Incompatible with password managers
I use a password manager to save my passwords. The password field in this app doesn’t support the paste function, so I can’t copy from the password app into this app. I have to enter my long, secure password manually. Also, using iOS built in auto password fill doesn’t work either. I can select the password but it doesn’t get entered in the password field. iOS 12 is adding deeper password manager integration. It seems like a good time to fix this.

What a Joke
Ever since selling out and revamping this app is unusable. Snail mail is faster and more convenient than attempting to use their excuse for “bill pay” Account unsyncs after every use and it’s no longer worth the effort. Buy some stamps and save the headache. At least the brick and mortar is still around.

New update glitches and locks app
Since the update this app glitches and locks up. When trying to make a simple transfer between accounts I have to close the app and reopen it several times before completing a transaction. Menu items are also not as readily viewable - they are listed at the very bottom of the dashboard screen - not an issue with a couple accounts but when managing several accounts it‘s annoying. Top right drop down menu is available as well but not as visible as in previous version. Will continue to use the app trusting updates will address the issue. The transfer glitch would be a deal breaker for me if I was new to LACU mobile banking. It’s that frustrating.

It’s ok but needs some help
The old app was great and fast. Once the update that was pushed out a few months ago it’s not as fast or smooth. I often have issues when making transfers as it never tells me it was completed and have made a extra payments on loans and cards because of it. Hope it gets fixed soon.

New app is great!
Enrollment was super easy and the new app is Awesome! Great improvements. I can nickname my accounts, setup/edit scheduled payments, manage all my bill pay option, and also access my Linn Area Credit Card information now! None of this was possible in the old version. Looking forward to even more updates!

I can’t log in on my iPhone or my iPad despite them being updated to latest versions
Well. This app needs a lot of work. I went to log in expecting my Face ID to work and it’s not even an option. So I tried to login the old fashion way and it won’t highlight the login button for me to login. What’s up? Now deleting the app and adding it back it to see if it’s successful. Disappointed. Linn Area CU is the most behind the times CU I’ve ever worked with. Catch up or I’m going to move my accounts with you!

It’s great when it works
This app is great and useful... when it works. For some reason every now and again it removes the touch log in we put on and then we log in with our password and it locks us out. Then when we change the password, we have to delete the app and log in all over again. Very frustrating.

Mobile Deposit does not work
Not sure if the mobile deposit has ever worked before, but once it works it would save a lot of time for not only us consumers, but for the credit union as well for not as many people will have to travel to the location and hold up lines just to deposit checks

No budgeting?
Your normal, everyday banking app. It would get 5 stars, but promises budgeting options that do not work. Have not worked since I got the app. I understand these things take time to develop, but there are other budgeting apps available, so that part should be easy to get out to people as advertised.

Refreshed App is Slow
The updated app is extremely slow to load initially on authentication and frequently crashes in this step. If you get in to your account, the history and transactions in the app load terribly slow.

Great CU, glitchy app
Since the update the app has been freezing whenever I try to make transfers or pay on my credit card. The only way to unfreeze it is to restart my phone. I have deleted and reinstalled it several times without any improvement. Very frustrating, especially because I am otherwise very happy banking with LACU.

The newest update is awful
The app looked perfectly fine before the March 2022 update. It now is messy and not nearly as easy to use. It went from being one of the best banking apps to one of the worst.

Fix the new system!!!
They upgraded to a new system. Whoohoo. Problem is you cant enroll, just gives you an error message. Cant chat on internet with them because they dont respond. Cant text them because AGAIN they dont respond. Cant call them because guess what, THEY DONT RESPOND!! And this is supposed to be better for their members?!?!?

Update is horrible
The new update is full of glitches. You have to try to do a transfer 6+ times as it crashes or freezes and mobile deposit, good luck. Can I have the old app back?

New update hard to read & cluttered
I feel like with the new update, the app is very hard to read and a lot more cluttered. It felt a lot easier to look at before this most recent update.

No Transactions Available
The app won’t let me review one of my accounts. It shows a balance, but when I select the account a pop-up appears that says “No Transactions Available.”

Please Update Your App to One that Works
The Touch ID option on your App never works, I cannot access Bill Pay and the App crashes all the time, requiring I re-log in.

Fix Your Service and App!!!
Sense you have switch from Linn Area CU to CORDA CU I have not been able to login! I was able to sign in the first time and then I go back to the app and I can not sign in… I tried to reset my password and it says it sends a verification code to my email and I received nothing… Fix this ASAP!!! Terrible App!

3rd party insurance
Heads up people. I moved to florida in sept. 2020. i had to switch my motorcycle policy per florida law. Thus cancelling my iowa policy and getting a florida policy. the credit union ONLY noticed a cancelled policy thus adding a $1595.00 to my loan for their insurance. I proved to them the correction back in June of 2021. after speaking w/ the manager come to find out it's a 3rd party company that handles the loan insurance. Before you say anything. I couldn't get the phone number for those people.They say i'll get credited back the $$$$. That was 3 weeks ago. So as it stands i have to pay an additional $132.00 on my loan payment until (if at all ) it's corrected. Yes i can switch banks but the balance will the extra $1595.00 so what's the point.
