I’d say it’s great just..

pretty great app. there’s just a lot of little kids on there who were taking it over and being really rude to people, and I find that it’s really stupid because I heard that this app was a replacement for TikTok if it got shut down and it is place 13+. and there are some nine-year-olds on here who are harassing and bullying so many adults and anyone older than them, and it’s like the smallest inappropriate thing they see on their fyp- they hate on it. and I think it’s funny because the app is 13+ so anyone who buys it just be aware that there are a lot of little kids who hate on people because if something is a smidge inappropriate on their fyp they harass the owner. but the concern that I think is actually kind of funny is that those little kids are harassing them, right? But it’s technically the kids fault for those videos being on their fyp. like what were you looking at to get those videos on your fyp? like they get mad because it’s inappropriate but the thing is, is it’s on the kids’ fyp- so what were they looking at to cause those videos to pop-up? anyway otherwise it’s a really good app. i absolutely recommend <3

It’s great but

The app itself is just amazing but if I have to be honest the amount of Time limits on the videos when you make them you only have about 15 30 And 60 seconds I wish that the app it’s self could at least you know make a time feature. And change it to at least three minutes and 10 minutes. For whenever I make videos cause I feel like 60 seconds isn’t enough time to do a dance or do I get ready with me but honestly like I said the app itself is amazing it’s a pretty great app there is a little bit of flaws though that’s my first flaw the fact that. You don’t have enough time to make videos Like I said overall the app is amazing just that was my only flop right now but like I said that in the app itself is just amazing but I do honestly wish not to compare you to this app to TikTok but I feel like you could have your car I feel like your teachers have a little more features than TikTok as I get it I will try to be differen from TikTok or whatever but like I get it but I personally wish that the features on TikTok where as well as on Likee But like I said multiple times this app. It’s just an amazing app but those are my two only flaw or I guess my one and only flaw. 🚫VERY INAPPROPRIATE!🚫

So today I just installed Likee because one of my friends from acting camp had it, and it looked pretty innocent. So, me and my friend also installed the next morning. That morning I didn’t really know what to do on the app since it is supposed to be just like TikTok. So while I was at camp, I didn’t have internet. But I did have my phone. When I got home, I checked Likee, and I already had 5 followers, and one of them was that friend from camp. I didn’t know the other 4. About a few hours later, I got a message from someone telling me that they read my name, told me I took sweet and nice. Then they asked me for my zodiac sign. Of course, they did seem nice, so I told them my zodiac, but I did know something was a bit off. About 2 hours later, I got a very concerning message. There pfp was a girl standing in a inappropriate pose. At that point I felt uncomfortable because I am pretty young. They said like really inappropriate +18 plus stuff. They also added a room link FOR +18 plus stuff. I was litterally speechless so I just blocked them. About 2 mins later, someone random added me with the same pfp that other girl had. I thought it was they same girl so I just blocked them too. Nothing really has happened yet. Also here is a tip, if you want it to be family friendly, then please make it family friendly. If you want stay safe, I’d not recommend this app..

Really inappropriate ⚠️

I got Likee because I mean, I was a kid at the time. I didn’t know any better. I thought it would be better than TikTok because there were a lot of kids posting and thought it would be fun. I made a lot of friends and got followers, but then I got my first creep. There was this video of me, with my friend, and we were just showing clips of our sleepover. A few hours later, after it posted, a weirdo messaged me, saying weird stuff, like “where do you live?” Or “how old are you?” I blocked him after I saw the messages. And the wording is just weird for “stranger’s messages”. Isn’t that like suspicious to word it that way? My friend had Likee too, and she live streamed but then a creep said and did some weird stuff. He begged for n*des. Likee is like a breeding ground for pedos. I made myself a parental control, but for some reason, it just got even more suggestive. There were these girls. At the comments, all the weirdos were saying “work it” or “without the top”. I checked one of their accounts and the vids they liked were underage girls! There are also a lot of bots and it just gets really annoying. PLEASE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD! THE REPORT BUTTON DOES NOT HELP. LIKE AT ALL. Please please please get the creeps out. It’s really weird and I never want to download this app again so don’t tell me to “rEpOrT” cuz I’ve done it like fifty times. There have been weird messages, pictures, and suggestive videos. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ⚠️⚠️

I like the app but...

I really like this app. It’s fun, child friendly, and a great alternative for apps like tiktok,etc. I don’t like the fact that you have to pay for the diamonds. I understand that the app has to get money to keep updating, but there should be an alternative because there’s mainly younger children on there(whose parents would say no if they asked for diamonds) so maybe watching an ad can get you 5 diamonds or something like that. Also there’s creeps on the app, too. This is another issue that needs to be fixed soon. There’s also people who don’t post their own videos. That’s probably the worst part. I could be looking at one account one day but I will see that there’s 30 others. So I don’t know if I’m even following someone from the app. It makes me feel so sad that there are people who put out great content but a fake account gets more likes or views than them. Likee is an amazing app, but there’s sooo much to fix. Here’s an update to my review. If you go live, and you have haters for whatever reason they will REPORT you and they will stop you from going live. It’s really annoying because I can no longer go live. That’s unfortunate because I really had fun going live. I don’t know what I did wrong because Likee won’t tell me! I even emailed them and I got no response. So please watch out for that.

