So I ordered a dress for someone in a US size and got an email that the dress that was shipping was a different US size(they knowingly mislabel the UK size as US in their order view, their confirmation and shipping email). Since we needed this dress, we placed another order thinking we had made a mistake and the same thing happened. This happened on a Thursday. I contacted them to see what was happening and they said it was a known issue with their system but that I’d be receiving the correct size. So I asked if I could cancel one of the orders and they said no, because the orders go straight to their warehouse and ship immediately. So I’d be responsible for return shipping, and they don’t refund shipping fees. They actually created the shipping label on Monday and shipped Monday, so they were lying there. They just didn’t want to help, and they know that shipping back to England will be expensive so I probably won’t. Also, their order didn’t arrive in 2-3 business days as their express shipping says. It arrived in 4 - but their confirmation says 3-4(but they say 2-3 before you order). Stay away
If they would post reviews of items I think it would help tremendously. Sizing is all over the place as is quality. This brand used to be associated with high end clothing but they have taken a turn towards fast fashion and many items are lower quality than even H&M. By reading reviews people can better can an idea of quality but also sizing. Since there is little consistency . Returning from the US costs $11 per item and I am getting g tired of such a high cost when more and more I am sending things back. Refunds also take an inordinately long time to be issued.
If there was a zero star. I would rate this KM 0. They have the worst customer service ever. Quick to take your money, my $1000 but does not deliver on time as promised then they blame the US Customs. I found out from FedEx that my package was pending because they have not submitted important paperwork details to clear from customs due to their incompetence!!! When I contacted them they still insists for me to wait to receive package, then return at my expense. With no apologies 10 days wasted already refuses to Refund me. What a terrible company. Poor customer service and bad policy. Don’t buy from them!!!
I used to love this company. After they close stores in USA and shopping through the app is horrible . Prices change 4 times a week. I was charge for item that they don’t even have in stock . I had to fight for refund and open disputes with my credit card company for orders that was never shipped but I was charge for them . If I received the order the merchandise was damaged. When I returned the damaged product I didn’t get refund for a month . I will never shop with them again and will delete the app.
Hi for some reason it did not save the items in the cart. So I had to look them up again. I often shop several times before checking out, so I will add items to the cart and come back later to checkout. The rest was good, looking forward to receiving the items
I think Karen Millen is one of the best designers or this company is super fashionable. However, the website navigation is not the easiest. Having said that, that doesn’t stop me from buying their stuff.
I purchased a set and it was very different from the picture. I returned it and since then I can’t contact customer care regarding my refund. Very poor customer service. Just because of this I stopped buying anything from them. Used to be good not anymore.
The app deleted everything in my cart when I clicked off it and I had to re-add everything. Half way through check out I wanted to go change the size on something and that also deleted my information and I had to start again. Not great.
Their text customer support has been non-existent. I sent a message via their instant text chat days ago with no response. I reached out to their team via Instagram, the replies are intermittent, the issues go unresolved until a new rep jumps in hours later who has no idea what is going on.
When placing an order, it was very difficult to get the app to permit delivery to an address other than the billing address. Every time I changed one address, the other address automatically changed. VERY annoying and a waste of time.
I was told I was allowed to return several orders in one parcel and now they are saying I can't do that. I have to wait several weeks for my refund. I really need to talk to customer service.
I was promised 25% off my first order if I downloaded the app - I did so and was told the promo code had expired. Not happy - I hope the dress is amazing.
After attempting four different times to checkout on the app, I am bewildered to find there is no payment input selection option on the “payment” section of the checkout screen. I am a first time customer trying to buy five dresses, and I keep getting an error and can’t make a purchase. So, I’ll be taking my money to a different place. As an aside, Instagram is advertising 15% off with a download of the app, but within the app itself they are offering only 10% with a code. If only I could pay for their products this would be very irritating.
