Good app, just too many problems often occurring. Could be a 5 star though.

I love the most recent app update! It’s incredibly user-friendly and easy to make payments, check balances or locations, see pending ACH transactions etc. New feature I absolutely love is being able to log in with my finger print. What could be easier?! Waiting in line to check out, and questioning your balance? Quickly pull up the app and see within seconds. Great app and awesome new update!

The facial recognition and fingerprint login make checking your account quick and easy. Also nice to have the bill pay feature built into the app!

App does not load. Won’t let me sign in because it won’t load. Says service is unavailable. Worked great before update.

Just updated app to be able to use Touch ID. No such option. Touch ID is old now. Update this app to Touch ID and Face ID so we don’t have to type 15 passwords to get in.

This app keeps refreshing and kicking you back to the main menu. Please fix.

Love that Kalsee has a mobile app for their members, this app is very helpful and easy to use, nice that you can even apply for a loan. I use this app all the time to find my account information.

Easy to navigate through and full new up to date banking info and products.

The app is fine, but does not have a feature common with other bank apps which is the ability to take a picture of a check to deposit it via the app.