Likee is great! But...

Here’s the thing. Likee is obviously a reference to liking a video right? Well I can’t do that!!! This is very weird...my device doesn’t show to like a vid but anyways besides that the app is actually very very very awesome! The filters not only make the app’s ability to shoot a video better but it makes the app more enjoyable!!! I love that you can put content from roblox videos to comedy videos to just about everything! There is a thing for everyone on this app!!! I love it so much and I think it deserves way more attention than it has right now because of the app filters and the content. But there is another thing that I love about this app...the login. Many apps have difficult login and sign ups. But this app changed that! All they needed where your account and your number and that’s it. All you have to fill out! Most of other apps need different things because “it helps with the experience of the app” but it is mostly a waste of time with other social apps and this app changed it all! Thank you so much for all the work put into this app! And for reading this long and boring review about how much I like the likee app! 😅😅😅 thanks and bye!!

Likee is a disturbing and horrible app…

I’ve decided to rate this 5 stars BECAUSE I WANT IT TO BE READ! I was too young to think about it and write a review, but I remember when I was around 7 or 8, I had Likee on my tablet. I loved the app so much! I used to use it to express my creativity and play around with filters, and it was a great app to me, until I was scarred by what I came across. A “13 year old male” was talking to me on Likee in private messages. I was around 7 or 8, reminder—the dude asked me if I wanted to see something “funny”. I said “sure!” and me being innocent, I thought it was a funny-looking face or a joke or something, but instead, the guy showed me a picture of his PARTS. it had a needle which looked like he “inserted” it… and he asked if I could show my parts too… I was worried, nervous, and confused until my mom came in the room and yelled at me and was in shock of what she just saw. She told me what it was and she made me delete the app. She was then comforting me and I was scared. This isn’t even funny, that wasn’t a joke. There are creeps out there, stay safe and please do NOT download THIS APP!!!

Don’t waists your time.. Read till the end

I used to use this app a lot and loved it until you changed literally every possible thing where certain songs previously used or used by other users started going against your rules plus you can’t change any login information without emailing them everything about your account this is supposed to be for teenagers but if you use you phone number to login and it has to be changed for any reasons don’t try to get into your old account because they want every kind of information some of it is just prying into your personal life. I will not download or recommend this app to app to anyone it’s ridiculous I rather just download tik tok and use it same layout more songs and you don’t have to tell them reasons or prove your real by sending a picture of you license to them. You have gotten away to much to even make one video on you anymore. I will NEVER download or use this. I lost all my videos but most of them wasn’t approved anyways and I done the shortest and never once broke the rules but some of my videos got taken down for no reason this app just needs to be completely deleted off of the App Store no one should have to explain why they need to change their information for their account!!

Do not download this app!!! This should be illegal!! 😡😡😡 I downloaded this app when I was a teen and I thought it would be really cool because it was like tik tok and I download it. Well it took a turn real fast. I started making videos and I got comments from weird old men trying to get me to post a video with me wearing a bathing suit or crop top. They also were begging me to be their girlfriend. They were begging for n*des and said make videos in in appropriate positions. Me being a kid I didn’t know what any of that ment and I did all those things. And they kept liking my videos and stuff and I kept posting those types of things.. I was curious about his age and I asked how old he is because I told him my age and he said he was 13. I said oh ok so were the same age cool. I was also curious about what he posted and I asked and he said oh, my videos got deleted. I was like ok.. and I went to his recently liked videos and he liked many underage girls videos and he even commented things like, your cute, your hot, stuff like that you know. I tried reporting it and a few minutes later he said I know where you live. I know your age, I know this and that and if you don’t send me pictures then your whole life is gonna be ruined. I’m gonna kill your family. Knowing that I was scared. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP reporting does nothing!!!!

My Opinion About Likee

Likee is a really great app, I like the video content that you can make, and sounds that you can use, and it’s a great way to make friends and communicate. I don’t know when they took this off, but they had this thing called “moments” I’m pretty sure? And it was basically this part of likee where you can write whatever and post pictures on there. No videos or anything, and obviously you still weren’t able to say bad words or inappropriate language. I don’t get why this took this off? I loved that part and I didn’t have to do any hard work. I didn’t have to make any videos, all I had to do was write anything I wanted, and if I wanted, I could post a picture. I hope they read this and add this back because me and a lot of other people enjoyed it and miss it as well. Other than that, Likee is a great app. Also, the sounds that some people use aren’t even inappropriate, and the videos aren’t posting. Saying that “it’s the sound” or “this video is inappropriate. “ when it isn’t. This has also been happening to me, and I would really appreciate if they fixed this. Awesome but…

It is amazing like really good but there’s nothing like it doesn’t have like anything to tell you what to do how to do it and like basically what it is but still overall I still think it’s a five because nobody can have a perfect game that can satisfy everyone in the world or even satisfy a lot of people this can satisfy a lot of people, so I still think that because of that it’s a five star rating because of just the people that like it and of how the app is but you should probably put like something to help people start off when they get into it and stuff but overall I still think it’s really great and I’m sorry if this is really long and I just think that it really needs a guide for new people but overall I love it and I am going to really appreciate learning how to do it but like I said in this whole entire thing I need a guy to help me and my sister can’t just be my guide all the time, so can you please put a guide into the game? Thank you and it’s OK if you don’t get this because I see that there is a lot but I hope eventually you still add a guide.

