Amazing Game!
Terrific and fun . I have even made some in - app purchases- which is saying a lot ! It's based on a great idea to make use of your phone's gps and all the reams of online information about real world businesses . Has a similar appeal as pokemon go , i guess , but not as overtly cartoonish . I love playing this one whenever I go somewhere new , or familiar , to see if i can score a cool property . And of course its satisfying to watch it make you some fake money , really appeals to the entrepreneurial spirit- I just wish | knew someway to get real money from it ! To the developers- the game is fine as is , but by all means , do keep thinking of ways to improve it for instance I have no need to see the top cities nearest me- they are all 100 % owned and that doesn & amp ; amp ; # 39 ; t look like its going to ever change here . Personally I would rather be able to view a wider radius . The only reason i'm giving 4 instead of 5 is because i routinely get the same " oops no idea whats wrong " message about a possible server issue- the app worked like a charm for the first few months was using it , but now I'm lucky if I can even play it- my progress simply won't load 90 % of the time i try to use the app- I'm pretty sure its not my hardware since every other app on my phone works just fine , and definitely not my internet connectivity . Still love to use it though , when its working- so ... fix that one thing and it's 5 stars from me all day long !!!

Most accurate real estate tycoon to date.
There seems to be new tycoon games popping up daily on app stores everywhere so when I seen this one the thought crossed my mind of, “Here we go another tycoon game that will be played for 15 mins and then deleted!” How wrong I was with that initial thought. Unlike other tycoon games this one utilizes actual properties in the immediate geographical location of your device while using it. This gives the user limitless customizable options for property with every new location you visit, because let’s be honest almost everyone has a smart phone and has it with them all the time. With the actual real estate listings it does have businesses and real estate that may not exist at a particular location anymore, but that just adds more options for your real estate purchases. The purchasing is detailed down to what percentage of the real estate you want to purchase and how much the potential profit is per hour allowing you to purchase a lower number of real estates at a high percentage of ownership or dip your hand into many real estate properties at lower percentage ownership. Overall the game gives the best simulation of real estate working that any app could even down to the legal paperwork for property purchase. Definitely the first tycoon game in a long time that has actually stayed in my phone.

Good game
First I must admit this is the best money management, real estate investment, empire building app out there. So at first I was like ehhh this is going to be a bland game not much was going to happen... Shoot I was wrong, I enjoy buying property and land around me. I got to watch my empire grow from 100,000 as I bought properties through the year to 1.1 billion. Now yes you can spend money and get coins to buy cities which I am aiming for and if you don’t want to spend money you watch adds for coins. But I give this game a top rating cause they constantly update the game it’s easy to navigate and you can even bid on properties for buying and selling and you can even request to purchase property from someone near by. I almost forgot to mention the percent system, you have to buy out the property at 100%. For example the local apartments is 100% and I want to buy it but another landlord owns 40% of it and 60% ownership is for sale, in order to for me to owner the whole property I have to buy the 60% then make an offer to the other landlord for the 40% so I can own the whole property and collect the monthly rent. But if the landlord does not want to sell it then all is not lost, you can either offer him a offer he can’t refuse or sell the 60% to him at double the purchase price. The game is more detailed then you may think. Hands down try it out you will enjoy it!!

Totally Addictive
I absolutely love this game. I have been playing this game for a few years now and it’s the only game I have kept on my phone this long. I love the “buy land” section. It’s a great way to advance your level without taking up your property slots. I live in a small town and don’t have a lot of high valued properties out here. Every so often I will drive into town and buy a higher valued property when I have built up enough cash. It’s slow going at first but over time it gets really fun. In the “leaderboard” section you can see who is playing in your area and how high they are and it drives me to be at the top in my area “which I am”. The “skills” section is awesome because you can get extra property and land slots. You can also lower your property taxes, raise your rent and lower your property costs. The only downside is that I personally think the coins are over valued. They are to expensive for me to buy with real money. If the coins were less expensive I would totally spend money on this game. This game is super fun and I play it every day even if it is just to check how much cash I have made over night. Lastly they added daily login rewards which are freakin sweet!!! Anyways download the game and give it a few months to grow on you before you remove it. It takes awhile so stick with it it really does get fun!

