I don’t play every day sometimes it’s a week before I can but I long in every day collect my bonuses every 6 hours you get Bingo Credits to play. Plus coins and power ups. This is the greatest game ever! The host are live you can sent in chats to them they will respond. Now if there is a lot of ppl ( And there always is) it might take a couple tries if you type in hello to them. They do try but remember they are calling the bingo numbers and trying to keep up with chats flying by for over 1000 ppl!! I follow them on Instagram because I want to and they have nothing but polite things to say back. Inspiring things. The producers & all behind the scenes are just as important. I love the whole group. You don’t have to spend money but you can. Please don’t listen to those complaining that they can’t win. I’ve been playing for quite awhile. I don’t always get jackpots I’ve won but been number 500 who cares I still won & had the best fun.
They say the game is free and that you get bingo credits and power ups and that You to can win a jackpot. Stop right now I have played this game everyday for over a week have not once come close to getting a win, they tell you to use 4 cards to heighten your odds of winning a jackpot. While people that pay real money are winning 2 to 3 Jackpots every other round. If you like sending people real money to play a free game then this game is for you. I really enjoy Live Play Bingo. This is the only game I have actually paid money to play in years! I love the live hosts and they do an awesome job of greeting so many players by name. That makes players feel like they are really connected to the host. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I really dislike when there have been animated hosts instead of actual LIVE hosts. The fact that the hosts are actually REAL, LIVE HOSTS. I have the choice of playing many other Bingo type games online. I understand there may be scheduling issues that make it VERY difficult to get LIVE HOSTS every hour of every day. However, that’s the main concept of this game. These animated fish hosts I really feel are an insult to the players of LPB like me. Especially those who buy credits and pay money for blinking hints to play faster. Your concept of getting special “Jackpot” bingos is awesome. I think it would be even better if the TOP TEN PLAYERS of each round could earn more than just coins. I think if you would give the top ten bingos an extra reward of blinking hints based on what place they earned in the top ten, it would be more of an incentive to play, and therefore more players would pay money to play.
I would give this game a -5 but I figured if I gave it at three I’d be able to write a new review. I have contacted customer support about 80 times and nothing I’m pretty sure I’m on a list where they don’t even get my emails I can’t contact customer support through the game because I conveniently now constantly get there’s an error on your end, I know I’ve been blocked from sending customer support anything. I also noticed there’s several more than several complaints about bullying and it still happens. Maggie should be gone along with a lot of other people but of course she’s the favorite. Everybody’s account got credited on Facebook went down but mine but customer support won’t even contact me back. I’ll just make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau if you notice on the leaderboard it’s always the same people that when. I have sent him a screenshot after screenshot about the bullying and nothing gets done instead, I get blocked for a day. Like I said, go back and read all the complaints about the bullying And you guys let it continue but you always respond with we take it. Seriously no you don’t. First I kept getting commercials about getting this app and get told you get real cash and once you down load it and play yeah beginners win automatically and then as you progress and level up you do not win on any…. You can play 4 bingo cards that the hosts tell you to do to get more chances but then literally you don’t win on any of the bingo cards… then go back to the commercials it tells ya real cash…. Nope host tells you no sorry no cash out…just positive playing and having fun… but yet you have to spend money to get bingo cards or you have to watch all these other commercial apps to = 1 bingo points…. We win a ton of coins on everything but bingo points… you want people play positive give out more bingo points…. To play 4 bingo cards for free you have to watch 8 commercials in a row… and that’s it for the day… or you have log in every 6 hrs to get bingo points and you get 2 bingo points so that equals 1 bingo card. Then other people were saying how they thought real cash and I suggested in comments to go to a different bingo app you can win real money and I got booted off. But people are sexually harassing hosts but that’s okay??? And some vulgar… host laughs and encourages it… this game is rigged and play on people on there hard earned cash and no rewards return
