Lashify

Waste of time. Since I first was introduced to Lashify, I was amazed and so was everyone around me. I got complements almost immediately. I have naturally full /long lashes but after my second child they needed help. Even my go to fiber mascaras didn't work the way they used to. I heard from a friend about Lashify and remember watching the how to startup kit beginners along with multiple tutorial videos and was honestly terrified to start. But there after my first gossamer was set in place with EASE.. I have never been so confident. I wake up in a good mood, because I feel put together at all times. It is so easy to put these on it's unbelievable and they actually stay on just the right amount of time. Shower, sweat, swim, you name it.. you can do it while wearing all Lashify Gossamers. They have so many styles, lengths and tools to find your perfect set. The price is unbeatable for what they bring to the table. I have since been spreading the word and even went into a reputable eyelash extension salon to get a full "gorgeous" set. There was in no way shape or form a comparison to the flawless DIY Lashify sets they offer. I can safely say that Lashify has changed the eyelash game forever. # Lashify TIL I Die - Jennifer Wheeler

Lashify itself - a 10/10!! However, the app could use a little work. As a buyer, when looking at each size/letter lash to buy, it would help to have a picture of the lashes on an eye as well so we can visualize what the lashes look like. They only show the lashes in the holder alone, which doesn’t really prove how they actually look like on someone. Maybe on the lash map tab they could even add pictures here of each and every lash style being worn by itself. Since I'm brand new to Lashify, it seems like I’m randomly guessing at which lash style I might like. However, the product itself is amazing and I’m never going back to mascara or extensions!! :)

Majority of the lashes are just the best I’ve ever had tried. I’ve been using them for over 3 years now and I’m addicted. The Core lashes are not the best in quality but the rest are state of art. I also love all the little things they make to make life easier, like the pad to use in the shower. The first year I noticed how my own lashes were falling out, and since I didn’t have many of them, I was very sad. Now I have to wear them because I need them. Since then the bond (glue), has improved. My lashes are no longer falling out. The app is annoying to navigate and should be improved. I hate going to the app for any reason. On many occasions I tried to remove something from my cart, which wasn’t possible. On other occasions the items were removed from my cart, only to show up at my door. The high bill was the first indication. It’s hard to go back in the app, and most of the time I just end up in a different department all together. I will continue using lashes from this company because they are a life saver and look beautiful. They have amazing longevity, too.

The lashes are worthy of 5 stars. I have rated at 3 stars for 2 reasons. First I think the lashes are a little over priced since when gently pulling out the lashes from the holder with my fingers as instructed, I end up damaging lashes. I prefer the shorter lashes & they are harder to remove from the oval holder than longer ones. Damaged lashes increase the cost, of course. Secondly, I’ve had problems with the glue. My first order contained a tube of the whisper light flexible bond (white but dries to transparent). Upon opening the tube for the first time, it was so dense & dried I got little from the tube. A week later the applicator broke off in the tube. I re-ordered the glue but it thickened very quickly despite my being paranoid about immediately tightening the cap after every application. Here again it’s expensive for the limited times it can be used. I do live in the desert, but very educated about uncapped products. That said, I love the lashes. I use the 8mm only which are longer than my own. I am older so I think they look more natural on me. Besides, anything longer hits my sunglasses. Even the shorter lashes make a noticeable difference. Two accessories I have found very useful: the lash pad (I no longer lose lashes during application or cleaning), and the small 4-way partitioned travel case (space so important for small carry-ones).

This is absolutely the worst shopping app I have ever used! No access to saved shipping information (you literally have to put your address in every time!) No access to previous shopping history of purchased products - no ability to re-order! In fact, it is basically an empty dummy catalog that leads you to a website to order!!!! Therefore, none of your data is actually propagated into the app! The entire purpose of an app is to be able to shop and order! Nothing can actually be completed within the app. These are simply basic shopping tools that are missing! Why even have an app if it is useless!!!! Why not just make users go to a website directly via their phones rather than have users go through 20 minutes of adding data to a dummy app that won’t save or propagate data anyway? I’m just absolutely shocked that this app is actually in the App Store! Whoever is in charge of their tech department is incompetent!!! What a shame, this will kill their business and they have such a great product.