Couple days of play
I was really unsure of this game when I was told to download it by a close friend. Honestly I was reluctant for a few days, boy I was wrong for waiting. The idea I could own the United States is crazy and has me wanting to continue in-game building my portfolio just so I could own my own country. The beginning is slow and could use more fine tuning on the tutorial for sure. After about two hours I had the gist of it and that was all I needed. After a feed days I own several properties around my local area and even percentages or building or locations in international territory. I’m hoping to see some more in depth options, like being able to filter the market place by what stake of the property you’d like to buy (like %100 or %50) only because I’m flooded with lots of .5% options. Players who also hold high levels could also provide locations that currently are not available in-game to be reviewed for further listings. I’m excited for the future and what’s in store. I would like to mention that the game does a really good job about throwing micro transactions in your face, I know that can be a serious bummer for most players. With a heavy heart i will say the pay to win value heavily outweighs the free to play and I hope that this can be adjusted. I would hate for the game to die out because it’s unfair to player who can’t afford to drop money.

Decent investment game!
I like this game overall. It’s not without flaws, which I’ll mention in a second. This game is great for people who want to play a game for a few minutes each day. You can watch your investments and properties grow (or shrink!) in value, just like in the real world. Buy low, sell high just as you would with your own investments. Now - for the downfalls. The game quite often displays errors, or simply won’t load the servers. (Very frustrating at times). Larger town/geographic areas require coins along with the in game $. Coins are acquired by watching ads, or in app spending of money. 1 ad = 2 coins. 5 ad limit per day. (So 3650 coins per year if you were VERY diligent about watching 5 ads per day). Coin price on properties fluctuates illogically- example to buy .1% of two local towns, one is 50 coins & 95mil @ $68k daily profit, the other is 125 coins & 1.3mil @ $950 daily profit. You also have to use coins to expand your abilities in the game - allow you to own more properties, land, paperwork processing, cash tank size, decrease property costs, etc. My other frustration is there’s no way to sort properties for sale, or to filter them down based on income potential. Also to view income potential, you have to click into each property. There’s a lot more ways this game can be improved, but I still enjoy it for a few min each day.

This game is my favorite!!
When I first got this game a week or two ago I didn't know what to expect since these can be hit or miss. Honestly this is one of the best games I've ever played one the App Store. So many factors play in to this, option to either buy outright or through auction is amazing. Buying them through the auction is so much fun going in to bidding back n forth with others you will want to do it all day and selling some of your shares can get you way above market value! That's not even the best part, the tax they have on everything from selling to buying is so realistic it's like in real life, plus what you can do with the property after (upgrades etc). If you want to feel like a real life property buyer this is exactly the game for you, or if you just want to play an actual detailed game that you'll love to play for hours! I didn't even mention how the more you do you're always completing tasks that give you money and you can always DOUBLE your rewards! I spend my whole day on this now and I love every second of it, I'd highly recommend to anyone that actually wants possibly the greatest game on the App Store

Four Star Entertainment Deserved
This game is easily one of the most unique simulation concepts on the App Store. Whether your battle peers to acquire buildings and real estate in your town, and simply wishing to own a stake in you favorite locations, this game brings an easy to start way to get started. To play the game, all you have to have is a little patience and and a little skill. However, as a irl real estate and stock investor, I tend to go a little heavy in my strategy and effort. And this game still provides an ample way for me to achieve financial glory while also having a ton of fun. However, it would not be a simulation without flaws. In real life, investing involves a heavy dose of copper, even with those you don’t fully know. The game does not provide a easy to understand way for a person to get in contact with other shareholders. This can lead to the game being a bit boring, repetitive, and even boring. Without the ability to build relationships, create corporations, and business alliances, the game lacks the simple social aspect that all life has. This game has earned its four star rating, and I would recommend this game as a background secondary application. Not your primary game of choice, but rather side tycoon to have a little something to break up the boredom.

Great game
I am really enjoying this game. I usually lose interest in games within a few weeks. I thought I was going to lose interest in this game, as you kind of start off slow with low amounts of cash. But that's the beauty of the game really, you have to build your empire! It's not just handed to you. The reason I only give this game 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the same reason I should be giving it 5 stars... it's geographic based purchasing of properties. Sometimes it drives me nuts that I have to be near the property to buy it. There is one property that l've been acquiring for weeks now, as it's expensive and I can only make small purchases of it when I'm on that side of town. But I actually am enjoying the slow and steady buy out process! If I had one suggestion, I would ask that once you have bought a percentage of a business, you could be able to purchase more of that business without having to be near it. I say this because recently I was on a trip to a different state across the country and there were a lot of properties I would have loved to start buying, but I would never be able to own 100% of them as it will probably be years before I ever get back to that area. Thanks for the fun game!!!

