I love this app!! I’ve used every feature that it has, bill pay, money transfer, paying on credit cards or loans, and even check deposit. I can’t figure out how (if) you can change the name of the accounts. I’ve accidentally transferred money to and from the wrong accounts before which usually isn’t a big deal but it could have been.
I’m a huge fan of the app. It offers everything needed on a modern online banking platform. The only issue I have is IH recently changed how account numbers display in account history. The full account number is masked and only the suffix shows. This makes it impossible to find out where the money came from or went to when you have member to member transfers going in and out of your account. The only way to truly find out is to contact an employee, not with anyone’s time. Please unmask the last four digits of the account number.
Love the app and use it daily; however, every time I log in the app tells me I have a new message. I check the message, it shows read, and after I log back in (even if it’s a few minutes later) it is showing as a new message.
By far the best app ever on any financial institution, you’re able to chat with a teller and basically do everything you would in branch on this app. This credit union is by far the best I recommend it to anybody not to mention the staff are awesome.
At a touch of the screen (finger print enabled) I have access to all my accounts. Simple to use. Pay my bills, transfer money, and deposit checks without having to go to the bank.
IHMVCU has excellent customer service. If there is ever an issue with any of my accounts, they’re very helpful and prompt to find a solution. I have been with IHMVCU for 10+ years and have no intentions of leaving!
When I first got my car loan through I H I could easily sign into my pay my loan now I can’t even do that I put in the same email I had to change my password seven times and it still won’t let me sign in so now I may have to drive all the way to Keewanee Illinois just to go and pay my car payment I don’t recommend this app
The app is very simple to use. The one thing I wish the app had is the money management feature that is available on the IH desktop version of online banking.

the app is great until i need to deposit a check - it keeps telling me to rotate it so it can take a photo of the check and i've been spinning and twirling and turning my phone around in vain for the past 20 minutes. i even restarted my phone twice and it won't change from the "please rotate" screen
I have to login to a separate website through IHMVC to pay my auto loan because I do t qualify with the app bill pay . Really annoying for us auto loan only people.
This is not a five-star rating because I have to navigate multiple screens to pay one bill and on other sites it can all be done with one screen and many fewer clicks.
I hate this application it never updates the correct amount after online transactions I’ve had to call numerous times about the bank taking my money but I get refunded due to a glitch in the system
At first it was a good app but every since the last update the the pending transactions are not right and I asked 4 off my friends and they all have the same problem
