I’ve been with Leaders for a little while now and I’ve used this app a ton. It makes transfer and other services so easy and straightforward. I love leaders because of their customer service and how well built they are. This app is easy to use and helpful with keeping you on track with any of your accounts.

I came to Leaders CU 8 years ago after leaving Regions Bank. I’ve always felt like a person that mattered to LCU. All of their different banking options are stellar compared to other banks and someone is always there to help with a caring voice.
Leaders has always supported me and my family financially. I can trust them to keep my finances safe. I love doing business with Leaders because they have a strong minded staff and they handle things professional when conducting business matters.
The mobile app is so easy to use and navigate. The use of the finger print log in makes it simple to log in. Everything you need is in the app. Transfers, bill pay etc. Great functionality and attractive display!
Satisfied with the bank and the app!very convenient and works really well. Great features such as depositing checks and being able to tran money between accounts with ease is very beneficial!
This APP does not work - Fire your IT department and APP Development Team
My review is simple. This APP does not work majority of the time. My family and I will be closing our accounts if this does not get better soon. We can’t make transfers to other accounts from the app, cash checks, or nothing as the app always have an error/ technical difficulties or continuously spins trying to log you in.
The app does a few things and, what it does, it does well. However, it is missing a host of features that are standard for even mid-size financial institutions. For anything non-standard, they continue to funnel you to overworked, unpleasant call center employees.
Super irritated, sick of seeing “account unavailable” multiple times a week because you keep having technical issues. There’s money in my account that I need that I cannot transfer and therefore access because of your “technical problems”
If you have a joint account with your spouse, only the person that setup the account can see the transactions. The other person can only see the balance. You must log in as your spouse in order to see transactions. This defeats the purpose of a joint account.
App is very useful but the notifications show up with a delay. Sometimes it’s a full 24 hours before it alerts me of big withdrawals. Not good if my card is stolen.
Awesome awesome!!!! A local bank doing big things...this credit union is growing and not forgetting about the customers and service. Great app. Never any problems and tells you of ATMs in the area you are to access your bank for withdrawals for free.
Just about every bank has an app nowadays, but this is one of the best ones I've ever seen. It's fitting too, because this is the best bank in town... Probably because it's a credit union. And a leading credit union at that! I wonder where they got their name? :)
I love this app! It allows me to do my banking from either the comfortable of my home or wherever I might be. The level of convenience this app provides is so high. If you are a Leaders customer, you need this app.