I would give a zero but it’s not an option. Here’s what you can expect. Start having fun and yes it’s additive. Then if you take a break in the game ( I did just that after my father passed away) and you will lose everything...yikes! After spending all your hard earned money. Think about that before you waste your time and money. I did receive a ridiculously high offer on the property. I tried to except it Numerous times and unsuccessfully. The game told me That the person who made the offer did not have enough cash in their cash tank. So why offer??? Well it turns out It must’ve been a strategy to get the owner to wipe out my properties. Next time I logged in to my account I noticed everything was wiped out. Now I have taken breaks before without loosing everything like this time. I’ve tried unsuccessfully with the owner to restore everything that I had. I was level 36... now they tell me my cash tank is full but they will not reimburse me the hundreds and hundreds of dollars I’ve spent on coins. For that, I give this game a Zero. You can watch videos for one or two coins. They time you after a few videos. So in other words you have to spend money to play and make any real Progress. So in the end you will lose everything...what a rip off!!! I’m glad clash of clans and boom beach I will see you to keep your progress even if you take a break in the game. This loose your progress rule is ridiculous!

Fun
I have to admit, I was a little shocked when I opened the game and found so much complexity to a real estate game. Everything you pass in real life can be purchased in the game and be made of reputable profit. It has been a blast to play along side some co-workers and see who can buy every share of our job first! Like all good apps there are some glitches, though. The most recent was in the shop when they were advertising a $3 STEAL, giving a lot of coins and money for a much lower price than if you wanted do buy it without the package. The problem was, anytime me or my friends clicked on it, the ad wouldn't load and the purchase was unsuccessful. Another glitch is a weird one to explain, but sometimes when I'm playing and I want to back out of a screen, the entire top boarder goes away so I have to close out of the app to get out of the page I was on. I do think I emphasized the negatives a little too harshly because honestly it's a very fun game to play a couple times a day. I don't recommend this being your only game though, because it's an overall slow process to earn enough profit to buy more things and you will burn yourself out playing it more than a couple times a day.

Review for coin
Overall the game is fun but their is some things that need to be done like for new players about a game tutorial needs to be set up for new players as a new player. It was hard for me to understand certain aspects of the game when it comes to buying property selling them putting them on the marketplace so I just think that a better understanding of how to properly, navigate the game efficiently so people would be able to be more successful starting off on the other hand if you guys making all the task to upgrade properties too hard and you give us very little amount of coin to do so then you should implement more ways for us to get more coin to be able to do so the last thing that I see is hiring managers, you give out one for free. It’s understandable and you want people to pay for more. It has to be another way. Let us earn a second slot to spend money not everybody can afford to spend money, my thought on the game but overall, I rate the game still a five out of five cause I like it thank you all and keep up the good work looking forward for the next updates.

Strangely addicting
This game employs an interesting and enticing concept—you can become a real estate mogul! I really appreciate the aspect that you can only purchase property share for buildings/locations in your area, which only seems to add more realism to the concept. But, some people live in more populated/interesting areas than others, and thus I believe the marketplace (the auction system that enables you to bid on property shares from around the world) adds some balance. The gameplay is simple and understandable. However, I wish there was more explanation on the interface and a better thought out guide on how profit/revenue is generated, which would only help players make smarter choices when deciding which properties to invest in. It would be cool to see more details of profit generation through live stats and information as the day goes on. The marketplace interface could be better, too. Maybe an option where you can select certain properties and keep them on a watch list. It would be nice if you could boost properties with in game money instead of only with coins. There is barely any glitches/bugs with the game. Well thought out. Game has a high floor and a high ceiling. Excited for future updates, which I hope there will be...

