After cleaning out browser cookies, deactivating my mobile number at the Investar mobile enrollment link website and re-enrolling and deleting mobile phone number from account contact info, the app cannot complete authentication. UPDATE: 11/19/2017 AP is working! Now all that is needed is support for facial/fingerprint access.
I am moving to another Bank because of this app and the online banking program which doesn’t work well with Apple. The bank has terrible computer programmers and they have messed up my accounts.
The app does not work at all. “Device ID not found” is all it says. I will not even do business with this bank again, considering they can’t give me access to my accounts in the simplest way.
Slow to load, and with no face ID available. Minimal features and functionality within. Sorely in need of an update. App support page doesn’t even work. shows 404, not found! Pretty typical for this bank.
