Great job on revamping the app. Would like to have the ability to log on to loyalty program for faster booking and save all personal details , dogital boarding pass and compatibility with apple wallet. Keep up the good work with the updates
The app almost always crashes upon launching it. It tries to load my Oasis information and then crashes. There’s no way for me to even look at my flight data. Sometimes it loads the Oasis data successfully and shows me my miles, but it’s a coin flip. It almost always crashes for me, rendering the app regretfully useless. I love Kuwait Airways so much and I really hope they work on fixing this glaring issue. The app is otherwise functional and good — IF it loads. >_<
Most of my online booking through mobile applications. Kuwait Airways app is very unique & designed to give you a special experience to reach your destination.
Kindly improve ur app, it takes 5 minutes to be able to search for flights, the app settles itself for a healthy amount of time before u can select the departure & arrival airports or move the screen even.. its not my phone issue im using 14promax i have trued it with 15 as well & lower models too were facing the same issue..
Been flying 10 years and more then 17 airways but never been felt such disgusted. The worst airways I have even flew with. Got rescheduled 3 times in a row because of poor and money minded management which make more then 210 passengers loss 1 week time and money. I will never ever fly with this airways again and will suggest same in my circle and everybody. Shame on you Kuwait airways.
They don’t have a proper information in regards of Covid 19 protocols in bureau of immigration in the Philippines . I missed my flight which I waited for 8 hrs for their reconfirmation coming from BI in regards of my status as a former Filipino citizen with my authenticated birth certificate . They refused to refund my ticket even it was the airline faults that I missed my flight
Despite the latest improvements, I think there’s more to do to meet current standards. The UI design seem week and unprofessional. As far as UX, I think usage could’ve been improved and be even more easier. (Check out Qatar Airways App)
The new app is full of bugs and unable to book tickets , looks like kuwait airways is spending more money to develop broken app to loose more customers.
Full of false advertisement, don’t believe their promotions, i have had a case with them regarding a promotion 10% off tickets, they admitted their mistake and promised that it’ll be solved. Now i’m marking 2.5 months and still issue isn’t solved and they avoid my calls STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY AIRLINE !!!
The slowest app on the whole app store Always lagging and takes time to open and need to restart the app several times I’ve never seen this app fast at all
Keeps crashing and does not let you create a profile
Frequently crashes and you lose any information you stored on it. And if there is an update you also loose the information on the app Ever after all these years, It is NOT linked to your frequent flyer Oasis Club account which is a big disappointment
No in app ticket, and you can’t purchase tickets in app
I will only rate this app five stars until Kuwait Airways implements an in app check in and ticket on the app. Until then no five star, also please respond to our requests, that will also get you a 5 Star.
I tried to book a flight from cai to doh and i couldn’t find doh Although it is possible to book a flight from doh to cai ! I used the website, it is much better
New upgrades don’t do basic lookup. Can’t load my reservation. Keeps telling me ‘oops a problem has occurred’ what’s the point of this error is beyond me.