What a fun concept hampered by terrible execution and what essentially amounts to a “pay to win” scheme. Sure enough, you’ll start out and win some, lose some, you’ll collect normal power ups, but get into it enough, and you’ll realize that the ones who spend money on the “premium” power ups are winning at significantly higher rates, and FAR quicker. You may be 5-6 calls in and someone will already have won. If you wanna break into the top 25, where bonuses and winnings are increased, good luck. The most useless power ups are the ones they most frequently dole out: the coin “power up” doesn’t help you win, it gives you a few extra coins. The single marker (or “daub” as they refer to it) powerup is another useless powerup, but those two are the most common for players who don’t put money into the game. The live hosts are about the only positive aspect of this game, although, it feels more like an attempt to keep people hooked by creating a feeling of community. Don’t fall for it. Don’t waste your time. Skip this one. You’ll be better off not playing this game. It’ll let you win enough until it doesn’t, then if you wanna keep playing and winning, you’ll have to spend money. Most of the hosts are good. It’s a fun game to play. A few things that needs to go on this game are the coin power ups. They don’t power up much and actually prevent you from getting bingo. The other power ups daub a number(s) and the instant win power up is an automatic win if the number is called. You can use your coins to buy power ups but you can’t buy the good power ups with your coins which also isn’t fair. Most of the time when you use your coins to get power ups, you get coin power ups. You get coins every day just for logging in. Coins for winning bingo. You can win coins on slot machines. So many ways to get coins so there really doesn’t need to be coin power ups. If they have to stay then maybe attach a lot of XP’s so leveling up would be easier and make the coin power ups worth more. Also the rewards for the objectives they want you to reach are not enough. For example, win bingo 20 times to get 2 power ups. Win bingo 50 for 3 bingo credits. Lots of examples like this. Fun animal collections do give good rewards. Need more things like this though. Overall I do like this app

If you have an iPhone do not play.. even more do not purchase anything. When you win, they add your winnings then subtract them right away. I have spent so much money on this game just to have it taken away. When you email support and show them screenshots, they still don’t repay what they took from you! They owe me more than 3000 bingo credits and I’m still waiting. I refuse to play an actual multiplayer because if I win it gets taken. I’m beyond mad now. Fix the credit glitch or lose players. I’ve been playing over a year and it has gone downhill fast. I won’t spend another dime until it’s fixed. They also need to repay me! I paid for all of my progress so at this point they are just thieves. Check your bank receipts if you purchase anything for the game from them. Since December, they have double and triple charged me.. two and three days after my purchase for the same thing.. as well as charging me for some things I have never even bought. I’ve been playing this game almost from the beginning and I LOVE it! To address the negative comments left by others, I’ve had no issues with customer service responding. The two times I contacted them I had a response within 24 hours. As to the premium power ups, it’s true that you won’t get them when you use your coins to get a power up pack. The best you’ll get with that is a double daub. However, you DO get the premium daubs every time you level up and you can also get them when you play the slots between games. The hosts on here are great and make it a point to interact with all the players. And it’s nice to have the host remember specific things about you even though there’s hundreds of other players. You won’t find this kind of fun on any other bingo game you download. It’s the BEST!!!

It has live host 24 hours seven days a week holidays are not and it’s even fun when it’s holidays too because they have the greatest games the biggest rewards the biggest giveaways. I wanted to give the hosts a review since they are kind of the unsung heroes of the game! Each of the hosts I have had while playing, are super! Some are more chatty and some are more silly, but each of them seems to truly care for their players. I can’t imagine standing in front of strangers for upwards of two to three hours and do what these folks do! I would like to shout out Kelly, Hobart, Andrea, Drea, Evan, Helen, John and Brian in the US, and Heather J, and Oliver in the UK! I have so much respect for all of the hosts, but the people I mentioned are the ones that I play bingo with most often! Thank you so much for the game as it’s truly amazing!
