APP IMPROVED!
I see many negative reviews for this app, however I've learned over a period of time "how to" navigate through it. I like it especially for the specials and payments. It's quick and easy once you learn to work it. I love the quiet ability to see my points, certificates and how much I'm spending. Been using this app for over a year. I'd like to suggest to developer to make this app easier to find in the App Store. Otherwise, keep up the improvements and thank you for what you've done this far!

Love LB, hate their app
This app is horrid and always has been. It’s easily the worst app I engage with. Primary annoyance: I click on something and about 30 seconds later it loads the page which because it takes so long makes me feel like my click didn’t register so I click again… only if DID register it just took a half century to load. Only now that I’ve clicked again on the same link spot, once the link loads, my second click opens up some unwanted item that happens to be in the spot where I clicked on the first page! The worst is the “back” button… I set my filters for my size and all that and if I look at an item and want to go back to the filtered list, if I hit “back” once but it takes so long I worry my click hasn’t registered so I click “back” again and now I’m at the page BEFORE my filters and I have to establish my filters again. Massively annoying! Literally none of my other shopping apps behave like this, just Lane Bryant. I keep waiting for it to improve and it’s as bad as ever. Clothes 5 stars, App 0 stars.

Better organization
I have one small pet peeve with the app / LB’s website. I go to Lane Bryant primarily for the excellent lingerie (please bring back the soft satiny pink floral and lace chemise from summer 2017, btw! So comfortable but pretty and sexy, I’d buy three in other colors). It bugs me how complicated they make it to find coordinating panties for bras. You find a bra. Then you have to leave the bra page, go to the panties page, and search for matching panties, sometimes through dozens of options before you find what you’re looking for. Please make it so when you select a bra and color, you can see links to coordinating panties. It would make online shopping so easy. Not to mention sell more. If there is a pattern or color I love, I am likely to buy it in every cut and style of panties you make, but only if it’s easy to find. So in the store I can find them all easily, but online it’s a chore. If I have to hunt online just to find one coordinating pair, I’ll stop with one.

What does SUPER mean to Lane Bryant?
I purchased a few slacks online recently. I chose the specific type of pants because the description advertised the pants as having "Pants with Super Pockets." I was specifically looking for slacks that had pockets. To my surprise, the pants I received which were the correct color and size but; there were NO POCKETS! Are you kidding me? I asked the clerk at the store why I did not get pockets sewn into my new slacks. According to the manager, "Lane Bryant NO LONGER SELLS SLACKS WITH POCKETS." She continued to say that the wording of the description meant some kind of mesh was there... so it appears to have pockets. As a regular customer, I am quite disappointed that I did not get pockets sewn into my pants...when I was led to believe I was getting slacks with SUPER POCKETS! That title is quite deceiving! What are the Buyers thinking? Us larger women use pockets for functional reasons... I feel almost discriminated because I am larger in size. Why must us larger women get less? We deserve EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES like selling us PANTS WITH REAL POCKETS!

Frustrating
I downloaded the app because the website has some really obnoxious pop-ups that appear on every single page no matter how many times you x out of it- I was hoping being logged in to the app would circumvent at least that call- you don’t need me to sign up if I’m actively logged in! But, no. The same pop up shows up on every category, item, landing page- again and again. I realize this is a marketing team mistake not a technical- but I would have powered through to buy what was in my cart if the app hadn’t made it virtually impossible to shop. The app logged me out each time I tried to review what was in my cart. I put my credentials in three times in the same session without exiting the app- at that point it stopped showing me what was in my cart until I logged in again and I just gave up- too buggy to use.

