Thanks to the convenience of this app and how user friendly it is, I was able to refill all my prescriptions from the privacy of my own phone. No need for any more embarrassing trips to the drug store! It also is helpful to track my Thrive account cuz we all know if it’s not on my phone I’m not going to remember it! Thanks Kinney’s keep crushing it :)

Updates are awesome!

It’s so much easier with icons for my prescription refills and thrive rewards right on the login screen - even gave an Rx transfer a try and it was super intuitive - I’m absolutely loving the new updates!

Best app EVER

The new updates to the app have really made it convenient to refill my prescriptions! Very user friendly and fun. Also I’m THRIVING all over the place with this app and tracking my rewards. Thanks Kinney drugs I love you! ❤️

Save yourself the hassle

Go to the store and get your stuff filled that way or call and talk to someone. This app does not let you refill things through it, even though it says it was submitted it never is. I’ve run out of my medication every time I try to refill it with this app because it doesn’t really even do anything.

makes me login over and over…

Not sure what changed … tried to look for any new ecoupons and app kept wanting me to log in again…never got to the ecoupons. also took a dozen tries to get a nickname accepted to submit my review

Not user friendly

Not a user friendly app at all. They frequently bill my insurance wrong, no way to correct it. Will show scripts cancelled when they are not. Many times I can’t log in.

New version ...no good?

The new version (June 2019) will not accept my RX requests. Old one worked for years. Used the web based site with no problem. Hope the app gets fixed soon.

App Not Working on IPhone

I downloaded the App to track my medications and when I click on the app, it just spins. I have deleted it and reinstalled it and same results. Any suggestions?

Internal error

Every time I try to use the app it says internal error cannot proceed. I think I will try a different pharmacy that has an app that actually works. I will be deleting this.

Happy Customer

This app makes refilling my scripts so easy. Plus I love having the weekly circular ad right at my fingertips! I save time by making my shopping list right on my phone.

Prescription refill could be much easier

I changed over to Kinney’s from Shaw’s due to some issues with one of the Pahrmacist, I guess I am spoiled with their app, so much more to offer! The biggest think is the refill-with Kinney you have to either have the bottle with you for the Rx# or scan the bar code (I gave to get that to work), when I used the Shaw’s app, I was able to enter all of the Rx#’s when I started using the app and then just click on it when it was time to order-all the info was kept on the app, how many refills left, when I ordered last, when they expired-everything! Come one Kinney’s - get with the new age!!

Nice idea if it worked

When trying to scan in a prescription it never captures the prescription number. I was able to type in the number and that worked. Please update this app so that we can scan in the prescription.

The scan doesn't work to scan in your prescriptions and not able to type them in as well. I deleted the app from my phone, because it is not useful to me.