This game is fun and addictive. But I stopped playing because of the game freezing. The host will be speaking and the numbers moving but I can’t press anything. When this happens, I just contact the service team and they will rectify the situation right away. This is a plus. I only give it 3 stars because when playing speed bingo, the power up meter is the same speed as the regular bingo. I guess this is why people hardly play it. Bring back blackout bingo. Change it up. Those stupid coins! I don’t consider them a gift. They just keep me from winning. I hate to buy special power ups only for me to level up and receive useless coins. So because of this, I will never ever make another purchase.

They have changed the cards I rarely get a bingo, they do Animal collections but some they won’t send out very often at all, makes it hard to complete Collections! And the Hollywood Moments forget completing that! Some do, you can tell they have their favorites, the same win all the time! 1. They encourage people to cheat as in making multiple accounts and bots. Which makes the game less fun because you’re playing to win real gift cards and cash. 2. Some hosts go out of topic and scream and dance about whatever instead of calling out numbers like they’re supposed to do. Every 1 minute they tell guests to sign in and be snarky about it. Literally the only good and calm hosts are in the UK 3. When I spend like 12 credits on 4 cards I don’t win on any of them, but when I spend like 1 on 1 card I somehow win. That should say how more rigged it is 4. Apparently saying “bruh” on there is a “slur” and can get you banned for nearly 4 years but when a creep tries to flirt with a host and says very nasty stuff they don’t get banned and no one complains 5. The same people win giveaways, I have not won a single one and have been playing this for nearly a year, it’s always the same 8 people winning. I was close to winning and one of the hosts literally said “boohoo” to me instead of “better luck next time” or anything that’s a little more positive. What a scam. Yes you can play for free but the game is designed so that you can never get ahead. If you want to continue to play, you have to spend real money. And be prepared to listen to the endless sales pitches from their hosts. They all use the same language (bundle up, treat yourself, celebrate yourself, get yourself organized) and then they point you to all the places they want you to spend real money. Which shows they are being coached on what to say. People will post if they bought bundles and I’m shocked at how much money people put into this game…so stupid. It’s almost bordering on unethical. If you only want to play here and there it’s fine but don’t count on finishing any of the animal collections unless you spend hours in the game and you’ll need some real $$$& to do that.
The host will ONLY mention you if you are a top player and are someone who will WASTE and SPEND all of your money on this game. There is only one host who has ever mentioned me and they are the nicest. All of the others PRESSURE you into spending and buying things. Not to mention if you are not ATLEAST level 200 or above they will quite literally ignore AND bully you. I’ve spent enough and though I would continue to have a good time but it’s not worth it. You don’t win real money however you have to spend real money to get better “power ups” to help you win more and faster. I’ve been playing since the app first came out. I play every day for half an hour or so. I’m only on level 250 and I haven’t paid a cent toward the game. While others who have spent real money, they are double or triple my level. Levels help you enter certain rooms. It’s fun and addicting. The hosts are super interactive but it’s so frustrating. The coin power ups are so annoying. They basically block your win and if you click on the number with the coin power up, you get coins that allows you to play the slots or buy more worthless power ups.
After playing this game, I deleted almost all of my other Bingo apps because this one is simply the best. The live hosts are amazing and make playing so much fun. The only thing that I’d like would be the ability to pause the daub hints. I love that you get free daub hints when you level up, or qualify for a giveaway, but they have to be used all at one time. A giveaway that just ended has a prize of free daub hints for 24 hours! I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m definitely not gonna be on my phone playing Bingo for 24 straight hours. Oh, and we need an LOL gift in the gift box for Blake! Overall, this is 100%my favorite game!

Live play bingo is usually a lot of of fun but only if it works. Unfortunately, the amount of glitches and freezing ruin the experience. IF you’re lucky enough to receive a response from customer service, customer service likes to send canned reminders about wifi speed and being updated to the latest app version. However, the problems persist and I’m certain that customer service is aware of it. In brief, I recommend playing the game but don’t recommend spending any actual money as a result of the glitches and lack of customer service. I will never spend any money until I'm confident the glitches are resolved.