This app is great for posting videos and all but, the pervert situation is going on real badly. These perverts are taking over likee and talking sexually to young girls, I get spammed by pedos liking my videos and looking through my videos being a stalker... it’s uncomfortable and I would always read their profiles and it would say “girls dm me for a good time” and it makes me so upset of how so many underaged girls really send inappropriate pictures to these pedos! They also catfish and send you inappropriate links, likee you really need to stop this! Blocking won’t help! It just disabled them commenting/chatting and that’s not enough! Pedos could still look through your videos! I also heard about this “jiggle” challenge created by a pedo. And there’s millions of underaged kids doing it and it makes me sick that there parents aren’t managing their phones! Pedos can safe your videos even if you disable the “other save videos” button. That could lead to perverts saving the video then sending it to other pedos and it’s going to spread but.. LIKEE GET RID OF THESE PEVERTS RIGHT NOW! THEAE PERVERTS ARE RAIDING LIKEE!

Great app but I have a complaint

I like the app and I had it for a long time and I do not feel comfortable making my videos public. So I made my videos private. One day I went on the app and I noticed that some of my videos where now public. I would try to make them private but it wouldn’t let me hit the private button I was very confused and very uncomfortable so I saved all my videos that I could and deleted all my videos off the app. I did not like this because it did not let me make my videos private again they state public and I do not feel comfortable with that. I’m not sure what happened but it shouldn’t happen to anybody because if they don’t feel comfortable posting like me the video should not become public for everybody to see and you can’t change it back to private which I think is very ridiculous. But besides that I had a very fun time watching videos on the app and making videos. But sometimes I do get recommended stuff that I don’t like that I’m not interested in and I cinema interested in it but they keep recommending it to me and that is quite annoying but besides all that it is a very great apple for on is it a great alternative to Tik tok.

Summarised: In short, this app has an edgy sort of conversation flow that only a 9-14 year old could understand. also the word “tiktok” is filtered in the app. Review: I tried Likee because I was tired of tiktok- especially TikTok’s communist politics. So I downloaded Likee in hopes of finding a less corrupt alternative. Likee turned out to be 10x worse. For starters, about 70% of the app is populated by children under the age of 14. (90% of the app is under 18). The bot that sent me my “Welcome message” wrote in the way you’d expect to see from a chat bot trying to lure in older men. But still I persisted. Soon I had made my first video (which got no traction), and then began scrolling through my feed. As described in my summary, all the content creators I saw were minors, especially girls fantasising about their imaginary boyfriends. But the thing that I saw to be more problematic, were impersonation accounts of tiktok ‘influencers’. Mind you, I saw this in my first 10 minutes of using the app. These impersonators had bios saying things like “I’m the real (insert influencer name here), and their nicknames had fake checkmark symbol beside them. When I pointed this out to a stan Damielo account that kept insisting she was the real one, she just argued with me, refusing to admit fault. So now I’m writing this review, before I delete the app.

Be carful of this app read this

I am a famous social media influencer that was invited to this app was verified for a long time things seemed to be going well. Likee decided to make changes that down graded all certified creators on this platform. They told us all that it was just changes they’re were making no worries said our agents. After a month of this likee decided a to ask for more they wanted certified creators to prove themselves all over again as if your doing audacity on all over again in this process they made promises that everyone will get the new verification badge. This was not the case instead they took that away from so many creators including my self. I have been a influencer for Avery long time and verified on many platforms. I have never seen anything like this when this happens many left likee including myself as they are not great to do business with they ask for a lot with fake promises to make you shine. Beware everyone going on this platform of a agent contacts you and says they’re I’ll get your verified watch out as this abs been already proven as a scam. I will not ever use this platform again since it truly is a bunch of scammers running this platform. Your better off staying on other platforms where this type of thing won’t happen.

