What happened?

You took games away and the choices are terrible as of today. What happened to all of the nice games??? Not fun anymore

May be ok on a pc. Not good on a phone.

Many features, special offers, and free bonus chips are not available on the mobile version. Customer service is generally fast to respond, however they need to get their stories straight because the contradict one another frequently. Also be very cautious if you plan on spending any real money… the previous version was shut down without warning and after months of waiting for the new version to arrive it finally got here but with none of the chips that I had previously purchased and won. I was told by one rep that our previous balances would be transferred and then told by a different rep that they would not be. Very frustrating indeed especially since I played, and purchased, in good faith that they would stand behind their word. I believe in supporting developers by making purchases, and in this case it was to the tune of several hundred dollars, but once they stab me in the back I’m done with them.

FUN

Because of work and finances I find it hard to make it to the casino, so this is a great alternative especially when linked to my account there. Not only is it free, but it's very similar to the slots at the casino itself. Only downside is the countdown for the bonus. If you have the app open the timer will only go down if you're watching it. Leave the screen and it seems that it stops until you opened it again.

Terrible Customer service

I paid for 125k in chips not only did I not get the chips, they said because I had the application it was between me and Apple. Apple said it was sent they said it was not! Don’t pay for chips they will not help you and it is more trouble than it’s worth. I even sent them the receipt of my purchase. They did not give me a solution and would not Comp me chips. Terrible customer service!I I requested a refund from Apple… play for free don’t waste your money.

Ridiculous

This is a ridiculous casino app. You spin a wheel for tokens and you can actually predict what you’ll get. I hate when they’re “free” but are so tight in their effort to force you to buy tokens. Guess their casino must be broke 🤷🏼‍♀️

What a joke

Gotta love when you can’t even win on a game that doesn’t even pay real money... chance to win real prizes x amount of spins. Almost as bad as the real casino losing me $80 in 30 mins recently on lower bets. Who really pays money for fake credits and fake money instead of using it to win real money? The fact that the casinos slots don’t actually take $1 bills is a joke too.

Mostly ok

Have the same problem as others, win big game shuts down. Still like to play when I can’t make it to the real casino. I spend a little money here and there but nothing to brake the bank. Takes a while to level up to get to the games I want to play but enjoying the ones I can play.

Game won’t open

Every time I try to open iPlaySeneca in the past week, it starts to open, then I get an error message that tells me it failed. When I tried to message you on the support link, it gave me a message that this site may have been compromised and does not have a current certificate and not to trust/open the iPlaySeneca game. Can someone check and fix it so I can go back to playing my favorite games?!! Thank you.

I love playing in the comfort of my home when I can't make it to the falls. My favorite casino! I just put it on auto spin and fingers crossed. I actually do very well. And I love the fact they keep it interesting by unlocking levels

Great way to waste time

Games are great. My new favorite way to waste time. The contests where you earn entries to win things seams like a scam though. I wouldn’t get your hopes up on winning anything other than credits.

Zeus 1000 and Bier Haus 200

As of now I would not recommend this site - I play Seneca- to anyone. I have had it on my iPad for three days and have thrown off at least six times. On Zeus, I had the bonus twice and the game was shut down. On Bier Haus I had 35 free games awarded, played them then the game shut me out without awarding my winnings. No other game on this iPad has done this . Check this out .

Many bugs and account problems

I have lost numerous major wins due to big issues. Have sent questions with no response as in help. Can’t link my social account STILL and the games I have been playing since first downloading are now locked until a certain level. (Not the unlocked for limited time crap either)

Frequently knocked out of games

I used to enjoy these games, but have had trouble of late. Get into bonuses, win big and then I am immediately shut down. This is happening more and more. My points are never added to my account when I win. Most frustrating, keep reporting this but get no reply.

Item no longer available

What happened? I got to level 900 yesterday and had over 1.6 trillion points. I tried to play today and both my ipad and iPhone say this item is no longer available!!!!! It’s not like it’s real money why can’t I get to my account anymore? Very annoyed and disappointed.

Disappointed

I am very disappointed with this new updated app. I had a very large amount of credits to play with. Now I have such a low amount it is a joke. The credits should have transferred. Some of my favorite games are gone.

Many issues

Many issues when it comes time to receive bonuses, so you never receive them. Also, they send you emails 500 spins on certain games and receive 500,000 which again you never receive. I’ve lost numerous major wins!!

Does not let you link your account!

After multiple tries I give up! Update: VERY buggy. Launched it and it quits. New games for limited time often don’t launch and then app quits. Disappointing!

Spin errors are ridiculous

This app use to be good...USE to be good. Now anytime time a decent amount of credits are won (example: on a bonus) the app just freezes and then eventually displays “spin error” and you win nothing.
