I wouldn’t say it’s the best banking app out there, but it’s efficient, and get’s the job done without issue. On the rare event I have to call the bank, the issue is resolved within minutes in all cases but one. They don’t steal my money with countless fees, and charges, and most of the time the tellers at the bank itself are curious and helpful.
Too many times I have tried to login to my account to check the balance and other things on my account and there are always issues with it and will not let me login. Majority of the time is on the weekends and there’s no one to call to get help to login. They claim to have 24 hour service but they don’t!
I’ve had the worst experience with JDB app. NO other bank locks out their customers from their banking app if they don’t log in every 30 days. I haven’t been able to check my account in months, I’m tired of calling to have my password reset... Completely ridiculous and most likely will end my business with an otherwise great local bank...
App & online banking doesn’t work to login more times than not. I need to see my money to pay bills. This is simply unacceptable to have outdated technology but otherwise a good bank.. sad to have to start switching over everything to a bank with better tech - capital one or chase.
Bank is not about the customers. All these hidden fees that so say can’t be waived no matter how long you’ve been with the bank. No matter how hard times are for the consumer it’s always a no go to get fees waived. It’s sad but will soon be leaving this bank for that very reason.
The app works fine for its basic functions, but the Touch ID hasn’t worked in several weeks. First world struggle, but it would be nice for that feature to work again
I have tried to get somebody to fix this but no one seems to know what to do My JD Bank App thinks my phone is jailbroke I bought a new phone same thing I don’t know what to do I’ve called JD they were very nice but didn’t know how to fix it
The app has not worked for the last few days, all I did different was download update. Can anyone tell me if they are working on a new download to fix the latest bug?
This week, it’s Wednesday, the online banking to check accounts, look at ANY information, has been down for days! So ridiculous. The when you call or ask a teller in the line about it they are RUDE! Switching banks after Corona!
The bank upgrades app so that people with older phones can no longer use this app. Must be partners with a phone company getting kick- backs for phone upgrades
Bad enough the app makes me re- enter my password instead of accepting my fingerprint as it is supposed to now you must enter a verification code in addition to all of this. And if my wife uses app the code comes to my phone. I have to stop at work and try to send code to her before it times out.
Anybody else have this problem? I can't get my password information to open the app. I've been to the bank several times to reset my password and then when I try to do it on my own after a day has gone by it won't open. I've been to the bank probably four times to repeat this process and figure out what the problem is but they can't figure it out either. Anyone else?
Every time i try to deposit my check through the app, it says it failed! One time it said it went through and was pending and when i checked it later on, it said it failed again. This needs to be fixed because i know I'm taking the picture of my check right because other banks have it and used it through them! Thanks in advance!!!
