themselves did not have. I had to involve the college park police on the fraud. I was scammed and I do not wanna see this happen to anyone else. Please run? They don’t even answer calls. I got through to IDTravel90 once. The hotel said they are a 3rd party to Priceline. They will try to keep your hard earn pay. I had to get my banks lawyers involved and literally give them the police report number to investigate. Stay away from this business I beg you! They are not even worth one star very hellish, nightmarish experience.

Dear concerned With reference to my two old notes is it possible to explain for me how can I register with out company email as I am retired and I have no more company email but still I have my company number ( Employee number) My question is this application works for active airlines employees and not for retired employee? As retired employees have no company email. Thank you for your acknowledge and replay 🛑 Good day with reference to the email I received which confirmed 100 percent it’s also suitable for retirement employees and there is retirement option first no option for those whose is retired but still insisted to but official company email

My vacation in NYC was amazing. Started out perfect I arrived early and got an early check in. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming . The hotel was located perfectly next to all the subways , sites, stores& shops. The room was beautiful. King size bed , clean and spacious. I would definitely make this my Go to hotel when in NY. I love this hotel!!! Amazing !

This hotel is gorgeous with excellent service and amazing safety procedures before going up to your room . Elegant room with sitting area if you just want to relax . There’s a great shopping center and restaurants at the lower level of the hotel. You don’t have to leave the hotel and you will definitely have a good time .

I love this app. It’s easy to navigate. When you refer friends the 20$ credit is available within 12hrs after they have checked out. At least so far!! Only problem is, the screen goes white quite frequently and I have to power off my cellphone in order for it to properly work again. It’s a huge inconvenience. For this reason I gave a 4 star.

My wife had a medical problem come out of the blue the night before our trip. We were in the ER most of the night. When we were able to contact ID90 to cancel our travel I was expecting to pay for the first night but received a full refund after we explained the issue. Great service and understanding.

Great app. Easy to use and bug-free (so far). The only feedback would be to add "add to calendar" functionality natively from the app. For some reason, Gmail doesn't add the listing to the calendar from the email like it does with other listings/reservations. It might be the email format. Great app and a commuter's best friend!

Great prices, only annoying issue is you have to constantly change your traveling group number and it won’t save the data. It always assumes 2 travelers, if you have 3, you have to input that information at each deal and then it looks to see if there is availability for that number and the possibly different price.

The web site is good, but could be enhanced with more options for booking or checking loads. Example, if Iam checking loads for a certain month, day and times more options should appear. Like if checking loads Hnl- Las on Jan. 20, option of 7 days before and after should appear....so, Jan. 13 onward to Jan. 20 or Jan. 20 onward to Jan. 27. Just a suggestion....

For The most part it's up-to-date and accurate although there are times that up to the minute accuracy isn't actual. The response rate is pretty good when I'm asking to see the loads and standby list. When I've tried to call for assistance to ID 90, the people I've talked to have tried to be helpful and usually my problem is resolved. I give it a 4 star rating.

I always use ID 90 travel for hotel reservations . ID 90 has a great selection of hotels at a good price. The website is easy to navigate. I like the selection of photos posted for each hotel. The room description are vague. More detail would be helpful so there are no surprises at check in. ID 90 does a good job revealing resort fees as well as parking fees.

I’ve had to travel back home a lot to take care of my mom who’s terminally ill & money is tight. I always get great deals on car rentals but even more important, it’s always a simple & easy process. Thanks for helping to make a difficult time a little easier!

This app is amazing for those who have credentials in Aviation! This app has all the Deals for those who are going on an Adventure from anywhere in the U.S. Every easy to navigate, and the filters are very detailed, so you understand what you are paying for and what is all included.

It’s easy to find flights and check availability! It would be nice to have the actual information as the ticket agent at the gate because it seems that they don’t always match 5% - 20% The percentage is definitely not accurate enough.

Why are we not able to choose multi cities when booking a flight. It would be nice to be able to book 1 reservation with all flight segments so that when we check in, the luggage can route to final it’s destination mirroring our flight segments and without having to claim bags and recheck baggage at each point.

My IC90 was long time non active and since last week i try to re activated my account …after 10 days support’s team name Matt finally that long process now i can use it….thank you team support to put it back my account….really appreciate it

Pros- Love the ease of searching on this app. The hotel search is my favorite. Very easy to use and book. I just booked two different hotels. One in Charleston and another for Basel, Switzerland. Two separate trips. I saved quite a bit of money. Plus they always offer cancellations that is normally a more expensive rate. Cons- I’ve found better deals using Costco travel for renting cars. But I really haven’t compared in awhile, so that may have changed. Just do your homework, 90% of the time, this app will save you money.

I have been locked out of my account due to no use in the last 18 months and customer service was on it. I emailed them they responded very quickly and I had access again within minutes.

This app helps me commute to and from work it makes commuting a little more manageable. I don’t like constantly re-doing passwords. It’s apparently a thing this web is doing and I must do but I don’t know what I would do without this very important tool for traveling to work.
