I’ve always had difficulties building my credit and getting my life back on track and getting a vehicle….. right out the gate Liberty helped me with a car and at a grate loan rate. They also offered me a great credit card to help build my credit I recommend this bank to friends co workers and family
Liberty First Credit Union is an awesome credit union, and I really enjoy using this app. It’s easy to use and provides all my banking info on my iPhone. If you use a Liberty First debit or credit card, download the Card Valet app to get alerts and set limits.
I’d give the bank 5 stars but a 90 day password change is way overkill. Even NIST guidance recommends 365 day change unless a compromise has occurred. Not only do I change pwd here, but all my downstream integrations are affected. Someone please make this a more user friendly experience. 90 days is overkill.
This update is amazing! It is very well organized and i can access things so much easier than before. It is much quicker and has everything i want on my online banking!
Before I could transfer money to and from an external account with ease. Now there is no way to do this unless it’s a scheduled transfer for a loan. Completely useless to me now.
Ever since the latest update, this app is just plain bad. You can no longer search transactions or view transaction details. If you want to look at a transaction from 4 months ago, you physically have to scroll to 4 months and look for it that way. The mobile check deposit is also a pain to get to work. It says that I took two pictures of the front and the back of the check when I know that isn’t true. It takes 10 minutes just to deposit one check. At that point I might as well go to the bank and do it in person. Fix this stuff ASAP, these were never problems in the last version.
Being a financial app it should work better than other apps. Far to often I find myself randomly not able to access the app. Maybe Liberty First should switch to a software solutions company that can provide a reliable product. I utilize several other banks and none have the issues like Liberty First Mobile banking. Why is there no 24hr contact number on the app for customers to identify if there is actually an issue with our accounts vs just another glitch in Liberty Firsts banking software.
This app is pretty much the exact same thing as the web service through a browser. One thing I would like to see added is if the qualifications for the Kasasa checking account has been met, that way I don't have to guess my number of signature transactions at the end of the month.
This app does everything I expect it to. I would suggest to see the balance in the transactions (like you can on the computer). Those who can't get on need to contact the bank. They can walk you through signing in. I've had NO trouble.
I like the consistency between this app and the web version. Everything is in the same place and it works well in the mobile format. 2 things I would like to see: 1) like another reviewer said, it would be nice to see the qualifications for the Kasasa checking and know exactly how many transactions you need to meet them 2) now that mobile deposits are available, it would be nice to be able to use the flash on the camera when capturing check images.
Not going to lie, the older app version was pretty minimal on features. The new 11.x version update is really nice, user friendly and modern. Good work!
I don’t know what happened, but I used to be able to see a budget function. This was extremely helpful and the user interface used to look far better. I can’t edit the dates on recurring payments, so I can’t make proper house payments. Please fix….
I’ve had this app for a couple of months now and I still don’t have the mobile banking option on my app. Also lately it has not been showing recents purchases.
JUNK!!! Constantly crashes, inaccurate info on your account. Sometime it show you're old loans and closed accounts, some times it don't. Major problems with this app