I always hated wearing mascara because it ended up making circles around my eyes because I sweat so much. With Lashify I wake up for four days straight looking like I have the perfect lashes. People think I get them professionally done. I am not a make up person at all and when I get my makeup friends asking me if they are hard to put on. I say “if I can do it anyone can”. It took my household of men to get use to them because they thought I was dolled from having my lashes on. But i must admit now when I don’t have them on I feel like a baby bald eagle. I am so thankful to my friend Cat that introduced me to Lashify because she has changed my life with this look.

Lashify is empowering and life changing literally! I am a lash extension alumni. I have worn them without break since 2017 and just made the switch to Lashify this past May and I am full steam ahead. No more spending $200+ a month and hours and hours for fills. I do them at home and can change up my look as much as I want! I am in charge and then add this app to the mix and I am even more empowered because at my finger I have access to ordering and to tweaking my orders and to direct conversations with Lashify specialists and videos and tutorials! Don’t miss out! I would give this ten stars if I could!

I wear lashes to enhance my face. I have to look professional daily because I am in the public for my job. I wore lash extensions since 2009. They were pretty but because of my oily lids the only lasted a week. I required a new set every week. I stumbled upon Lashify during the pandemic. Game Changer!!!! Instead of spending 100 a week for new sets or fills I can put on my fresh set myself for half. Thank you. As a professional I needed this.

Lashify team… I stopped buying your products a few months ago because the site and the app have so many issues. Tried to again tonight and I’m giving up after an hour. It’s just not worth the stress and time! I can get salon extensions in the amount of time it takes just to try check out different options and place an order. Also, why are all of the photos in reviews hidden now? If it even lets us SEE the reviews. Most of the items are missing the link when you try to click it. It’ll just keep highlighting the stars that show its individual item rating and the amount of people that rated it… If you’ve been loosing a lot of business I’d definitely attribute it to your tech team.

I don’t see the point of using this app or buying Lashify anymore. When you go online to make a purchase, they often offer discounts to encourage you to use the app, such as, turn on notifications in the app to receive 10% off! This… never. works. In fact, no offer to do this or that in the app has ever actually loaded in the app’s cart on checkout. Also, this has nothing to do with the app but just how generally overpriced and overhyped Lashify is: I wanted to order some wandom refills. The cost of the refill is $15, and shipping is $7.50… for 5 tiny silicone pieces. Ridiculous. Bye Lashify. I have better results with Ardell or Kiss products anyway.

Once again Lashify knocks it out of the park! Just when I thought I couldn’t love the brand any more they give us an incredible app too. Not the hero we deserve, but the hero we need! I love the eyelash diagrams so you can see exactly how things look - total game changer! And everything is super intuitive in terms of navigation and shopping. If you’re at all a fan of Lashify you need this app!

One of the worst websites I have ever been on in terms of user friendliness! If I didn’t like the product, I would never use this app! Checking out is a nightmare if you do anything but punch in a credit card. I just recently left a $300 cart because checking out was such a pain. I would rather go without than get on that app again!

Absolutely love the product. They are the lash people for sure hands down. The app could be updated to reflect lashicoin & they could better organize the gossimers. But still this makes my ordering process super easy and the app works well but like everything in life, it has some room for improvement.

I have been using it for over a year and it suddenly doesn’t let me change my subscription box. It says it unable to update. It gives an email to report the problem, I’ve done it twice with response. I contacted the concierge and they said to uninstall and reinstall the app and it still doesn’t work so I have to use the website on a desktop. Just basically gave up. It’s also quirky in other ways but there are workarounds. Not in this case though. It’s very frustrating that no tech person would even look into it.

I’m blown away by this product, company, community and the APP. I’m coming out of five years of bondage to extensions and Lashify could not have been more in time. The app though is amazing. Clean line, simple I love the lashmap feature and that you can easily add a full look to your cart. I’m on this thing daily. Totally love it

I think the front page itself is really busy looking. There’s a lot of clicking and scrolling needed to find things. Since I’m only a user and not a designer, I don’t have great ideas to make the app better, but I think it still needs some work to make it more user friendly and easier to navigate. Thank you.