AMAZING game…lacks Customer-centricity
Overall i would say this game is a BLAST but many of mods in their discord are power hungry and corruption fills the moderation/administration team. Almost every single mod will threaten to ban you if you don’t agree with everything they say and if you dislike a rule they just threaten to remove you from the game…high key the discord server and the admins are the equivalent of the russian government where if you disagree you just mysteriously disappear from existence. In fact I wouldn’t be surprised if i got banned from this review…even though this is what reviews are for but whatever I’ll just sue haha jk. My advice for the team is to rethink your core values my family owned one of the top 100 companies in New England I know quite a bit about successful companies. They need to rethink their core values and how they treat their customers who are keeping the game alive and putting food on their tables. At the end of the day the game is an AMAZING idea and a absolute BLAST to play but the admins are corrupt (except for RG Jacob, and most of the RG crew they’re awesome) hope this helps people decide whether or not to play the game…(p.s. paying the $5 per month helps you advance exponentially 100% recommend)

Simple, and it only takes 5 min
This games shows the power of monopoly at its finest. You accumulate a bit of cash slowly over the course of time. Yet once you buy a bank or hospital, you suddenly start to snowball into a maniacal power hungry aristocrat (in a fun way) No drawbacks of actually trying to keep your business a float or cheating Uncle Sam out of tax money. The game is simple at its best, slow at its worst. You can log in an purchase more shares of you own business, buy a new property or check your daily income in less than two minutes. You can then log back in a few days later to do it all over again. All in all, this game is fun for this who’ve ever wanted to buy or own a business without all the hassle of real life or who’ve own a business but didn’t have enough money to actually afford one. Either way, I recommend you at least download it and check it for yourself. P.s. to the developers. I would ask that you make it possible to purchase more of the same property you already own when in a different city or state. I hate being away from home, and logging into the game only to realize I could buy more shares of the properties I already own, but not be able to cause of geographic B.S.

Landlord is a super engaging game that sneaks in some awesome lessons about investments and smart financial choices. It's like Monopoly but with real locations, which is a total game-changer. Also, I’ve been able to easily progress through tasks WITHOUT spending a dime. Nowadays, it’s nearly impossible to find a game like that. You get to buy and sell real properties in your area and even collect rent when other players check-in at those spots. It's a genius way to show how investing in real estate can grow your money over time. One of the coolest things is how it encourages players of all ages to think strategically. You can't just buy random properties willy nilly, you gotta check out their potential and decide wisely. Plus, you learn about market trends and how different places can vary in value. It's a bit like a crash course in real estate without the boring bits. Overall, Landlord is more than just a game, it's like a mini financial adventure that's both fun and educational. Whether you're a kid or an adult, it's a great way to dip your toes into the world of investments and learn something new. 10/10

Modern day Dictator
Have you ever wanted to control world? This is the game for you. Make all the peasants in the world fear you with your stacks of cash and your property. Last week I got pulled over for speeding. When the cop came up to my door, I just laughed hysterically and asked him if he knew who he was dealing with. I let him know that I own a .38 percent of Boise and you can’t touch me. I then drove away flipping the bird. I just got out of jail this morning with no regrets. I give this game a 5/5. Update: I’ve been playing this game for awhile and still love it. I’ve gotten coins a couple times. The first time took multiple days and multiple emails back and forth to get the coins. The second time, this morning bought them and expected this to be like any other in app purchase where you get what you pay for instantly. Not the case. They take the money instantly. But I’m assuming I’m going to have to go through the same process as last time. Wait a day for the email from iTunes confirming the purchase. Take that email and forward it to support. And wait 3 days for them to get back to me and give me my coins. If you aren’t going to give the coins ASAP. Then don’t take the money until you actually put the Coins in my account. How difficult is it fulfill an order you’ve already taken payment on? 2/5 stars

Fun game
I just started playing this game a few months ago. I did not know anything about buying property or increasing the value of it once you purchased it or anything. This game uses the stores and business that are local to where you are currently located at. If you change locations and open the game, you are offered new properties to purchase. Yo Once you purchase a property, it generates daily cash flow for you. Then when you are ready to make a little more money on the property, you can add simple upgrades to the location like Wi-FI and VIP areas. It is so cool to see the locals stores that I shop at each week on here. When I walk in the store I say to myself (Yeah I own this place and they are doing a good job here in keeping it up and running for me ... lol) I find myself logging in once a day to check on my properties and purchased new places if I have earned enough cash. I have also learned a few things about taxes and lawyers and things too just buy playing the game. All around win win win for this game! Thanks so much and keep up the great work.

