Love the ease of using this app and that the products are well organized. Like any app, there is always room for improvement so here are mine. I would love to see four additions. 1. Better photos or multiple photos of the products. Close ups and various body views. 2. I would like to see the material description added to the main description...such as Jersey knit, cotton, percentage of spandex. True to size, or recommend sizing up or down one. 3. Customer reviews of the product under each. 4. Whom to contact if one has a question about the product. I know these can be done as I have seen the, on other apps. Thank you to the staff for always moving forward on their business in trying to provide the customer a better way to get their products. Adding the app is a wonderful plus. You rock!

I refused an order that was returned back to them. They confirmed on messenger they got it but won’t issue me a refund for $47. I purchased the exact same order on their TikTok for 1/2 price of their web store. Requested they cancel their WEB ORDER before it even shipped but they never replied. Customer service doesn’t exist. I’ve disputed with my credit card company and provided the proof it’s in their possession by the USPS tracking. Take your business elsewhere. Reporting to BBB and everywhere else I can. Would leave 0 stars as they don’t even deserve 1. Karma, sweetie, karma! This isn’t TikToks fault, as you’re trying to blame. Your the one with your items back in hand and keeping my money.

I’m in love with this app! Not only do I love this boutique and it’s by far my favorite one I’ve found so far. All of the girls are amazing! They try on everything so you actually see how it fits! Having plus size that actually fits nice is amazing for me. I struggle finding clothes that fit! The app is so easy to use and makes watching live sales so much easier! The set up is great, makes it so easy to shop and pay for your items! These girls are doing an amazing job!
I found Kali Rose Boutique at the beginning of April, right after I was forced to shut my own business down due to Covid. I work so much, I never have time to shop. My clothes were getting so ratty looking! I found Kali Rose’s Live’s and I’ve been watching them ever since! The fact that they are local to me for pick up is awesome too! I’ve got some nice stuff to go back to work with, and a great new place to shop with!
I absolutely love shopping with Michelle and her team! I love how they go into so much detail with their products, help anyone with sizing questions, and all around just amazing personalities! The app is great, easy to keep track of all of your orders at hand and pay for your orders, being able to view all the merchandise on the app is great and super easy to use! Love the clothes and all other items that Michelle carries. The clothes are Great quality and priced reasonable. There are many sizing options on everything she Carries, she put her heart into everything she sell. They also offer Sezzle -it’s like using a Credit card but there’s no interest. Yay!! This app makes it SO easy to shop from this boutique! It is constantly being updated with new inventory, it is user friendly, and the quality of the clothes is amazing! All the items are shipped SO quick after purchasing! I highly recommend this boutique and the app is a plus!

They spend a lot of time flying around to different states when there's a pandemic going on to show us "brand new styles" that I already see in other stores, in stock and ready to ship. All of this while their shipping is backed up forever. They're also incredibly rude and unreliable to customers. I applied to be a TikTok model, they promised $10-24 in shop credit for doing it, and after I emailed them twice on it, they gave me $5. I've spent thousandssss of dollars with them. Incredibly disappointed. Will be letting everyone know not to shop with them.
Michelle and Brandi are awesome, I love watching and there is a ton of variety in the outfits and accessories... the app is amazingly easy! Definitely check it out! I LOVE the option that you can click on the item you’re thinking of buying and it tells you how many are left in the different options.. Right now you do have to scroll through lots of the items, it’s not as organized by category like on the website If possible I’d like to be able to reply on someone’s comment directly instead of having to create my own comment and type the persons name so they know I’m responding to their comment
The app is amazing simple to use. You chose the title of what you are looking for and your choices are limitless. She has many options for all sizes and and wide variety of styles that are beautiful and fashionable. Very excited for the new styles for this coming this year.😍💜

I’m so excited to use the Kali Rose app! I love that you can see everything that is shown in the live during the sale. Also the video quality during a live sale is so clear and being able to checkout while the sale is going on is awesome! I wish that the Apple app was more similar to the android app in being able to view details and additional pictures during the live sale. I think the app is a bit more robust on the Android platform.