Love the lashes but the app needs work. It’s glitchy, you cannot easily update your membership easily. When you’re editing products you cannot click on them and discover more on that page you need to go to the shop page which is frustrating to have to make a list of what you’d like before managing your membership. The lash maps have very little actually on there.

I’ve been trying to make a purchase for over an hour now and both the website and app are very slow and keep kicking me out, hopefully this will be resolved soon so I can make my first purchase!

I have worn lash extensions for years a fill every 2-3 weeks was getting exhausting and hard to fit into my schedule. I was a little bit hesitant to try lashify at first because I am horrible at putting strip lashes on... lashify lashes were SO EASY for me to apply and they felt lightweight I won’t ever use anything else

I haven't worn mascara I'm 10 months and I'm never going back!! I love how easy it is to apply the lashes and I consider myself the world's most uncoordinated person. I love having the app to update my subscription. I think the UX could use some work but I always get what I order so I can't complain!

The product is absolutely amazing I’ve been a member for over a year. The app is a tad odd and says I’m not a member then takes me to my membership. The only bad thing is the yearly fee. If I’ve been a monthly buyer for over a year why do I need to pay another fee? Membership does give you a discount but it’s still a tad annoying. I highly recommend this product though!

I’ve always had frustration and difficulty when it came to lashes. Extensions were damaging and didn’t always come out the way I wanted. Tried every kind of strip lash and nope couldn’t get the hang of it. LASHIFY IS AMAZING!!! Got my control kit, got the lashes on in under 10 mins! They were lightweight, looked flawless, and stayed for 8 days!!!! IM ADDICTED!!!!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE LASHIFY!!! These lashes are so easy to apply, after a couple practice runs 😉. The quality is OUTSTANDING and they stay on for several days with very low key maintenance. I have been using these for 3yrs now and REFUSE to live without them. The app is very user friendly and convenient. Definitely recommend!

Lashify is a company led by an infectious founder & CEO with the tenacity of a Bulldog! 😂Sahara Lotti has improved so many people’s lives through Gossamers (Lashes)! I experienced this phenomenon in 2020…I didn’t realise how in shock I was from the mandates and what they represented to me. Lashes actually brought me out of depression. My story is not unique to the Lashify community!

Lashify lashes are so great! But the app itself needs work. Especially when ordering your box through the membership option. There are no categories so you have to scroll through a long list of every item they have which makes it hard to see what you even selected in the first place. The proceed to checkout button at the top doesn’t work half of the time.

I’ve tried every kind of lash application there is. This is hands down the easiest and most natural looking lash I’ve founds. So excited to again have beautiful long lashes at much less cost then salon extension. Also developed irritations from lash extension and have had no issues with this system so far! Thank you!

Honestly, I love Lashify. Been using it since January, but this is about the app. The UX is just bad bad bad and nothing ever works. I’ll adjust my subscription box choices and sometimes when I add a type of lash, it’ll glitch and drag me all the way to the top of the list or it won’t let me save my changes. I also tried to edit my card information and it wouldn’t let me do that. I end up doing everything on my laptop after failing and getting frustrated on the app. Lashify for the love of god, pleeeease do something about this app!

I never write reviews, but I LOVE Lashify. At first, I didn’t love it; however, I realized that I was using lashes way too long for my eye shape and watched a few Lashify tutorials. After that, I went down to a shorter length lash & layer them. My lashes stay on through everything for 4-6 days. I get compliments on my lashes daily. I recommend them to everyone.

I was having trouble with the website so I called and spoke to a customer service representative. She was over & above helpful & got me everything I needed. I would recommend Lashify to anyone as the customer service was above & beyond! Shannon Gowin

Lashify does a good job explaining everything however, you have to dig to find the information which is a little frustrating. The app kept loading when I was trying to make my purchase which made me nervous. But overall it’s okay

I have installed and reinstalled this app but continue to have problems at checkout. The app crashes every time I click the payment button. If the developers could fix that, it would be perfect!

I’ve been wearing lashes for many many years… back before it was cool! I personally don’t use the lashes the way they recommend. I do it old fashion style… I just can not figure out the other way. That said….. LOVE! These lashes!!!! I get a much more natural look!!!!