GREAT APP FOR KIDS THAT CANT HAVE TIK TOK

This app is great!! All start with the great things. 1. This app has basically ALL THE TRENDS FROM TIK TOK. 2. So many amazing creators, I met so many online besties. Now that ‘not so great’ things about likee....1. Bullies, some people are racists and make fun of people’s videos and body weight. Based off my experience, I got “cyber bullied” a lot because of my videos and my skin color. 2. Inappropriate men, there’s lots of inappropriate men on the app. Known as “child predators” so be careful on what u post!!! 3. Underview, won’t post videos, won’t let you say some things on captions of videos, won’t let you say “Tik Tok”. Sometimes it will put * in the caption or *****. I don’t know why it does, but it doesn’t always do that. And it also won’t let you say “Tik Tok” so on likee call it the clock app or the ⏰⏰ app.4. You have to be 16+ to go live, some people make a 2nd acc to go live on the app because it kicks you out if you are underage. If you are underage, you can go live with a parent the first time. And then if it kicked you out they mostly means your banned. That covers everything!! Hopefully you enjoy your likee experience and this helped!!

Banned for zero reason after 5 years of hard work.

I am upset to say, I was banned for no apparent reason. I was a likee user for 5 years. I had ups and down from there but nothing as bad as this. I was always banned from live for showing “pornography” when you can even see anything and it was a voice livestream. So how? What suggestive content was there? I’m highly upset. I just wanted to talk to the friends I’ve made on there but never got to because I was always suddenly banned. I cried for a while over my banned being banned. The hard work that too years was destroyed by the community. I loved every single follower and the friends I’ve made on there. Now, sadly, I cannot contact them anymore; because of the things they have done to take me from them. I can only talk to a few with another app. Sadly, some I cant. I’m highly upset likee. My account display is — KENJII and the ID is _keditz_. Please reconsider your decision. I don’t know what I’ve done, but all I want is to continue to talk to my friends. So, if any of you consider continuing to use likee; once you get banned, you can’t try with another account. I’ve tried, it fails. Again and again. Highly upset with this.

Disgusting

This app Is horrible. I get it if you wanna get it for your kid because their two young for TikTok, but it sets a bad example for some kids. When you open the camera, it completely changes your face, making your jaw line and nose slimmer, your eyes bigger, and making your face as smooth as possible. The people on the app are somewhat kid friendly but the mechanics are awful and there are hundreds of people that do inappropriate things or even putting loads of makeup on a small child and don’t get banned. There is also a thing called “super like” or whatever it is that is basically you having to pay to be able to watch “premium videos” (and we all know how that sounds). Another thing about videos getting taken down or accounts being banned is young kids from the ages 10 to 14 wearing small amounts of clothes and telling people that the only way to be pretty is to be skinny, have perfect skin, and beautiful perfect hair. I also noticed that I saw maybe one or two dark skinned people after almost 20 minutes of looking through the app. You also have to give the app a lot of information in order to make videos. Overall, I think this app is invasive, inappropriate, rude, and offensive. DO NOT GET.

It’s ok

Starting with the good things, they have changed their age thing for younger kids so they can make recommendations for those ages. It’s a great place to find awesome creators and find friends. Now over to the bad stuff, I’ve been using likee for abt 2 years and every time I report something, they do nothing about it. I’ve reported so many things and it’s obvious that the video needs taken down. I made a Gacha green screen once and it was flagged bc the characters looked similar. There are much worse things in it. For example, right now it is slowly turning into an only fans app. I’ve come across so many inappropriate videos and have reported them. The message I get back is that they didn’t see anything wrong with the vid. Those videos, are still uploaded and are still getting views. Likee is you see this, start doing something about your own app. I don’t wanna have to delete it bc of other peoples decisions. I love using likee to watch videos ,create, find friends, and find awaken creators. Please, look into the stuff that is being reported, look into the accounts, and just do something about it.

Good but confused

I love Likee!!! Don’t get me wrong, it’s an AWESOME APP but I’m confused. So for going live, it’s really fun and that’s a lot of the reason I love Likee so much but It says minors can’t do live. I may look young but I’m not, camera subtracts 5 years. I really want to do live again but it dismissed me for a year!!! Other than that, I love it!! You can make your own videos and as long as you didn’t do anything wrong everyone is so nice!!! There are definitely some creepy men out there so if Likee could do a little more verification on that, that would be great. I love how you can message people and you can block people super fast and easy!! There’s even filters! It’s Snapchat but more!! Editing is so simple too! I don’t know why other apps make ir so difficult to edit, but on Likee it’s soooooooo easy. You can dance like tik TOK dances too! I guarantee Likee has the audio. Another complaint, there’s mood killer channels that storm my fyp. They are emo or talk about their problems and make everyone sad so if Likee could no allow that, me and many more would appreciate it. To sum up, creepy men, fake accounts, easy editing, fun, keep up the good work!!!