Good, but potentially great game
I love this game so far and I’ve only played for 48 hours. I’m the only one in my area playing- though there are places that have been bought out by people not in my area- but playing alone doesn’t bother me seeing as this is a no teamwork needed sort of real time strategy game in its own way. It’s everyone against everyone and I love it. I haven’t had to spend real money which is also a huge plus. I can gradually build my tycoon empire and there’s no rush on it. The only reason I’m taking away a star is because interface wise it could be smoother. Even after the initial tutorial I spent probably a good 20 minutes extra working through the tabs to recognize what was what. I also wish it were easier to buy more stocks in a place that’s already in my portfolio. If you’ve already invested once and you want to invest more, it seems that you have to physically re-find it in the buy property tab instead of it being an option in your portfolio. Also, it does tend to crash often. Where it just doesn’t know what happened but isn’t working. These to me are minor and very doable fixes to make things smoother to look at and find.

Great game
Landlord 2 is an awesome investment tycoon game where you can purchase real-life properties for in-game money. The game is very realistic and accurate, and you will find that almost all of the businesses in your area are available for purchase, a fun detail that makes the game feel more real. If you are a person who gets bored quickly or easily with games, I assure you that you will be able to stick with this game once getting past the slow but relatively short beginning. The only complaints I have are a few bugs that I’m sure could be patched in a small update. The first one is when bidding on a property in the global market, the game will sometimes say that the minimum bidding price is higher than the maximum, or vice versa, therefore stopping you from placing a bid. The second bug is with the ads. Sometimes I will watch a few ads to get the 2 coins you get after watching one, but when I check back to my account I will find that no coins have been added to my account. Besides these two small bugs, I am in love with this game and I plan to keep playing it for a while.

Fun and Competitive
I originally downloaded the game out of curiosity for the world of real state and I wanted to see what this game could teach me. After playing it for a while, you notice that it’s not entirely accurate but it’s still fun nonetheless. The game uses your go’s location to find nearby properties/landmarks for you (as well as others) to purchase. You’re able to buy/bid for shares of the property or for the entire thing. You have to be smart to buy properties that yield the most returns for the lowest investment possible. The only issue I have come across thus far is that you can’t obtain too many coins for free. The coins are necessary for you to buy upgrades for the properties, upgrade your own skills as a landlord, or to place bids on properties. Since you can’t get too many for free, you’re almost forced to buy (with real money) these coins to see some real progress. I personally haven’t spent a dime on this game so it’s frustrating how long it takes for you to be able to do these things. My suggestion would be to up the amount of coins you could obtain by watching adds or leveling up.

Wonderful Game!!!
When I first started playing landlord it seemed kind of boring. it's just not one of those games that you play a lot every day all the time. you play a little bit every day it's really laid back and isn't time demanding. A game you can enjoy with a busy lifestyle. after about six months the game started getting better. Well it started to pick up. I was buying more properties. investing more money making more money. then I experienced the market and really started making profit. But my favorite part is the customer service because they're awesome. I quit playing for a while and didn't know you lose everything if you haven't played in a set amount of time. which I didn't and lost everything but the admin's of the game helped me out by giving me a little start up to get me back in the game good, and they didn't have to do that, and I really appreciated it, and to me it goes a long way when game owners provide services like that. Now the game is fun and game owners are awesome so i’m genuinely impressed by these improvements!!

Pretty awesome.
So I got the game because I wanted to play something a little more interesting. And well. When I started I learned fast that this game has to do with real properties around you. I was happy to see that I could own some of my favorite places that I love to go to using the app lol. Of course it’s not owned for real but the idea of owning the business around me and driving by and saying hey. I own that haha. It’s actually kinda funny and then I generate revenue from them. I like that others seem to play in my area also so it makes me wanna come back to pick up the properties before everyone else. The only thing I wish is that if I buy a property from far away. Then come home. I would like to be able to purchase into it more without being close to it. So that I can own something and manage it from far away since I do own a part of the business. Other than that it’s quite fun. It will have you passing places you know and give you a chuckle when you say you partially own it or own it completely. It kinda becomes yours. But you don’t get that free coffee. Lol. Have fun!

