As a busy teenager I'm always on the go and I'm in love with the mobile deposits. The update has changed it to where I not only see how much money is being withdrawn / deposited , but I also can see how much my account had standing at said transaction. I will say, my debit card has been compromised several times and I've only been banking here for 2 years. Annoying but that can happen anywhere.
This app is super underdeveloped. Half the time doesn’t work. It’s getting to the point I’m considering changing banks because it’s so out dated. Please put some money into this app. It is not user friendly or convenient. I’ve never rated an app, but this one constantly pisses me off that I feel it should be rated.
Signing into the app has become a pain. The Touch ID does not work, which adds about three extra steps to logging in. Plus it takes two tries after that to populate the keyboard for the PIN number. So basically the app has went from simply putting the pin in, to 1- getting through the pop up asking for thumbprint (knowing it doesn't work). 2- clearing the error box. 3- clearing the keyboard bar because the key board isn't there. 4- relaunching the keyboard. 5- and THEN I get to enter my pin the log in. The app is underdeveloped and a pain to use now, and that's coming from an IT student. And before you say it- it's the app, not my phone or a setting.