I loveeee the app!!! It’s so fun and you can make so many creative videos!! But this is what I hate, bots (I hate them mostly because half of my likes and comments are bots and it’s SO annoying), toxic ness (mostly I see someone do a video and all the comments are “ewwww” “fattyyy” and I get SO mad at that like DUDE and I especially hate how you can get banned from going live for NO reason one time I went live and I was playing roblox then I got banned for NO READOn >:0 Here’s what you should add!! A green screen (i know that you can do that in 4D magic but it takes awhile to do it and it should be like a filter and I can choose the picture BEFORE taking the video but that may be copyright to the clock app sooo yeah-) , a group chat (you can make a group chat in the message area and be able to chat will all of your friends without using Snapchat or discord! I love that idea especially!) THATS all I have to say and I LOVE the app so Much!! Happy 3 year anniversary LIKEE!!! -Dino

Problems I have noticed

This app is really fun and awesome but there are some things that I wish some younger kids could do and some thing that I think that just aren’t fair enough. Like I was in my swimming suit bc I was going to swim and I posted a video and I got violated for my swim suit which doesn’t show anything!!! And also I tried to do a live stream and u have to be 18??? Why?? I can’t do live streams anymore because I’m 13 that’s dumb and it made me really upset because I was having so much fun doing that live stream and I wanted to do more! I wish likee would let kids at least 10 and up to live streams, because I have seen so many people do live stream on likee and some of them aren’t even 18!!! And I just think it not fair that kids younger than 18 can’t do live streams. These are some of the things I think that you should fix I have asked all of my friends with this app and they think it’s not fair either that we got violated for things that aren’t inappropriate at all. And younger kids 10 and up should be able to do live streams!

good, but a few things need fixed

okay, let’s start out with the good things. so likee is a very good alternative for tiktok, because a lot of parents don’t want their kids on there, and in my opinion this app is a lot safer with less graphic content. by graphic i just mean cussing, etc - stuff children should be exposed to. it has a lot of great creators as well. i will say that there are A LOT of impersonators. for example, people take charli d’amelio’s tiktok videos and post them on likee with the same captions and act like it’s really them. i have see so many of these accounts, including all the big influencers. there are also a lot of creeps. i know i said that this was a safer alternative to tiktok, but it does have its fair share of weird accounts with old men profile pictures that sometimes comment weird stuff on videos. just a warning about that- but take it with a grain of salt. there are not that many- but i have encountered some. overall, likee is a good app if you can look past some of its problems. i hope you found my review helpful in some way, and thank you for reading! peace out fellow humans. -lyss <3

Terrible app

My app is glitching

Love the app but on my end likee has been glitching like crazy I just clicked the not interested button on some videos and then that’s when things get weird so the person i tried to get of my for you page keeps popping up and then some videos would pop up on my for you page I was not interested so I kept scrolling but when I tried to keep scrolling three white hearts would pop up under the video and it would only let me see half way so I would close out app and then open it again and it would be the same videos and it would probably be like only one or two different ones and then after those two videos the little white hearts would pop up underneath the video so I kept closing out the app and the same videos would pop up so I just deleted the app and the added it back on to see if that would do anything so I logged back in to my account and the same videos would pop back up so this is why I am writing this review how ever the app is really cool i love it so much besides the glitching part but love it

I do not like this about likee because me and my whole family learned a very hard dance and i went to go post it and it wouldn’t let me post it! It said that it was “restricted” THERE WAS NOTHING BAD IN THE VIDEO!!! I DO NOT prefer this for anyone. Anyways, back to the parents. Likee has a lot of hackers that can track your location and everything! It’s horrible! I got this thing named “parental controls” on my account so i couldn’t post or like any videos for a very long time. If you are letting your child get this horrible app, you can put parental controls on his\her account so he/she can’t post videos. Again, I don’t prefer this, if you are letting your child get this you are making a very bad decision!!

Great app! but some issues..

I’ve had likee for a little while, and it’s a good app! I can express my creative side and have fun posting videos! but there are some minor issues. First off, BOTS! bots are a super duper big problem. I think they are real people, and the. every day I get these random notifications of these african american people that are posing in the mirror, (as their pfp btw) this problem should be resolved please. Next issue, bad content. I have found A LOT of inappropriate content on likee, and it was almost like half naked people dancing. This should definitely be taken into considerstion. the last thing , is something I have to explain. So basically I was posting videos and stuff, and then it changed my age and never let me post again. it was really weird so I made a new acct and then it let me post again. but after a week or so it didn’t let me post again, and I was like OMG JUST LET ME POST 😒 I think this is a major issue and it needs to be fixed. Thank you! (overall i think it’s a pretty good app!) 🤍🤍

This app is overall good but it has a lot of problems first of all they have made thousands of bots making it seem like they are real humans I know that because the put real human pictures and they all have one job make people think they are humans and make them like LIKEE more by saying nice things in their comments plz don’t scam us like this and on more you can’t search for any song I mean people come from different religion and cultures and they want different kind of songs like Farsi songs so plz fix that and one more thing happens to me all the time I posted a lyrics of a song that was very innocent it was a song the name of the song was “driver license” it didn’t even have one photo in it. It was just the lyrics of the song with a black background and they took my video down and send me a message saying the video was inappropriate so I deleted it and put another video that was two best friends doing hand shake and then hug each other TWO Girls and the took it down so plz stop being so sensitive it really makes users frustrated and it’s really annoying and one more thing it doesn’t let you block people so please fix that and other then that it’s a good app with lots of great filters.