Best game ever
There seems to be a new tycoon game popping up daily on app stores everywhere so when I seen this one the thought crossed my of, "Here we go another tycoon game that will be played for 15 minutes then deleted!" How wrong I was with that initial thought. Unlike other tycoon games this one utilized actual properties in the immediate geographical location of your device you're playing on. This gives the user limitless customizable options for property with every new location you visit, because let's be honest almost everyone has a phone and has it with them all the time. With the actual real estate listings it does have businesses and real estate that may not exist at a particular anymore, but that just adds more options for your real estate purchases. The purchasing is detailed down to what percentage of the real estate you want to purchase and how much the potential profit is per hour allowing you to purchase a lower number of real estates at a high percentage of ownership or dip your hand into many real estate properties at lower percentage ownership. Overall the game gives the best simulation of real estate working that any app could even down to the legal paperwork for property purchases. Definitely the first tycoon game in a long time that has actually stayed in my phone

Almost 5 star!
Probably my all time favorite app game I’ve ever played. It’s a slow grind to the top and not really a game that will take away from work or life as it takes time for your properties to generate income. This is also probably the only app game that makes it worth watching adds for. The money and coins you get for daily challenges is so valuable to growing your empire that I watch all adds to increase both yields (during reward redemption). That being said, as a VIP subscriber to the game I feel like there should be no adds included in the subscription (Part of the 4 star reasoning). The other reason for the 4 stars is because it’s a little buggy. Obviously their algorithms for the property incomes are a close kept secret but when a property says it will generate an estimate of 11.2 million dollars in 24 hours yet actually yields 5.5 million they need to update their “estimates”. Estimates shouldn’t be 50% off. Also I have had a bug for a few weeks now where my properties show generating negative income. Clearly it doesn’t but the value displayed is bugged. I have several support tickets on this.

Best Tycoon Sim EVER!
I’m a huge sim fanatic trying to find the next best app to play in my downtime and THIS IS THE ONE! This game is so addicting and it makes it interpersonal by allowing you to by REAL properties that YOU know and love and recognize. Its interesting to come back to. Also, the “Shop” where you can make in-app purchases is super affordable. This is not a game that will run you down through your addiction for it AT ALL, added to the incentives on the “Tasks” tab allows you to make money to spend without having to purchase coin packs! The coin conversion to money is also super convenient as well. I love having bidding wars with people, it adds a competitive side to the game which keeps your attention for longer! I recommended this game to my boyfriend because we love simulation games and now we play together all the time! You won’t regret giving Landlord a try. It has a super basic and easily understood and accessible interface. A very well organized app. Shout out to the developers and I hope there’s more to come in the future!

Enjoyable
Some things that I would like or found problems is nothing too detrimental to the gameplay but just some things I found. First is that when watching ads for coins, sometimes the ad doesn’t register as being watched and won’t give coins. So in the end you’ll end up watch 6 or 7 ads to fulfill the 5 ads that can get you coins. Not sure but this could also be a connection issue. Second, is that you have to reload every time you open the app to see the current amount of money rather than the money you had last time you opened the app. Third, it would be cool if there was a way to increase valuation of land aside from doing it from skills so that selling to market can be profitable. Forth is that when buying upgrades, when you sell the land it doesn’t give anything back for the upgrades. I understand that it wouldn’t give you back the coins used. But maybe like a conversion of coin to money when selling land or something like added valuation with each upgrade. All in all it’s nothing too extreme to the play style of the game and just what I thought could make it more enjoyable for myself.

This game is fun.
This is a really great and interesting game, while it may be slow to play at times that's sort of the point of the game. It's more realistic than other games and that's the feeling I believe they were trying to achieve with landlord. It's definitely cool being able to "own" business and places around you and when you travel you can buy other places in the world. It's definitely a cool concept. I think that the daily reward/ consequence could be upgraded a bit rather than just clicking one button and either losing or gaining money, maybe if a wheel of 8 combined reward/ consequences were put into place it would be better to see what we could win or lose. A timer would also be beneficial so we can know what time to check in to do it. But these are all minor aspects of the game and overall the game is really fun and I would highly recommend seeing that you don't have to spend countless hours playing and as long as you check in regularly your progress will still be there and you most likely didn't miss much.

Amazing Game
This game is the best to real world and owning properties, the reason I say that is Bc of the patience of waiting every day to get more money and buy more properties but just to be save up and get what you want is very fun. Something I would add i don't know how much it will ruin the game or ruin it at all, it might take chances away from other people who download games in the future, but something like if you visited another place and bought something and than you went home, I think you should be able to keeping buying that land or at least have a set perimeter of how far that place that you own has to be in forward for you to keep buying. I know you guy have the perimeter set to only areas near you which I love that, but for places you own if they are not that far a way and you bought them but when you go home they should be able to still be bought. This probably sounds confusing I'm sorry. But this is an amazing game I play with my friends and it's just all around great game.

