Touch ID

The option to use the touch ID to log in is bugged. The app was great, but after this update, every time I log into my account the app asks for the manual password, even though I set the touch ID to be used as key everytime!

Too complicated by them to make something easier

They think are working with brazilian regulations. There are other simple apps and easier ways to send money. It takes 10 days to transfer money from your account to Inter account, besides they cancel your transaction because they found 2 profiles (one that I really created and it is being used and OTHER that they copied when created the new app, that for me it is open for fraud since the other app is no longer valid, I didn't ask to copy my data), why they copied profiles? I don’t feel safe with my data copied cross apps. There are plenty of apps with no stress to send money and they don't create one app today, another tomorrow, instead make proper update.

Cant access account suddenly

I don’t use it much as it’s my kids account I keep savings in but now I can’t get in. It kept having error when trying to login for a long time and now it Keeps asking to change password than gets sick in this cycle. I’ve done it like 5 times now. I am locked out of my account. Absolutely unacceptable

Poor Customer Service

Horrible customer services!!! worthless company, they holding my money for 1 week and after that they cancel my order and now I will have to wait another week to receive my money back. Do not waste your time trying them out

There is an issue

Since migrating to the new app, I have not been able to send money to Brazil. I contacted the customer service, and the rep said they will report the issue to technology, however, I have not heard back from them.

Buggy App and Unreliable Service

The app is very buggy and crashes frequently. I have also been unable to send money to Brazil. I keep getting an error message when I try. Not reliable anymore!

Not like before

Péssimo

Banco inter por que disponibilizar versão do app para ios anterior ao ios10, para simplesmente negar o acesso no login do app. Não entendo, deixar o cliente baixa um app que não vai funcionar, retire então esta versão da apple store.

Caso seja Investidor, sem conta corrente, antes permitia acesso, agora bloqueio total. Impossível consultar saldo, extrato de investimentos, etc.

Meu irmão me disse pra abrir conta no Inter e não tinha noção da facilidade e agilidade que esse banco traz, fora a política sem taxa. Valeuuuu muito a pena!

Atualização

Jamais concelho alguém depositar saldo na conta do aplicativo, se um dado da pessoa estiver desatualizado além de ficar bloqueado vai levar um eternidade para águem resolver todos os dias uma pessoa diferente vai entrar em contato através de e-mail mas nunca resolve o seu problema sempre a mesma resposta.

Quase 1 mês e não consigo fazer nada 👎

Abri a conta há quase 1 mês. Quero investir em ações mas o homebroker nunca destravou. Tentei pagar 2 contas (uma da Suno e outra do insideapp) e nada de conseguir. A tal Babi não serve exatamente pra nada. E quando vc liga, os atendentes acham que vc é estupido, fala pra vc refazer o tal cadastro perfil do investidor (pela 1937392 vez) e esperar 72horas. De 72 em 72 horas só passei raiva até agora. Pra ter um app “free” que não funciona, melhor fazer algo que preste e taxado. Pra piorar, cadastrei no app da easyinvest e foi tudo liberado em 5 minutos 🤦‍♂️ se amanha não resolver, tchau!