This is a really fun interactive bingo game. I will keep playing…. But I play in random spurts…. Because of credits. One of the biggest drawbacks is how stingy the daily credits are along with the credits awarded for leveling up .. a whole whopping 6. And yet you win mega coins that don’t do a thing for you unless you want to send random gifts to everyone in the chat. The collection animals are hard to come by unless you have unlimited credits, and this going back to the stingy daily credits, level up credits and even the number of credits you get for winning based on the number of credits played.
The way you have to replenish your B and power ups is nothing short of stupid. You get plenty of coins but they don’t do you any good unless you hits power up which is far and few in between. Sam for the B which is what you have to play (2) of to just play bingo. When you do win it’s usually one after 20 spins so there isn’t a way you can build you enough to actually play bingo
I play bingo. I like the bingo play and realize sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. I like the live play element. It gives this game an exciting twist. However, this could be so much better. 1. If this were live play for cash 2. Some of the hosts are annoying but it’s probably not their fault. They can go on endlessly about playing more cards, buying more stuff, etc. sometimes they seem like an endless commercial. Well, I’m already playing! Promote the game less and be more entertaining! 3. Some of the graphics and sound effects seem very cheap.
I LOVE this game. I play it to relax. I know the game is not played for money. However it would be nice if it could be played for points. For example, each level could be equivalent to so many points. The points could be converted to another online site’s points used by the player. This way the player can put his/her points toward gift cards redeemable on the other site. LivePlayBingo can keep its philosophy of not playing for money and the players can feel like they are getting something back in exchange for their virtual purchase to keep playing. The user would have the choice to redeem the points is not.
It’s not that the game is hard but the fact that you have to BUY credits in order to continue playing is ridiculous. If there’s so many ppl in a room that ppl aren’t getting a bingo in 5+ games in a row-make a second room. And since you CAN’T win real money you shouldn’t have to spend so much of it to get credits and be able to play. I can’t stand that a free game cost so much money to play. I find myself looking for a new game a lot and finally I’m just going to delete this one so I stop going back to it and remembering why I stopped playing it to begin with.
If you don’t spend lots of money on this game, they don’t answer your messages. I won credits and messaged them 4 times and heard nothing back. They set my account on ignore. I used to enjoy playing but this showed me that they don’t care about their players and just want your money. Most of the hosts are awesome but the game itself needs to make changes and put more into answering customer concerns. Edit: Still nothing was done even after the reply to my review. I sent another message with details, and have heard nothing back. It’s been nine days and no credits.
After two years playing in this app, I watched it go from a safe fun community to a bunch of bullying and bodyshaming. It’s not a safe community. After reporting the repetitive behavior to the company and it’s staff over the past few months, it’s only been worse. They won’t implement 24/7 chat moderators to get rid of the bullies. If you play, all this company (Live Play Mobile) cares about is you giving them money and treating you as a number not a valued customer or player or human being. If you’re looking to have fun, escape the daily of life, turn around, don’t do it. Go find a different game. Don’t support a company that condones bullying behavior.

I’ve been fired from my job for calling sick to play this game. Rent is late, the electric is off, and I’ve been charging my phone at a Circle K down the road. This game is all I need in life. I enjoy playing and socializing with everyone especially the live host daily. I am a person with a lot of health issues so I stay in assisted living so I can have around the clock care. This is the first game that completely keeps my mind occupied strategically. The host are friendly and I most definitely feel like I’ve inherited a whole new family. The game really gets one thinking strategically and not to mention “LOADS OF FUN”.
I’ve been playing this game and it seems like the only way you are able to win is buying things like I have free credits and I use them and I literally sit there for like 12 balls being called out and none of them are my numbers in any of my 4 cards and when finally one of my numbers are called it literally takes about another 8 balls to get my next number called

I like the game & im almost on level 50 but I’ve had to buy power ups & credits in order to get that far. If not I’d prolly be in the 30’s for my level. Also I’m sorry but that host Evan, I simply cannot okay when he is hosting. He is way to hyper & pretends he’s running all the time & gives me complete anxiety so I chose to not play when I know he’s hosting. All the others are great, calm, more relaxed & cool to hang out with. As I said just my opinion.
