Well first is first even though my bank account looks like the one shown in the pictures above (you know that one account showing $12 and some change available) I have to say that this bank app has been one of the easiest to use out of the handful I’ve used in my days. I give it 5 stars because today is pay day and I just feel like being a little generous! Easy to use and you can access all $12 anytime you want or just check on it anytime you want to just to make sure you didn’t go crazy buying 13 items at the dollar store, and the app is free my dudes! So there’s that, enjoy.

Best Service

I have been banking with Legend Bank for over 20 years (since it was Surety Bank). I moved to the Dallas area 16 years ago, but continued to keep my accounts active at Legend because of the excellent service. When I need assistance, I can call and always get a “person” (not a recording) to answer my question. I do all my banking over the Internet and have never had a problem with paying bills electronically or making deposits. Legend Bank is better than any of the huge banks in the DFW area! Keep up the great service, Legend!!

Fast & Easy to use

Easy to use app. It too me a sec to figure out how to view the images of checks you deposited through the app. Discovered there is a limit of 6 check deposits thru the app per week. Not a problem though. I took the 7th check that “errored because of limit” to a branch without issue.

I love the app because it is so easy to use! And the fact that it’s anytime day or night! I still like to go inside the bank because Legend bank in Bowie, TX., treats you like family and that is a plus in my books everytime!

Works weird sometimes

The login is off and on. Settings are unreliable. I like the passcode, but it only works occasionally by returning to user name and password option! This happens during the same day. I look at the app daily and/or several times a day. Don’t request help from the main office. They don’t know how to help. Suggested I go to the branch office. 😣

Great app

Took me a minute to get used to it because I had a different app with another bank but I was amazed at how fast I was able to learn how to use this app!! Love it 3 outta 5 stars wouldn’t change a thing lol

Almost always great!

Almost always, the mobile app is great, allowing me to check my balance, look for specific deposits or withdrawals, and deposits. Occasionally, the app is down on weekends, but it’s usually a minor nuisance. The app saves me a lot of miles and time, since the nearest branch bank is 15 miles from me.

Getting to deposit on mobile is hard to get to. Should have choice on main menu to be able to click on with out going through so many steps.

Average App

Not easy to navigate. Some selections don’t take you where you think it should. I use it occasionally since it’s the only way to do things. There are banking apps that are much more user friendly than Legends.

Convenience at my fingertips.

Recent Legend Bank but am very impressed with the Legend Bank in Nocona. I am very pleased with the Legend Bank app with ease and adaptability within the app. Strongly recommend it.

The app has many good features and functions. It works very each session. But it loses its mind when you close your phone or switch apps and come back. So you have to fully close and restart the app between every session- it constantly apologizes for losing its mind - which doesn’t really help - just fix it and stop Apologizing. The billpay interface/sub-app is unclear as to whether to correctly set up recurring payment and when it will Go out

Negative balance alert doesn’t work.

App never sends a negative balance alert. You have to log in and check manually when the balance in negative. The balance won’t show a negative sign just brackets around the balance amount.

Great app

It’s a great, well rounded app. Until you forget your Access ID and Password because you’ve been using TouchID the whole time. Once you’ve forgotten these, it’s all over, there’s an option to recover the password but you need your Access ID to do so.

Crash fest