Losing customers
Slow, clunky, poorly designed. The pictures are slow to load, even on a fast wifi connection, and they shift and resize on each page as they load. Takes forever to navigate through the clothes if you want to see them up close, and it doesn't even zoom in enough to see the details clearly. When you click an item to see the details, it's a full 4-5 seconds before the pictures finish loading and allow you to swipe through them to view. After viewing the item, hitting the back arrow to get back to the search results takes you to the top of the page, instead of the item you were on. Then you have to wait another few seconds for the page to load, as the giant headers flicker and resize as they load (dizzying), before you can (very slowly) scroll down to the item you were on. Also, what's up with the two giant sized Lane Rewards headers and oversized iPhone clock, battery, wifi stuff up top? It's odd, distracting, and takes up most of the screen - allowing very little space to see the clothes. Which is kind of the whole purpose of the app. Uninstalled app. If this were my company, I would take this app down until the bugs are worked out. It's hurting your image. The Website is slow too and has its own set of user experience issues. Shopping somewhere else with a better mobile interface.

App always crashes
For over a I’ve had issues with this app crashing. It’s fully updated, I’ve tried it in different phones, I’ve deleted and redownloaded it, etc but it crashes off and on. It’s also incredibly frustrating when I look at an item and go back to search through the items in that same category and it starts you back at the top no matter what. I’ve literally had it in the past when I wanted to get new shirts and ended up going with a competitor simply because I was way too frustrated with the LB app and knew the competition had one that worked without issue. Why does the LB app either crash, freeze on a blank screen, or reset you to the top of the page when you’re looking through 100+ items? It’s basically useless. It also signs me out all the time.

Not Easy to Navigate
I love LB but I hate this App and the online site. I find a bra that I love and want the coordinating panties. I add the bra to my cart and then have to search for the panties, sometimes finding them, sometimes not. Why is there not a link with the matching panties somewhere with the bra?? It’s so frustrating trying to find the panties. If not a link, maybe put matching panties item number in the details section. Make it easier for us to spend our money lol. I got so frustrated this morning because I couldn’t find the matching panties I just gave up and left the app with 5 bras and only one pair of panties to match. PLEASE fix this. I will say I read a review with the same issue from 4 years ago. Do you not care for your customers satisfaction and ease of shopping? 🤔

Keep me signed in!!!
While I absolutely love Lane Bryant, and even more than I love LB, I love that they now have an app!! However, every time I turn around I am having to put my password in, in order to sign in…again. Even with the “keep me signed in” box checked, I am still Constantly having to sign in. I can click on something like to browse a selection or to see a product and I have to reenter my password. It’s very very frustrating and annoying. If it’s something that cannot be fixed then I will probably go back to using the website. What should take 5 minutes on the app takes 10 because I’m constantly having to put my password in. What’s the dealio, LB?

Where'd all the screen space go?
I used to use the app regularly to shop and browse. Today I opened it up to see what you had on special, and I couldn't do anything to to see the merchandise! The pictures were slow to load, the LB app banner took up space, then the LB store banner took up more space, and then the constant annoyance of the feedback flag on the side kept popping out. Get rid of all of it!!!! The job of the app is to allow customers to browse easily while on the go, but you sure aren't making it easy in the least bit!!! I even filled out the feedback flag just to make it go away, but noooooo. It was there again as soon as I try to go back to browsing. Go back to the older app versions. They weren't perfect, but they were a heck of a lot better than this sorry state of the app.

App needs bug fixes
I love LB, I am a frequent buyer in store and online. You app has consistently been really slow (5-7 second delay with each screen). But specifically if force closes when I am in secure check out and then choose payment. This happens regardless of being logged in or not. And I have recently upgraded my iPhone from a 12 pro to a 14 pro, and the force close in secure check out happens on both phones. Every time I want to place an online order, I am forced to recreate my order in a web browser (Chrome) and then it works properly. It is still far too slow. But at least it works. If I weren’t such a devoted consumer of your clothes, I might shop elsewhere. The online experience is severely lacking.

Latest Update is Horrible
I’ve been shopping at Lane Bryant - through the app- for a few years now. The latest update is horrible- it does not keep me logged in and it will not keep items in my shopping bag. I go through the process of logging back in- even though I checked the “remember me” box and my shopping bag is empty. I’ve left items in my shopping bag for years now and then made my purchase. I do not like using the wish list - in order to put it in the shopping bad I have to reselect the size. Also the app freezes often now- I have to go to another app and then come back in order to go back to shopping. Bring back the other version!