Amazing game to play
So let's start things off, I really only downloaded the game because I was bored of all my other games. At first I thought it was gonna be like most money games where you make money by clicking but it wasn't. I was thinking this is kinda dumb how could anyone play this and think oh let me see how much money l've made today. But after you get past the slow start up and you have a couple dollars to play it gets kinda fun to invest in random property's and see what makes more money. I'm really excited to start selling properties for big money. After doing some research about how the game works I got even more interested in the game. Plus I got this notification that if you leave a HONEST review about the game they give you a decent amount of coins. Which at first I thought was really low of the developers. But at the end of the day it's smart because I normally don't leave reviews about app/games but here am writing a long review not only for the coins but because it is a really fun game.

A well-thought out passive game
This game is definitely fun! Gameplay consists of accruing fake digital money that is used to purchase properties anywhere in the world. I think it’s fun because I can buy properties everywhere I go, and create a kind of breadcrumb trail. There is some thought that needs to be put into it, like which upgrades to buy, which properties to offload, etc. the only issue I have with the game is that the coins necessary for upgrades are kind of expensive, and I haven’t found a good way to slowly accrue them through game play, although this appears to be changing somewhat as events are tweaked. If you wanted to do the whole pay-to-win, you can, as the game offers upgrade coins for purchase, but if you prefer to just play as a passive style wealth-builder, then this is a fantastic option. You don’t have to dedicate 30+ minutes of gameplay every single day just to keep up with everything. It literally takes me 1-2 minutes, if that, to check in, grab my accrued cash, and re-invest it. All in all, a great option for passive game-players.

Great game
I have been an avid gamer for years, and rarely have I come across a game as captivating and addictive as Landlord Tycoon. From its intuitive gameplay mechanics to its stunning visuals, this game truly sets the bar high for mobile gaming. One of the things that immediately drew me into Landlord Tycoon is its strategic depth. Unlike many other mobile games that rely solely on mindless tapping, Landlord Tycoon challenges players to think critically about their investments, timing, and resource management. Whether you're buying and selling properties, negotiating deals, or upgrading your assets, every decision you make feels meaningful and impactful. But perhaps what impresses me most about Landlord Tycoon is the developer's commitment to ongoing updates and improvements. It's evident that they truly care about their player community and are dedicated to delivering the best possible gaming experience. With frequent updates, new features, and events, Landlord Tycoon keeps things fresh and exciting, ensuring that there's always something new to discover.

Skeptical to impressed
I randomly found this app late one night and decided to give it a try, figured it would be one of those delete by the next day apps... I was very wrong, I can’t put it down in a good way. Overall it’s very in depth and fun to see where you start to how fast you are growing when gaining property. I love that it’s local property’s in the area at the time of search, even internationally if you want. The tutorial I feel could be a little more in depth, I was really lost at first because but learned pretty quick with common sense. Think This app will be on my phone/iPad for a long time to come. I’m already ready to open it to see my profits and new property to buy. It’s crazy see people will billions but at the same time it takes only days to go from $100k to $10 million in property values if done correctly and you don’t have to spend a penny in real money if you don’t want but apps like this that stay updated and love their community I do support with a small purchase after a week of personal trial, it’s great!!

Great Game
There are some things I really like about the game and some things I dislike. Likes -Able to buy local businesses relative and to where I’m at. It reminds me of Pokémon Go. -Having property agents in different parts of the world. This is great because I can’t afford to go to Brazil and buy virtual property. - I’m really happy that the coins are something you can earn by watching ads and leveling up. - No add pop ups. The only ads are for lowering the time it takes to finalize a property and the get 5 coins. All Ads are a choice. - If a property is fully purchased you can send a offer for it. For example the United States is no longer available because it has been bought but you can send offers to people who own it. Most people have no problem letting you buy some of their shares. Dislikes -if you live in a small town there isn’t a real community in the game. You could Look at this as an upside because it a free market to buy whatever is available. This isn’t a problem with the game but just a warning. There may not be many people who play in your area. My town hasn’t been bought at all. -Starting the game is a bit slow as you don’t earn a whole lot of money. This can be sped up by using coins but after that you just have to wait. You can get over this slow phase if you just save up money and buy higher end properties. That’s pretty much it. This game is really fun and I like checking in every so often to see how my properties are going.
