Works OK, let's you check account balances and transfer between accounts. Requires you to set up a new password different from what you use for the online banking website. Does not have an iPad version. My other CU and bank have much better apps. Almost better off just using the website vs this app.
The app layout and designs was pretty much perfect. This new app design up is by far without a doubt the worst design banking app I have ever seen in my entire life. It is clunky, settings make no sense, and is imitating a browser instead of being custom designed for a phone. The designers of this need to go back to the drawing board or they need to be retrained because the talent that made the last app with common sense is no longer present. What an embarrassment of an overhaul and I can’t wait for all the elderly or older users get confused by this. Horrible decision. Bring the old one back. Might go all in on another banking institution just because of this cause I do everything online.
I’ve been with your bank since 2021 and I loved it because the online banking so so simple and easy no hassle whatsoever but today I decided to go on my account and it logs me out completely even though I have my info saved them had to redo what’s been good. Go to put my info in with this new update the app won’t even let me in and now I’m currently locked out my account at 1 am because I’m stressing about some stupid app because someone thought it was a good idea to switch up… just be better and go back to the way things were because now I personally might switch banks.
The past few months this app has worked for about half the time at the oddest hours the error message SymComHost Offline appears and no restarting my phone doesn’t help. Overall hoping they finally get another update to fix this issue
Face ID stops working and have to keep putting in login information. I’ve made sure the app is updated and I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still have the same problem. Please fix this issue! Thanks
Very disappointed in this app. The amount of times it is not working is extremely upsetting. The potential is there, yet I find it not working more than anything. I love having the app for quick transfers and such but it is often unavailable. I hope it is updated and a top notch app very very soon so I can truly benefit from it!
This app is practically useless. 80% it isn't working and it's not very user friendly. I've called before to change information which the teller then replies with "just change it in the app." When the app will not allow you to change such information.
This app only works right about 5% of the time. Click on app support and it takes you to a 404 Error Page Not Found on their website. This app has been around for awhile. No excuse for it not to be working properly. A real disservice to the members.
Very good app...when it is actually working. 95% of the time you are greeted with a system unavailable while trying to log in. Very disappointing since most of the time it's when I really need to move money around. Nice when it works but the amount of time it's down is ridiculous.
