I was in the store and purchasing items I was scanning the items I was going to purchase and it tells me there is no stock pick something else needless to say I had the item in hand there was stock at least the one I was holding. I go to the checkout and ask the cashier about the app not letting me scan it. Her reply we may have broke up a 4 pack for that we do that all the time. She knows I was trying to use the app she rings me up and I ask about the rewards. She says were you using the rewards I can’t do that now I would have to void out the receipt it would take days to get you refund back you can try calling them. Very disappointed in the app and the cashier. I will shop elsewhere the next time
Today is all about convenience of your mobile app and instant notifications. It is absolutely ridiculous that one must connect with one of your employees who might I add is a complete stranger through mine and hers Facebook page that I will add is my personal business. She posts when things are going on at your Hamburg location that is NEVER POSTED on your app or web page 🤔 I think you need to change that your employees are doing this and approaching customers as well to promote this. That is your responsibility as a business owner! If you choose to allow them to do this then a Facebook page needs to be created for each location and not through an employee, I dont care to see her personal life, photos of her kids and so forth, nor do I think she needs to see mine. Make some changes or your going to loose business! I also do not agree with your employees getting drunk at the place they work... Not sure if they are on your clock or theres but either way it looks really bad, just saying.
The app is simple and easy. I love having the option for delivery, especially the option to expedite those last min items. I can pickup an order on the way home from work and it keeps your past orders for a quick add to the cart. The only thing I would suggest adding is the rewards program to the app. Other than that, use it quite often.
This app is a disaster. It seems as though it is never updated. Items that are on the shelf are often not on the app. It is difficult to navigate from one page to another. It is VERY difficult to enter quantities desired. I would enter a quantity on a page and if I went back and changed the quantity on the order page it failed to change the checkout page…..so which one am I getting. I just think you need your IT guy to check out your app from top to bottom and place a couple of dozen orders and make a list of the errors and fix them.
This app is so easy. You can do everything you need to do with no hassle; minimal effort, really. More importantly (to me) is that it keeps an updated account of availability. You don’t place an order for delivery only to get a call saying “we don’t actually have that; what would you like instead?.” I love their app!
I used to be able to go to order history and repeat an order. Now it says item is unavailable, which it isn’t. Other than that I like the app and the option of delivery.
When Covid came on we started using the liquor barn app to stay out of the stores and now we keep on using it because of the ease of use and the convenience of curbside pickup. I can get there and get out quicker than I used to spend finding my first purchase. Liquor Barn is awesome.
I have had the same delivery driver most of the time when I have ordered he is always very nice as for the there as well! That is what keeps me coming back! Great customer service will keep a happy customer everytime! So thank you!
Great customer service every time I enter the store! The staff is always helpful and even makes tasty recommendations for me. The wine manager, David S., answers all my goofy questions and keeps his store super clean. Thanks for making my shopping experience fun!
The Liquor Barn app allows us to quickly and conveniently order our favorite wine/beer and have it delivered to our doorstep! It most often arrives within 30-40 minutes of ordering. Great service!
This store on Broadway of Lexington Ky is awesome! The employees make this store great, their always in a good mood and make your business feel welcomed! Great store to go to recommend it over any other place or other liqour barns. This store has some good leadership here.
I’ve had nothing but excellent service from Liquor Barn delivery. Timely deliveries. Phone calls when an item is out of stock and… they help me select an alternative. The entire team is awesome!
The manger Chase is well educated about his products along with the employees. They are always willing to help and present when you need them. I’m sure other liquor barns around the state could pick up a tip or 2 from the BG store
Delivery option is the best. A bit expensive, but comes in handy when you need something last minute. Especially, if your hosting a cookout and can’t get away. Boss app. Thanks.
As a person who can’t drive for health reasons, I REALLY! appreciate the availability of delivery, free if you buy by the case; EXCELLENT customer service!, and ease of using the app!! What more could you ask??
I love the store but the app is terrible. I think it actually functioned one time. The first time I opened it and every other time it’s stayed frozen in the start screen. I suppose others have not had the same issue since the app is featured on many of Liquor Barn’s radio spots. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it 3 times and it will not advance beyond the start screen. Please repair the app so we can all enjoy using it.
The app is pretty user friendly, however lately it hasn’t been working that well. I’ve noticed more troubleshooting issues than when I’ve used it before.
Employees should ask if customer has the App!!! Or I should be able to add the transaction later.
If the store is busy and I get distracted talking to someone, I forget to use my app for rewards. I should also be able to scan forgotten transactions, if this happens. Please add this convenience to the app! Total Wine and More ALWAYS asks!
The app won’t allow me to change my store location- we have several in Louisville and I assumed since I allowed it to access my location it would rely on that when I ordered but it didn’t and now I have a pick up order in Lexington when I live in Louisville.
Easy to navigate. Lately it won’t keep me signed in and I have to start over and choose my store every time I access it. Fix it and it would be a 5 star app.
Jesus what a waste of time downloading this app. No way to save your location? So I enter my address and get an assigned store which does not carry over when I have to back out to search for product because that’s the ONLY way to get to the products which then shows me inventory for stores hundreds of miles away. Arghh.
Have ordered and paid from 2 different stores now and get the same message after ordering about 15 minutes later. I suggest you find a different place that knows their inventory so you don't waste your time like I did
At best the app is awkward. Often it doesn’t load. When you order off the app and go to the store to pick up it seems like the staff is unaware how to proceed. Also, store inventory and what shows on the app does not match. This could be a great service but it falls short in several ways.
I love the stores and wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable staff, but the app is useless. 95% of the wines we enjoy are not listed in the app. This may be most useful to those that are just as happy with wines they may find at any chain store such as Rite-Aide, Target, etc. Nothing special or outstanding is available through the app.