Mediocre
I really want to like this app, but somehow it's actually more difficult than using the website on my phone. I really don't know how that is possible. Also, there is no mention of the app on the main site, so I didn't know it existed until recently. But I'm really surprised at the annoying pop ups and how often it stalls and how difficult it is to navigate the app. If you want to compete with other stores like Torrid(who has a seamless app, btw) then you need to work on this. With people only being able to shop online right now, I would think that making your app easy to use would be at the top of your list.

Can’t sign in
I tried to sign in to make my payment. It lets me put my user and password in and then immediately takes me out of the app. When I go to help it immediately takes me out of the app. I contacted multiple computers that Lane Bryant uses for customer service and they all gave me info to make my payment but did not address that I was having issues with the app. I ended up deleting and reinstalling the app and that is working for now. Apps will mess up sometimes but my real frustration was with the computers they use for customer service. Computers can’t do everything

Fix it
I just downloaded the app and it is useless. As soon as I open the app videos start playing that I haven’t asked for...several of them and they keep coming up. One is nothing but scrolling clouds. When I try to set up an account, it keeps asking me for my LB credit card info which I do not have. I cannot even put in an email address to get started. Also, because of whatever there is running in the background (probably whatever keeps popping the videos up) the app drains my battery. Why are you putting out an app that doesn’t even function on a basic level?? It certainly says a lot about LB that it is considered acceptable to put this on the market in the condition it is in. So horribly disappointed!!

App is useless
I have the latest iPhone and all my apps work. My phone is pretty much brand new, so my phone is not the issue. The LB app is laggy, the back button never registers straight away, have to tap about 15 times, scrolling is very intermittent. Sometimes it will scroll smoothly and sometimes it just stops. The button to view more products doesn’t register input taps straight away, takes multiple taps. It makes shopping extremely annoying and aggravating, to the point I have stopped shopping at LB altogether. The torrid app is almost perfect and I never have any issues. How LB are still in business is beyond me. On top of their app issues, the clothes they are designing are awful.

Glitchy as all get out
This app is extremely frustrating to use. You can’t click on an item from your prior purchases unless you put it in your cart again. Same thing with wish list items. When I used the search bar to find a specific pair of leggings, entering the exact name, I got over 400 item results. When I searched ‘leggings’ I had 170 results. Every time I click on an item to view and try to return back to the main page, it shoots me back to the top of the page and every item is in a different order…forcing me to continually re-view all the items I’ve already seen. This is just needlessly bad, and a major waste of time. Please fix it.

Get new eyes
App has now been crashing for the past week each time I utilize the filter when looking at items. It seems as if i there’s one thing in-store clothes and the app have in common, it’s DATED. The app has a terrible UI/UX and needs a more modern approach if they want to even be competing in the same realm as all of these trendy online retailers who are now offering trendy plus for farrr less. LB has been one of the few OGs in women’s plus but they need to get their act together and modernize if they want to keep their head above water. No we don’t want inspo quotes on cosmic print T-shirts. No we don’t want floral galore. Please open your doors to a whole realm of eager buyers who are >30. Modernize the app apparel. Please.

Frustrating quirks
This app is so frustrating. 1.) the back arrow at the top is now so far up that it’s extremely difficult for me to get my phone to register that I’m touching it. And 2.) When you are looking at a long list of items, open one, and then hit back, it takes you back to the bottom of the first set viewable before you have to hit “load more.” So I may have “loaded more” 5 times, but every time I open something and go back I have to redo it all and re-find where I was. PLEASE FIX THIS. I have actually given up shopping several times because I find this so frustrating.

Why can’t they get it right?
I primarily shop on the app, and I have to say it is one of the worst apps that I have on my phone. It takes forever to load, forever to go back to the previous page, to the next page, to your shopping bag, back to shopping,… It’s just awful. You would think with all the updates they do that they would be able to get it to work properly. Numerous times I’ve been so frustrated that I just didn’t even shop or buy anything. Now that most of their stores have closed and are continuing to close down I dread having to depend on the app, I may not shop at Lane bryant anymore. Get it together Lane Bryant!

