Thanks to Lenskart to bring such a gift to people who needs power and sunglasses. Very conveniently designed app with huge variety or choices at unbeatable price. Iam customer of Lenskart from 2009 only because of their constant support from placing order to exchange till delivery. Their 3D view is one of the best feature.
I placed my order online using app but there was not email communication when mobile is not reachable. They did not even care to update my order on application showing where it is and why it is blocked. When I called after a week to check about my order and delivery, I realized they have put my order on hold for no reason, when I asked them what details you wanted the answer is that there was some technical glitch in system hence my order was not processed. When in the call my call got dropped off but no one from the Lenskart team cared to call me back. This is not the experience I am expecting from such inline stores. The order which got processed after my escalation will take 10 more days to deliver. Which world Lenskart is in, we are in digital age where transactions and orders are delivered super quickly, but this team looks very slow and bureaucratic. I don’t recommend Lenskart unless you are passionate about their 3D feature in the app which never worked for me even after 10 trials.
It is very difficult to reach out to Customer Care. There’s a toll-free number but it is useless. I have ordered two glasses and one went missing and not delivered. I called the customer care call toll free number, there is no option there to reach out to a human being. The only option left out is to chat with Customer Care agent through to the app. English language proficiency is required for that purpose. What about a common native speaker of any other official languages in India? Total disaster

I requested for home service at an affordable price with an eye expert( ophthalmologist) . And after a review, he prescribed a lens for me and I received it with two days. Good service and customer care
I placed an order for a pair of eyeglasses prepaid and after a day they are again asking for payment for the same order which is already being paid. This was my first transaction and I ended up like this, they won't reply to your mail, call them they assured you that it will be resolved but when it comes to action there is nothing.
I had placed an order for glasses more than 10 days ago. But I haven’t got the glasses yet! On calling the CustomerCare, I get to hear that due to some technical glitch my power presumption could not be accessed by them!! How on Earth does one guess that! A disappointing experience, on the whole as I have to travel outside the country without a set of spare glasses 😔
They literally ignore the customer's issues. Instead of solving the problem, they will make you wait extra extra times and days. And trying to reach out to them is the hardest thing. Never ever going to use this application again.
With completely denied location & such preferences, app is still fetching location which is too secretive and not something I would like. Not permitted from my end but still reading my privacy means the backend logic is working to enter into what I am not allowing it to.
When I took eye check in Lenskart they gave a wrong power and for the return/exchange of that product they are taking so long that the patients eye sight might change with headache. So ordered a new glass too but they are not able process it in time as expected and there is lot of delay. DMSO cancelling all orders
Paid the amount but still shows as incomplete payment
I have selected cash on delivery option and placed the order .later I changed the payment method to net banking and paid full amount but still it shows as incomplete payment and lenskart agent asks me to complete the payment.
Does not allow me to select Indian store while travelling abroad
The app does not allow browsing through Indian product while being outside india Can’t user purchase items to sent as gift to some one in india while Being outside india ???
Everything related to camera is a bug.. not sure if team is testing anything before releasing the versions. Better to spend some time and release a stable version.
Placed an order on 4/10 and never received. No one sent an order status, no replies to emails or WhatsApp messages. They don’t have a U.S number to call. Very dissatisfied!!
Customer reps have very poor knowledge and no control. There is no escalation metrics. They screw up every order. 2nd time with incorrect lens dimensions. Never opt for lenskart else get the specs checked properly when you reveive
They never keep up to their commitments on delivery. When you call to check the status the store agents are very rude. Please don’t buy products from this company.
The app is full of defects. When I entered correct first name and last name on the address, it repeated my first name twice and lost my last name. Doesn’t prompt to add 0 as the power if a certain power is not needed.
All Vincent Chase are duplicates i feel... Or those are worst onces... I got 3 pairs till now and all of them got scratched easily just by keeping in my shirts upper pocket... Seriously even the copy of some good brands are better
It’s my 7 th order, and now I can fell it’s degrading the quality even they increased the price. Order two spectacles and both of them are loose in feeting.

Lack of basic functionalities in app. Like cancel order, change ordered prescription value. No education screen. Images are blurred. Customer service guys are very slow. THEY TOOK AROUND 2-3 days to reply on email. Delivery days are very late.
