Omar is AMAZING !!! I’ve been to Lego Land the last three months and let me tell you this guy is EVERYTHING THIS PARK NEEDS !! He is kind and he loves all the kiddos !! He even gave my daughter two Lego pieces and everytime we go back OMAR is on the list to hunt for just like finding Lego guys !!! We love OMAR !!! That gentleman needs a RAISE and the EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR cause he is that Awesome !!! And we also met Christian this last time and he was great as well!! He even sang us a Christmas song !!! How sweet was that !!! I will say one thing, they should advertise MORE that you can trade mini figures with the employees, we literally tell EVERYONE every time we’re there and 80 % of people don’t know, and it truly does make the experience so much better and fun !!! Also every employee should have a mini figure on the badge so that they can all be included in trading ( just my opinion) but we got the monster to merry passes and we will be back many more times !! Love this place 10/10!!! Ps I don’t know if you got the memo : OMAR IS AHHHMAZING !!!!
It was the perfect weather for a day at LEGOLAND! We were able to enjoy most of the rides and because there were fewer people, able to enjoy them multiple times. We had an encounter with one particular employee that sang a song he had made up to us about vacationing: Christopher B at the Ninjago gift shop, you’re the best! Only minor complaint was the only one we had last year, the hand sanitizers were all empty around the park.
We had a fantastic day at the park! The employees took time to interact with our son who lives Lego! He absolutely loved exchanging Lego figures. Several employees tried very hard to help him with his figures. One was experienced with the mystery bag set to help him find the only figure he truly wanted! It was a moment I will not forget and always treasure how happy he was that they helped him in his quest. We will return again guaranteed. Lego land has a wonderful group of people working there!
We decided to surprise the kids with a vacation to LegoLand. We stayed at another resort in Orlando prior. The kids were upset we left the other resort until midway through the first day. Later in the day they thought they were comparable, later it was an edge for LegoLand. At the end of the vacation, my son said to me the other resort was junior leagues and LegoLand was at the pinnacle. Our kids told us they were lucky to be our kids.
I literally downloaded the app because one of the selling points is you can download your tickets to the app. Welp, apparently not. I see a “Planner” tab instead of a “My Visit” tab and there is no ability to download your tickets. Also, there are construction areas that the app is not taking into account when giving directions. I also saw where a guest can order food on the app from the Legoland restaurants. I got an error message when I tried to do that with the Skylight Cafe. All the things I wanted to do with the app, and I can’t.
Inaccurate wait times. We would often get into lines that would say 5 or 15 minute wait times only for wait times to be well over 45 minutes. This happened multiple time. Also, wait times were not available until you were in the park, which did now allow for me to preplan my trip and think of rides and experiences that I wanted to do with my family. The Disney app allows for you to see wait times in real time so it’s easy to pre plan vacations and know what rides get busy at what times.
Went with my son he enjoyed it immensely. The rides are geared towards young children. The legos in the wait areas are a nice touch. Lots to do, lines were not bad at all. My only complaint is the cost of parking 23$ and the fact that even if you buy a annual pass they do not refund or give you credit. Also they need to have mini figurines easier to buy and trade. Have some sets of 2-5 available to easily purchase. ( the trading was really popular with my son)
Our family really enjoyed our time at Legoland. Our boys are the perfect age for it—4 and 7. My 7 year old loved the Ninjago ride and the flying school coaster. We will be back again to enjoy more fun! The app really helped to navigate. Thankful to have downloaded it before we came. :)
Overall everything was great! My kids (6 and 8) had a blast. It was a lot of fun and we’ll definitely be back. The prices for things are very reasonable. A few of things that can be improved are the wait times for the food and the cleanliness of the park. The parking was a bit unorganized. The wait times for some rides were a little long (over and hour up to and hour and a half.)
We had a really nice day with our 4 and 9 year old kids at the park on Sunday. The only down side was they seemed to be short staffed and didn’t have all the food venues open. Some of the restaurants took online orders which was good. They could stand to upgrade their food quality. But all in all the kids loved the day!
We had a fabulous day using our rain day tickets, though we were saddened because the one ride my oldest was excited for was Ninjago and it was down all day for maintenance. The rest of the day was lots of fun and we loved the new pirate ride!
This app was amazing- we couldn’t have visited the park without it. Location, ride wait times and the absolute best was being able to map out your visit and check off the attractions as you complete them!!
We love Legoland! Made our 3rd trip there in the last year. It’s fun for the whole family. The rides are perfect for kids and we love the hotel, food, staff, and planned events. My only issue is the lack of coffee options and vending machines. I needed more coffee and snacks. Lol
The hotel was very organized and always helpful. It was especially creative I’m the hotel and throat the park. We appreciated the many choices of activities . Best staff anywhere!
Our mini staycation couldn’t have been more perfect. From the hotel staff to the Legoland Park, along with their water park staff were very helpful & friendly. With a sincere heart, thank you. The Gamez.
Used it for a character meet and greet and the character was not scheduled to be at the location at that time. Showed employee the app and he said it was incorrect. Didn’t use it the rest of the day. Everything looks good about it, but didn’t want to waste any more time walking kids around in the heat for potential aggravation.
The app has wait times listed, but they are inaccurate to the ones posted on the actual rides. You can not see any restaurants or if they are open or the menus. You also can only order ahead for one restaurant in the park, and you have to use a third party account to even do that. The map doesn’t let you search properly. Really it is the most poorly designed theme park app I’ve ever used.
The new pirate Island hotel opened back in June and we are in November and it is still not located on the app. Not very good. Plus, Why haven’t you found a better way to get the guests to the water park WITH LITTLE KIDS besides walking a mile through the entire park just to get there? Maybe a tram?? Anyone else think this is absurd? Plus leaving the water Park having to walk back with tired kids is no FUN!!!
Great place for kids and the whole family especially the water park. However, they need much more shading, soda freestyle machines, and a quicker way to the water park (you have to walk the entire length of Legoland to get to the water park). A trolley service to the water park would be nice
It’s legoland, best theme park made. I’m 17 and still love going here, fun for kids and adults of all ages, workers and employees are the kindest people I’ve met. Lego movies 24/7. Great food and times. Love it.👌🏼
My whole family is a huge fan of Legoland but when it comes to planning our day through the app nothing works. There is no showtimes available which would be really helpful to figuring when to see what and the 3 times I went to order food through the app, it didn’t work.
I really love the park!! should know that everything is super expensive so go at least with 300 dollars to spend on food and snacks lockers parking and breath 🤣🤣😅 super fun
A for the idea - F for the execution. The system was completely inaccurate with wait times for the rides. The app had identified certain rides as closed when they weren’t. We wasted a lot of time basing our agenda on the inaccurate data the app provided. The map was helpful for showing where certain rides were, but I could do the same with a paper map. Rather than spending 20 minutes entering all my personal info into the app. The app is free, but not worth the time or hassle setting it up. Hopefully they will eventually work out the bugs.
Bought season passes for five, drove an hour to get here and app says things have wait times, but then we all there and nothing open, not even ninjago because of rain. I don’t think my kids and I will be back. What a waste.
The park really needs to create an entrance that is closer to the waterpark Having to walk ALL the way thru amusement park to get to waterpark is ridiculous.