Fall Styles Are Awesome
I had paid off my account and was not going to shop at LB anymore since my credit line had been cut in half even though I have never had a late payment. However, it was my sister’s birthday and I saw a couple of cute Fall things so I went into the store. Actually I went to the store three days in a row because of the sales promotions and the Fall styles are so dang cute. I will admit that your sales clerks had to undress your mannequins for me but your Mesquite, TX girls rock!

Terrible App
This app is awful to use. You have the Lane Bryant rewards strip at the top, then the Lane Bryant strip under that.. then we have the search bar and then the sort/filter option. THEN we have today’s deals on the bottom and the “back to top” button. This leaves about an inch and a half of space to view products. And that’s for a large smart phone. If you want an app to be functional, then people need to be able to actually use it. Get rid of all of the extras and let us look at clothes. The back button usually kicks me all the way back to the home page instead of the main page of my search that I just started. VERY frustrating trying to use this app.

So so at best 2 1/2 stars
If you are using this solely for the purpose of paying your bill, viewing your statement/transactions, checking rewards points & using your digital LB card in the store. For shopping purposes through the app it's hit or miss sometimes things can be added to your cart & you can check out seamlessly (if you have your physical LB card info because ridiculously it will not let you use the digital LB card for shopping through the app). This app need work because it is not user friendly and I have been using for over 2 years.

Slow non responsive app
It takes forever to load. It’s difficult to get close up views. And worst of all EVERY time I try to sign into my account I have to get assistance to reset my password. It always says that my password is invalid. I do not get e-mails verifying my order or when it arrives at the store. This app needs a lot of work. Maybe a total reconstruction. Take it down fix all the bugs. Try again. For the record, I buy 90% of my clothes on line. It shouldn’t be such a hassle.

Too Glitchy
I tend to buy mostly lingerie online because it’s more convenient. But I must say the app is extremely glitchy. I try to select my bra size and the app closes itself. I try to hit the back arrow after looking at an item and it does nothing. Half the time I push a button and nothing happens. Please, please, please get better developers on this. Believe it or not it’s costing you sales. I’ve had things in my cart that I just ended up not buying at all because I couldn’t get buttons to work and just decided it wasn’t worth it.

Your app has sucked for years
When are you guys going to update and fix your app? Every screen takes forever to load, make your cart have option to select if you want to remove rather than having to delete each item. I once added 22 items, missed the sale and went back and it took me 20 minutes to delete 10 bras from the cart. I just gave up and didn’t purchase them out of frustration. Also if you can stop featuring sold out items on your site I’d appreciate it. You guys charge so much for clothes I’d figure you’d invest some of it in your website.

Disaster
The app is so bad on so many levels! There’s way too many flashing distractions; live chat, sales and offers scrolling through every two seconds, plus it takes a ridiculously long time to load anything you click on. Further, the zoom feature isn’t zoomy enough, the back arrows don’t generally take you to where you want to be - every back arrow click means reloading the entire page, not the last image or area you landed on - it is mind numbingly slow and frustrating to work with. Easier to boot up the laptop and go to the website. This app is cumbersome and not user friendly in the least.

It's just a wrapper for the web store
Poor design - the "app" is just a wrapper around an integrated safari instance which loads the standard web store. This is not a native app written to make shopping there easier or quicker and adds zero features beyond the site. In fact, it is several times slower to load everything. The poor design choice continues by having the wrapper look similar to the website... so you get this confusing double menu strip which reduces the viewable space. Oh, and the resolution is jacked up higher so there is already less useable screen space. Do yourself a favor and just use the site...

Extremely Slow - Faster to walk to nearest store.
It will be far faster to just use the website—and that’s saying a lot because sometimes the website gets awfully slow as well. There’s also no biometric log-in integration, and multiple times I have lost all the items when my shopping cart mysteriously empties. Two stars because after much time and effort, I was finally able to complete a transaction. But you’d think they’d make it easier for us to give them our money. What a pain!