The new design of the app was done really well, and makes shopping so much easier. It is much more like the actual website. Can’t wait to just click into the app from now on!

Just watched a demonstration on how to apply Lash’s and it was very informative. She is beautiful and a very good teacher. I haven’t started to practice yet I have been applying lashes on top so this is kinda scary to me and I’am a perfectionist so want to do them perfect.

I love Lashify, and this app is handy to use. The only change I’d love to see is for managing the Luxe box to be able to search/sort through the products. It’s so tedious to have to manually scroll through everything and see what you have selected or look for what you want to add/delete.

Lashify lashes are in a class of their own. May seem a bit expensive in rhe beginning, but once you have all if the tools you are good. The lashes are also reusable. Don't settle for the copycats. They are inferior in quality and don't stand up to the best!

I love this brand and what it’s done for so many who prefer extensions to false lashes but also don’t want to be charged an arm and a leg. With Covid, this is such a better option than going into a salon. As well as the longevity, I can remove these when I want. I love you Lashify! That is all ☺️❤️

Horrible product. Very hard to use. I put lashes on and lost half of them within a few hours. I bought them during the pandemic and didn’t use them right away since there was no where to go anyway. Since I was slightly over the 30 day return period they won’t take them back even though their product is garbage and most every other store has extended their return policy during Covid. Bad product. Bad customer service. Bad all around.

I have nerve damage in my arm that makes my hands shake and I can use this system. It took me a while to get them on the first time but so worth the time. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my eyes before!! Mascara is dead to me!! I will never go back, love Lashify!!

The lashes are good so I keep dealing with it, but I put off buying things for months because of the awful experience it is to navigate the site or app. MANY issues and I’m sick of Lashify changing price and policies on the luxe box. Currently writing this review while I wait for the the site to load my subscription details (it’s been like three minutes and I’m pretty sure there’s a site error… again)

Love Lashify but a couple tips: fix crashes before you launch. I have a membership. I should be able to view enlarged photos of what I’m adding when choosing items. Instead when updating your membership items when you click on them you only get a description instead of a photo of how they look. Also, make sure the app isn’t a silly version of the website. I have the Facebook page for that.

I was not even able to place my order for Lashify since the buttons did not respond for me. Besides that, they have absolutely bombarded me with marketing notifications via the app and email. Why would any company do that? I truly doubt that any person would not be annoyed with that heavy amount of communications.

The app UI is incredibly hard to navigate. When you finally get what you want more often than not the app freezes and I end up waking away from the purchase. I thought if I had an automated delivery it would be easier and eliminate having to go back to the app, but to sign up for the subscription it was glitchy so I find myself battling the app and trying to buy.

App has been down for months with no end in sight. Accessing the webpage from my phone is a less than enjoyable experience so I have to log into my laptop to make changes to my account or purchase. Not the end of the world, but sure does take the convenience out of purchasing from Lashify.

I love being able to do my own lashes at home. Even throughout this pandemic I’ve been able to look out together. You may call me high maintenance but I feel like a naked mole rat without lash extensions. Now I can do that at a smaller cost

I fell in love with Lashify during shelter in place! I used to have lash extensions but I’m never looking back now due to Lashify. My real lashes don’t get damaged and they are soooo light weight I don’t feel them at all. Also I love the app it’s super easy to use and buy what you need.

Love this app but do I have a wish list? Yes I do. I would love it if I could open this app in landscape mode. I would like it if I could see my history. The best thing about Lashify is that they listen. When you ask they deliver. I love Lashify!

Can’t wait to try the lashes! It’s still in transit. App itself is good. I saw another review and I agree that the different lash types can have added pictures of how they look on someone and maybe even on different types of eyes.

I cannot remove items from my shopping cart. There is no option to remove. I tried changing the quantity to zero but that’s not working either... I need my cart cleared but I’m stuck... not happy. I have to login into the website to order. Please fix this ASAP..

So I love the company etc but when trying to use the app and adding the lashes, it doesn’t show up in the cart for you to edit etc. the only thing that shows up is the products. So you’d need to essentially go to the website which makes having the app obsolete. Please fix the app…