This game has so many glitches, all it’s done on numerous occasions is rob me if my points, credits and power- ups and doesn’t give me free credits for watching videos. And when it does throw one of my power ups into play they just spin , go haywire all over the bingo card and never land on a number , but it still lets me daub the numbers being called, but I don’t win because I don’t get my free stuff daubed from power ups . Ut keeps stalling and will say error, contact support . I have contacted them about 6 times and only heard back the first time . Why would I want to spend any money just so you can give me more coin power ups? The game is so rigged it literally gives 3-4 coin power ups on every single game and that’s all it takes to lose. To the point that I have only 5 coin power ups remaining with 35 single power ups, 30 double power ups, 15 triple power ups, and 12 auto bingo power ups. I used to go to this site to relax, but in the last few months the hosts repeatedly pressure the players to buy bundles, power-ups and coins. It’s to the point of being oppressive & draconian, and it’s worse than a sit down appointment for a time share. It’s all about “TREAT YOSELF!” “You can’t win if you don’t buy the bundles!” As for the “animals”, the admins or algorithms hold back the “rare” animals in the collections so you… SPEND MORE MONEY! It’s no longer enjoyable to just play casually, and it’s like being at a slot machine with a hawking attendant cajoling you to SPEND SPEND SPEND BUY BUY BUY!
Thought this was an extremely fun game, made it about an hour into playing, someone came into the chat was being rude to the host. I said no reason to come here to be rude and got muted. But the other person kept going? Like what? So standing up for your host was wrong by saying someone was being rude? No cuss words, no bad words, nothing and got blocked. Sorry useless game! Instant remove game from my phone! Update: I did email them when this happened. I WAS NOT the one bullying and got banned. The ticket was thrown out and nothing ever happened. So their response isn’t correct.

New players rake in the wins but once you create an account, progress is slow and winning is nearly non existent. Packages are the most expensive and your paltry but expensive purchases are gone in no time at all. The chat moderators are a joke. They don’t enforce chat rules and show preferential treatment to veteran players. They also lord their powers over the players who, by the contribute to their salaries. Hosts are about the only good thing about this app. Friendly and entertaining. But as long as the game is ran by a bunch of bumbling crooks, the entertainment isn’t enough and the game will never live up to its potential.
I played this game every day for the last year and I’ve never been disrespectful or rude to anyone. Tonite I said that one of the animals was adorable and I was immediately muted. No reason, just muted for 3 days!!! I went to my other account and asked why I was muted and they muted that account too! It’s really I believable that this could happen. These are not good people, the only thing they care about is getting us to buy bundles, we pay to play but not money is paid out. I have not been given a reason why I was muted for 3 days and I will not ever play that game again. It’s not run by good people!
I absolutely love this app but I keep having issues where even when I turn on the and off the voice and sound the picture with the host doesn’t always work as it should as we now have hosts 24-7 thank you for the great game and will be search for the update
The game seems to play as expected, but the ad I saw for it clearly stated that you could win real money. There’s probably some garbage giveaway or something similar like once a money worth like 50 cents so the developer can claim that you can ‘win’ real money. But you get absolutely nothing for playing the game as is. That’s the reason I came and the reason for the review. But if you just like playing casual bingo, then I suppose I don’t see any issue with this app other than the aggressive pay-to-win strategy.
They want you to play their game and they want you to buy stuff from the store but they don’t want to reward you with any kind of money or any kind of prizes. All they want to do is take your money. try to trick you into playing by rewarding you with getting animals and telling you the more you level up the battery you’ll do this game is a total rip off, and they are making thousands upon thousands of dollars of users just not to reward them with any kind of money or prizes please stay away from this app