Before you download.

READ THIS FIRST BEFORE DOWNLOADING LIKEE! At first when I downloaded Likee i started getting a lot of likes and views but then when I started getting in the app more I started seeing inappropriate comments and videos and when you would report they would say “no violation’s found” even though the user had bad videos and profile pictures. If you thought that was bad even the ads are weird, Also if you would download your videos on the app it would only show to some people and not everyone or they just wouldn’t show ever. And about a few months ago people started stealing my videos and trying to make more views off of them and many of the videos on the app are taken and stolen from the original creator. Many fights on this app too including going into group chats, And even mentioning it there are so many kids in this app ages 4-8 and likee won’t do anything about the weird content. Also many people have been quitting likee and moving into different platforms because of all of this going on! I don’t recommend this app for any users interested. And this is why I quit.

I like this app except this little thing that is bugging me.

I really like this app but there is something that I don’t like. I got this app a few days ago. I skip signing in because I forgot my password and I keep a little paper with the password. I didn’t want to go a search for it. So I skip. When I watch the first video it was in a different language. I speak English. I don’t know what language it was. I check the comments and see it’s also a different language. I thought maybe they speak a different language so I scroll and all the videos I’m seeing is speaking a different language. I go in settings and see I’m on a different language so I switch it to English. I go back on my FYP and it’s still a different language. So I get out of the app and go back in. Still is a different language. I haven’t seen any English videos on my FYP. I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t sign up to this app or what. But can you please fix this or tell me how to switch it to English please? Every thing else about this app is fine except this. Please answer.

Um...Ok?

At first, it seemed like a good at just like Tik tok at the time. But, as I had it for only like, 10 days, I noticed something. My thing was glitching out. When I tried to shoot a video, it would make some sort of glitch meaning, it would turn my screen black and white, upside down or just the simple glitching in pink. I have had this happen to another phone so I did not want this to happen on this brand new phone because of some app. Why this scares me so much, instead of it being just a regular bug in the app is because it had been spreading to my phone outside the app. It constantly shuts down my phone with the “your phone is dead” meaning thing with like the black screen and loading symbol. IF YOU HAPPEN TO GET ANY GLITCH OF ANY SORT DELETE THE APP!!! It may glitch a bit more after but now since I deleted it, no glitches what so ever. I hope this is read because this is a big threat to money problems because of ONE APP.

I think likee could have been something great

It had potential, don’t get this review wrong but when it comes right down to the core of the app it’s 100% pure garbage. Most people view Likee in a negative way because of the large amount of disgusting pedophiles, but I have a problem far worse that I want to talk about. This issue I am referring to has emotionally wounded me, and it is the same reason I despise BIGO Live. I don’t think the BIGO team is taking this issue very seriously and it is drastically harming my mental health. I am of course referring to the sheer lack of Fortnite content. Many people downloaded Likee simply to meet Fortnite players from all around the world (excluding countries where Fortnite is banned) Please fix this issue with Likee as well as BIGO Live that way I can finally die knowing that both BIGO Live and Likee have plenty of epic Fortnite montages. Another issue is how I phonetically pronounce Likee. Is it “Like” “Like E” “Lick E” or “Fortnite?” I need confirmation of this as soon as possible. We aren’t finished BIGO Team! AWESOME APP.

Hi ! If your a user reading this, and was thinking of downloading the app likee, i definitely recommend getting it. Although, there are some stuff that you need to know. You can join gc’s. But be aware that there is some that are inappropriate, gorey and over all bad. (But most aren’t like that.) Also, there are grown people who are inappropriate. There are people who post videos about doing stuff only 18+ should be doing. Some videos are dirty jokes, and stuff like that. So likee, if your also reading this can you please try to get all the people who are like that out of likee? If so THANK YOU SO SO MUCH. Also, likee, if your still reading this, can you please add more audios like some that are for 12+? Anyways, depart from all the bad stuff, likee is a GREAT app. And i enjoyed it so much. It honestly kinda made me happier because you can meet friends (the ones i met, PROVED that they were 13+) so, definitely get this app its amazing.

genuinely ruined my childhood, DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS ON THIS APP.