Worst app ever
This is quite literally the worst shopping app that I have ever used. I can’t tell you how many purchases that they have missed out on from me because the app won’t work. It consistently freezes, the back arrow never works, so you constantly have to go back to the main memo and do your search and parameters all over again. It’s just beyond frustrating….so much so that I just give up and go shop somewhere else like Torrid, whose app works wonderfully. Please fix the dang app and make it useable. Or just keep losing money when customers end up shopping elsewhere.

Needs Improvement BAD!
Don't waste your time downloading this app. I read the reviews & ignored them, now I regret it. This app is extremely slow, I'm able to go through Google and pull up the same thing and it runs 20x's faster. It also doesn't keep things in your bag like it's suppose to. I placed a dress in my bag & by the time I completed checkout it told me they had discontinued it & the item was sold. Please work on making sure an item that has been placed in someone's bag can not be sold to another person. I'm deleting the app and will continue to shop through the website on my phone's browser instead.

App needs a major overhaul!
This app hasn’t been updated in 2 years and YOU CAN TELL! It’s slow as hell and not very user friendly. When you go to the menu, signing in, finding your account, settings and orders should be readily available. Instead when you finally find where to sign in, it seems like it takes you to another WEBSITE to search for the same thing over again vs it all being at your fingertips in the first place. I’ll do better bookmarking the website and adding it to my home screen. I’m deleting the app until you guys take the time to update it. PLEASE FIX IT!

Keep me logged in!
With everything requiring a password why can't this app have the option of keeping you logged in? It is always a hassle to make payments because it takes so long to remember my password! Furthermore, if this is the credit card app, why do I have to go through so many tabs to get to it, it should either go straight to a hub that has all your card information with options to make a payment, view recent transactions, etc or create a button for it straight on the home page.

New update?
Something has changed on the app and it no longer works on mobile phones! I always go to the filters so I can eliminate all clothes not available in my size, but now when I hit filter all the categories are so far to the left they are off the screen and cannot be seen on a mobile phone. This may work fine on a PC, but since I do my shopping on-the-go this changes my entire view of the app and quite honestly, if it’s not repaired I will stop even bothering to look for clothes as it makes it too cumbersome!!

Could be better
I like Lane Bryant’s clothes but this app is not that great. It’s basically the website in app form, meaning you are viewing a website in the app. It doesn’t work well at all. Also a huge thing I do not like is that I have the credit card but it doesn’t automatically link up when I want to to buy something. I have to actually get the card and type in the info when all my cars info is in this same app! Why can’t it be linked?? I’d probably buy more stuff from you guys if this app worked better.

Keeps signing out. Needs streamlining
I love LB and shop there regularly. But this app is pretty bad. It logs you out every time you switch pages pretty much. And most all my other apps keep me logged in even after they’re closed. I keep selecting “keep me logged in” and it does not. It’s also fairly slow and laggy and I have fiber internet so it’s not slow. The website is fine. But the app needs a lot of streamlining and bug fixes.

Love Lane Bryant! Kinda hate the app.
Lane Bryant‘s clothing and lingerie are the very best. I love their stuff. But the app is not very well-made and is difficult to use. You also don’t have a link to track your orders are to see if something is wrong. An example would be if one item has not come, And for some reason or another you cannot get into your email, there is no way to find out what’s going on or what has happened. Difficult app, great products!

Horrible!! It doesn’t work!
The app is horrible now. I can’t even shop for a bra without having a video go full screen and take over the app. The navigation is not intuitive and I have to tap an arrow multiple times to get the app to do anything! You did not consider the voice of your customer and only heard the voice of your marketing and sales people! I only shop on the app, so fix it and make it work for shopping and not advertising or lose a customer!!

Lingerie Matches
I overall am having a great experience with the App, but I would like to be able to select the bra and panties on the same selection. Once I select a bra m/panties there should be an option to choose the bra/panties that would match instead of searching in different areas and going thru every item to try and find the match.

