In the eleven years that I’ve been an apple customer I have never felt compelled to leave a review for an app or product. Le Blanc Cabo was such a wonderful experience. All inclusive, no children, a butler for your needs, and the NICEST staff you will EVER come across. I got to try food and drinks I might not have tried at home that’s to the different restaurant options on resort. I also loved that you could book excursions through the app which was nice to have as an addition option. I had the time of my life here and I don’t want to leave.
Spent 5 days 4 nights at the resort and had a wonderful relaxing experience. The staff could not be nicer and more accommodating! The facilities were immaculate and spotless . Gym had great equipment and spa was beautiful! The food was fine but as expected for an all inclusive. Would definitely come back!
The absolute worst app and initial customer service I have ever received. You have to wait for about two minutes per screen and then when you get to dining for example it’s totally blank. On first entering I could ‘find reservation’ which was great. Now it is asking me to confirm reservation number. I enter the confirmation number emailed to us and it doesn’t accept it. I ring the suggested help number and am sent to some medic necklace purchasing line! Truly appalling. Not looking forward to the stay if this is the level of detail they offer.
Could not have asked for a better experience. We are Diamond members and were treated like royalty. Our concierge, butler, and dining staff were out of this world. They were so helpful, genuine and service oriented. If you want an amazing spa, pool, beach and dining experience, book here!
Stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The Staff really goes out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy. The entire resort; pool, spa, suite, restaurants and , even the gym, where all top notch! Can’t wait to return !
Trying to schedule our reservations ahead of time and the tabs don't load or work correctly. So far i haven't been able to view the restaurants, reserve or schedule any excursions. I also cant find an email address to report the issue. Super nervous about getting there and everything is full. Deffo needs an upgrade or back up system so customers can schedule ahead of time seamlessly
I love the resort, but this review is for the app. And it’s awful! It hangs constants. It was impossible to add guests to the reservation until we got to the hotel. We couldn’t make reservations with it successfully for restaurants, we had to call. And the restaurant menus were all several years old. Useless! It would be better if there was no app so employees would stop telling you to “use the app” all the time. The barely working awful app.
We haven’t even been there yet and we are already upset
We cannot access the app for two of the travelers in our party. We have spent about 12 hours total trying to get our names correct on the reservation, get the app, complete the health forms, etc. This is supposed to be a luxury experience, but it has been very difficult to get registered and confirmation for various activities. And we are palace resort members.
When attempting to complete Pre-Check In, I’m able to complete everything for my guest as designed (birthday, country, passport photos, emergency contact, etc.), but when attempting to enter info for the “Main Guest”, the first screen to enter birthday and country is as far as it will go before the app completely crashes and shuts down. I’ve tried repeatedly and get the same results every time.
This is just a review of the app, not the hotel itself. The app is slow and buggy. I’ve had to uninstall/reinstall the app to get it to work correctly. Other issues: - If you tap on an event in the planner to view more details, the ‘X’ to close the view is the same color as the top margin, so you can’t see it. You end up fishing around the page until you find it to continue. - Many pages are very slow to load. - Selecting a particular hotel isn’t very intuitive. You click the name at the top expecting a dropdown, but instead a scrolling selector appears at the bottom.
LeBlanc Resort & Spa Cabo is a luxury all inclusive resort that goes above and beyond for guest. From the moment you arrive it is 5 Star service. The resort is gorgeous & arranged well. I will recommend it and return for another visit.
After you book your reservation, you have to schedule all your exercise classes and spa treatments because they fill up very quick. Use the app to get your appointments!
Great ideas in the app however the app is really slow, glitches a lot, or just completely fails. Have spent way too much time trying to confirm my trip. Back to the drawing board La Blanc, your app needs some major work! Used on iPhone 12 with latest 15 iOS update
This app is not helpful at all. The screens do not load, the app constantly switches between resorts, does not let you book anything, and when a screen finally does stop loading, the page is blank. It’s basically useless. Latest version, iPhone 11.
The app has worked a total of 5 minutes during our stay. It almost never leaves the loading/spinning splash screen and when it does, a small fraction of the features work. This app would be great if it worked!
Beware the app is super glitchy. It constantly loads non stop after every click. Also made reservations at night the next day the app did not save them and told me I did not have reservations. Make sure to call and confirm whatever you do on the app. Super unreliable.
The app won't allow me to make reservations for restaurants. I've paid THOUSANDS of dollars for this resort and am told I can only make reservations through the app before the trip and nothing loads. Spinning and then results in a blank screen and frustration
The selection was great but food and coffee was Luke warm . The service to remove the table and breakfast remains were very slow at best! We removed it ourselves.
Filled out all sorts of forms to “pre-check in” none of them worked when I arrived. On site the app would seldom open and when it did nothing worked. Couldn’t call the butler, book food, or a spa visit. Completely frustrating
I’m not even to the resort and this app, as many reviewers have said, is USELESS. it takes like 5 minutes to load and then it crashes frequently. What dinner reservations, WHERE? You are letting this app cause reputation damage. Fix it or cut it!

Day 3 of staying at Le blanc and the app doesn’t work at all and what’s the point of making me download this app when I can just physically talk to someone in concierge?