i am 13 now, i downloaded likee in 2018 sometime when i was like 7 and it was the worst decision of my life lol. i got groomed 7 times by men 20 all the way to 67, these grown disgusting men would tell me i was beautiful and to send them nude pictures and that they were going to come over to my house if i didn’t and i had absolutely no idea how wrong this was because i was convinced it was completely fine for a 7 year old to be “ dating” a 30 ish year old. this app caused me to start cutting myself at 7 years old, asking my grandma what she would do if i killed myself at 7, major depression at 8 and sucidal thoughts at 7 and i have serious mental issues because of this stuff. im not saying its just this app, but its sick how they allow grown men to interact with obvious kids. i never got the chance to live my fun kid life instead i was sending grown men nude photos and worrying if they were going to come to my house, the internet in general can ruin your kids life. let your kid be happy and not miserable by letting them on the internet, texting their friends isn’t that important and never will be. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So when me and my friend where 10 and 9 we got this app bc we saw a add for it saying it was kids TikTok and so we downloaded it just to see the horro so when we would post videos we would check our comments and see 40-60yrs men commenting “nice legs can I see more up” “u have a nice body” “can u take off ur shirt/pants” “ur b00bs/v!g!n@ look lonely do that wanna meet my mouth” and “I made a special video for u” than we would check there page and see our name on the video to see a grown man playing with him self. And we would scroll on our fyp and see people having s~x with a filter so that wouldn’t get flagged. And a girl with her mom or Is what people think where on like and kids would comment “where a purple shirt if ur in danger” and she would where a purple shirt and u could see locks and chains on the beds and doors. Once me and her where in a live and someone asked to join so we let them and what we saw scarred me for life, a man say “do u like what u see can I put it in u” and a man had starter playing with him self. We saw girls and boys naked on a app for kids and me and her are scarred for life do not download this app if u like ur kids

I like the app but not the best. 🙂

This app is great! 😩I like how you can show your creative side of you on here, make friends, and have fun. But I have 2 issues with the app. I would like to start off on, Bots.🤖 The Bots are so much trouble for me. Most of my views, likes, and comments are from Bots. It makes me sad 😞 knowing that Bots are on my page instead of real life people instead. 🥺It makes it hard for me to post without getting annoyed by a fake fan. Also some people using Likee don’t know about them and think they are “Fans.” 😀Please fix this on Likee. I have one more problem with Likee. It’s the glitches. These glitches only happen when I’m recording. 🙂For example I press the record button BUT the camera doesn’t start rolling. Then it takes to long to let me edit.🥲 When that happens I always have to check if I have to update the app, and check my internet. Great app! But been having issues with my acc lately!

This app is very great for dance videos or anything really, but lately I have been having problems with my account. If I go on anyone’s profiles that I’m following or that’s my friend, it’ll say they have no videos even if I know they do, my fyp does the same too. And it’s been really weird lately. About a week or two ago I just had to close the app and go back in and it would be fine, but now it just says they have no videos and closing the app and re opening it does nothing. My other accounts don’t do this but I don’t won’t my LIKEE friends not knowing that I switched accounts. For example, if I see a vid on my fyp I like, and go to their profile, it’ll say they have no videos, or that they only have like two videos. I’d really like this to be fixed if it’s a problem with many people. I love this app so much but this is kinda bugging me.

I only bumped this to 5 star so that people can see this, I have used this app many years ago and yes it was for children to post funny videos, use filters and other things. But this app has changed so much that your child or you in general should not be using this, there are tons of random creeps, kidnappers and much more on this app; 8i have recently saw tons of NFSW/explicit videos on Likee, and let’s talk about the “Stranger messages” inbox, that does not feel safe just by the name of this. There has been so many cases of men asking explicit questions to users.. many. Even though there is rules, they are not always followed; I have reported many people who have tried catcalling me and asking explicit questions to me before and nothing happened, not even 60% of the people were banned off of this app, please do not get this for your child or yourself.

I like this app but…

Hey Likee I love your app and love that you gave me a following and Friends but your app has a lot flaws. First, one is that you don’t allow us to post a lot when I first got this app I could post a lot of edit and more but recently I’ve been getting a lot of my videos taken down even when I give credits two people that I got the video from and consent to post it, it gets taken down. Second, Posting too many hashtags ok I know that this just something you do butHaving too many viral #is kind of annoying not gonna lie Third, I recently noticed that this app is getting kind of toxic I been getting a lot of people on my fyp crying bc of the hate and when people just dance to a song I see comments like “your to fat” or “eww” honestly I hate seeing so much hate on this app also a lot of creators are quitting After all I really do enjoy this app and I think it should grow but those are a couple of the flaws.

Problem with posting

so i’ve been on likee for about a few years and last year i started posting. and just recently i’m on likee and i try to post an edit i worked hard on and it doest let me post it. i don’t see anything wrong with it but it still wouldn’t let me post. i’ve also seen other people post stuff that’s similar to what i edited and stuff thats even worse. i absolutely love likee and all but its been a problem for me a quite of few times too in the past where i try to post something then it’ll either become private or just not letting other people see it. its really annoying and very upsetting since i’ve worked really hard on those edits. likee also just. allows me to post small memes and other videos but not the edits i’ve worked hard on. if its somewhat possible i would like this problem, for me and other people who are or may struggling with this problem, to be fixed please. thank you.

It’s a awesome app!! 💗

So I have been doing Likee for about two weeks now I would say, and it’s great!! Even though I’m only nine I still think that this is great! The fact that you can make a private account just in case is great because or else my parents would make me delete this app. I think that their is some things that could improve like the recording when I record I tap on the recording button and it just flashes and does not start recording and then all the progress I had made before on the video gets deleted. And example was one where you throw a sweatshirt on the ground and get teleported into it, well when it does that It just makes me lay on the ground the whole video so I think that’s something that needs to be improved. But otherwise this is a awesome app and you get to see how other people look or just have some entertainment!! That’s why this is five stars!! 💕💗🌷

Way too much perverts and other problems.