Love LB but hate the app
This app glitches more than smarmy mobile game. Every time I use this app I just want to pull my hair out it constantly freezes, it’s slower than dial up, it undoes all the filters everyone you click to view a product. It constantly empties the basket for no reason! The craziest thing is it wasn’t always this horrible…I’m just so disappointed because I love shopping at LB in person but I can’t always shop in store. Sincerely hope y’all fix this

Sloooooooow!!!!
I hate using this app anymore. When I click on it, it takes forever to even open. More often than not, I have to exit the app completely, reopen it to get it to actually load the main page of the app. Trying to navigate looking for an item is glitchy...when you click on an item, and then click back to keep looking, it takes you all the way back to the beginning! So frustrating! You’d think with everyone shopping online during a pandemic that you’d update your app to make that easier!

Ditch the pop up videos!
I have been using the app for a long time with no issues. I went in yesterday to pay my bill, and I immediately get stuck in a pop up video. Today, I wanted to look at some yoga pants, and same thing. The main shopping page wouldn’t even load, and when I finally got to where I wanted to go, more pop up videos. I don’t want to watch your pop up videos, and will delete the app if necessary. Have a place where people can watch them, but don’t force us to. It’s slowing down the whole app and frustrating me!

Probably the worst app ever - use the website
Hands down the worst app I have on my phone. It’s super slow, poorly organized and lags constantly. There’s 2 menu options and when you open one you can’t get it to close, so I almost always have to close the app and reopen it o get it to go away. I only have this app to pay my credit card bill on the go if needed but I wish they’d do something about how bad this app is. I would 100% recommend just using their website to shop.

The actual webpage is better
I recently downloaded the app thinking it would be better, but no, the app is supper slow even with fast WiFi, when I’m scrolling down the page it randomly take u up to the top again, it take a long time to open a new tab from the main menu, over just annoyed bye how slow... sorry not sorry but they should ask torrid how did their webpage deleting the app again and just going through the regular website

Totally pointless
This app is horrible!! It constantly gets hung up and the navigation is super unpredictable. Will the back button take me back to where I was? Will it go somewhere else? Who knows!! The app is really just a button on my phone that launches their website, but with none of the functionality of Safari. Lane Bryant has lost several sales because I get too frustrated to complete browsing and checkout. On the plus side, it keeps me from spending money! 😹 Don’t bother downloading the app. Just use Safari to access their website.

App runs awful
This app is super frustrating to use. I downloaded it to look for some work clothes and every time I try to look at an item in detail then go back to continue scrolling I get a stupid auto play video that tells me about the pants i deliberately searched out. Can’t use the “shop” option at the bottom of the screen at all. Not even going to mention how awful the app LOOKS… I’ve had it on my phone for less than 10 minutes and I’m deleting it and going to Torrid.

Not very user friendly
Your app is not very user friendly. It also enlarged EVERYTHING, my keyboard, my menus... A bit strange. It's very hard to navigate the app. I didn't know whether to list this as technical support or a complaint. It's both. I love shopping with you but this app is just dreadful. It constantly empties my cart and removed my favorites even when logged in. It's like a browser inside an app, which is only being used as a frame. I've had this app for quite some time and am surprised you haven't fixed it due to all the complaints.

The app
I absolutely hate the app. It’s so slow and glitches. I have to close the app and start all over again to get to actually purchasing anything. In order to apply Lane Bryant cash or any discount I have to log in again and again even though I click the keep me logged in box. The app freezes. It is so frustrating that most of the time I just give up and don’t order anything. I know that the advice will be to make sure everything is up to date and it is.

App doesn’t work
I don’t know if I’m the only one but I can never even get into the app. It freezes on the screen that asks me if I want to accept cookies and doesn’t go any further. I have tried to delete and reinstall hoping that would help but nothing has. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. Since all the lane Bryant stores closed by me I don’t have much of an option other than to buy online and that doesn’t work. Don’t want to leave LB but it’s looking like I may not have another choice.

Love the site and the store...hate the app!
Oh geez. This is so bad. Hard to even find where exactly to log in to my account. It's sluggish and difficult to find things. In my iPhone 8+, it enlarges the keyboard and the clock/wifi indicator, etc at the top in the screen, which takes up unnecessary space that could be used to show me their products. Too many menu bars on the same screen...overall poorly designed and a total pain to navigate. Their desktop and mobile websites are great. This app...not so much. No thank you. 👎🏼
