So glad the old app went away. This new app has a clean appearance, it’s user friendly, and feels safer with the multi-factor authentication. I think this has brought the online banking experience into the 21st century.
The app was completely fine until the recent update and now account balances and pending/cleared transactions are never in sync or so it gets really confusing and frustrating. Mobile check deposits are also much more difficult and most of the time I get some sort of error message. This feels like a downgrade from the previous version of app where those things all worked efficiently.

You’re honestly better off just depositing checks in person and calling to check your balance, unless you need to on a constant basis. It’s worked for me for about a month at most, and is such a pain to set up and use, not to mention saying I need to re-validate my information and then not letting me. I’ll most likely just be deleting it and depositing checks in person.
This is a very useful app to help me check my bank balance. As someone who is legally blind, I want to thank you for making the app accessible with voiceover. It is very easy to navigate the app and hear my bank finances. My only suggestion is to make depositing a check more accessible. My suggestion is to implement a vibration feature that tells someone who is blind that the check needs to be centered. This will help the individual by telling them to adjust the check in the camera view. When the check is centered, the vibration could stop, which would tell the individual to take the picture for a mobile deposit. Just some suggestions I have. Thank you for the other accessibility features!
The app works great, the layout is nice, but there are a few things KSB should look into to stay with the current mobile atmosphere. 1.) Fingerprint Login, 2.) allow option to pay principle payment on transfer to mortgage like the website allows on a pc, and 2.) Debit Card Lock feature. Please look into these 3 improvements KSB! Mobile users are usually young and want technological features. This will improve your client base! This is why it's a 4 star instead of 5 star!
When it works, it’s great! But at least once a month I have to contact the bank to have them reset it because it comes up cannot validate information...I use this app on a daily basis so it is beyond frustrating when it comes up. My password has been the same so I know my password and after they reset it, the next day I can log back in without a problem. Just annoyed with this app
I am constantly having to call and get my account unlocked. I haven’t ever typed my password incorrectly yet every 3-4 weeks I have to have it unlocked. It’s making it incredibly difficult to use the app. Otherwise I like the ease in which you can use this app, but I wish they would fix this.
I am not certain if it is the app or the institution, but I have issues with this app on a weekly basis as well as with accessing my account through the web. This has been an issue for years. Despite using this bank for 18 years, I’m highly considering changing banks.