4 years ago this app was great. There was appropriate videos, no perverts, and not as much bots. 2 years ago I went on this app, and it was terrible. I went live and the creeps and bots were getting out of control. There is also inappropriate usernames that follow people. Like for example, “my d is big” “horny for you” and a lot more disgusting ones that I can not say on here. Bots are a big issue. They like your videos out of nowhere, they follow you randomly, and comment absurd comments. The creeps though are the huge issue. They add you randomly then slide into your dms saying “your hot” “what’s your snap” “your sexy” and again much more that I cannot say here. They also ask for inappropriate photos, I’m pretty sure you know what their called, and just write other disgusting things to you. If I could give Likee zero stars, I would. Also, Likee is literally just a replica of tik tok. If you mention tik tok on likee, they will filter your comment. If anything, I think Likee is 100 times worst than tik tok. Likee is not what it used to be four years ago, and I don’t think it ever will be.

The app isn’t that good

The app in general is okay but the parent controls and random videos is really annoying. I never get videos I actually like on this app. The algorithm just didn’t adjust so I constantly get videos of old people and fidgets, with I don’t like. The app has parent controlled me and many other young users on the app that are of age to be on it without the parent control. People like me have lost over a thousand followers because of this. The app doesn’t follow its own guidelines and parent controls users that haven’t done anything wrong. I personally lost 6k followers and I can’t do anything to get them back. The parent controls only go off of how we look and not our actual ages. I have seen cosplayer that are 15 get parent controlled. The app also lets 40 year old people who yell at young users be verified. They also let women dance on poles and let pedophiles on the app. If you end up looking past these problems then you can find good content from many users. Please give me and other cosplayers back our accounts. We haven’t dome anything to get our accounts taken from us.

its not that bad

ok so i love likee, but there are some creepy Mexican men on there that like give you inboxes or like you’re so pretty in and stuff like that, but another thing that I don’t really like and it is an issue that just developed a few days ago, if I open someone’s account it says that they have made and posted posts, but it doesn’t let me see any of them. Also, I know this isn’t really something that you can like fix whatever, But I have TikTok as well and a lot of people’s accounts on Likee artist taking peoples videos from TikTok like they’re saving them into their camera and then they’re like cropping out the peoples names on the likee either take crop out out or cover with emojis and then they take the credit for it so basically people in Likee are stealing peoples videos on TikTok and not giving the original creeator the credit (also… I typed this using voice texting type so who knows what some of the mistakes mean lol)

It’s alright

Likee is a alright app overall. I think it does a good job at keeping its inappropriate content under control.. Tho I do have one major issue with it that I’ve had for a while now. My account recently got parent controlled without anybody setting. Now I’m 14 and have had this account for a year now. (Dumbperson69) I contacted the likee support with my parents and with parent approval of me having it so they can shut it off, Yet they told my I had to be 16+. If you have to be 16+ to use your app to its fullest you should atleast put that in the AppStore instead of putting “12+”. That 12+ is not more than a lie. You can use it at any age but they will parent control your account to where you can’t do anything besides watch the video’s themselves. You can’t, like the videos, talk with others, check your notifications, post your own videos, edit your account, share videos, or even access the “following page”. These controls make it extremely hard to do anything. I hope this gets fixed in the near future.

Good but has ALOT of bugs…

This app is so Good! But to much bugs. Every time step 1 uploads once I’m done with a video it stops at 90% and always says it failed and I’m keep on doing it but it still dose it. The next bug is that it freezes a lot and when I’m watching one of my videos it just freezes. And when I watch someone live and I turn off my iPad the person that was talking in the live stream is still talking! Please fix these bugs! And now for the good things! :D. I really like how you can add stickers and stuff on your face! And I love how many videos you can do!!!!!! SO MUCH! Now here are some other things you can do. Can you add auto tune to switch your voice? Yes I know in slow you talk slow and in fast you talk fast but I want more Voices! And could you add stop motion?! When you take a picture move the thing and take another picture?! That would be EPIC! But yeah that’s all I wanted to say bye! :D

I really like the app but...

I like the app a lot of people are super nice but there’s been some problems on Likee there are some videos that get taken down for no reason and and some that are under reviewing for no reason. It gets complicated with all the users who use Likee and some don’t get crowned. Some popular creaters looses there crowns for no reason. Everyone on the app isn’t going on Likee every Thursday because of this. Then anytime I click the not interested button it keeps saying that they will have a few more videos when I meant I don’t want to see that video again I don’t want to see it. People also get banned from their account for no reason. Then people get banned from going live. Can you fix this this has been a problem since the beginning. I seen the bad reviews you guys need to fix this or people are going to delete this app. You guys are loosing a lot of users.
