So fresh and so clean

This app is extremely easy to use. I like that they have pictures of their products. I like how organized and how each item is under their correct category. I like how I receive a text notification about the cutoff date for changes. This helps me keep track of weekly orders, helps me not waste food products, and controls my subscription in one orderly, easy, and convenient app! I like how simple it is to just push a button when I need to skip a week, also.

Overall solid app, could use some improvements on UI/notifications

While I can definitely say using this app is infinite quicker/easier than having to pull up the website every time I need to tweak my order, it could definitely use some dedicated app developers time to overhaul the UI and make it a bit more mobile-1st vs simply shrinking down the standard website into app form. Secondly, some more customizable/rich notification options to do things like: - Setup actionable push notifications at custom time intervals to let me know my order modification window is closing, and what products are currently included in my order w/ the ability to perform minor changes (like quantity and such) directly from the notification. - Better notifications for things like when seasonal items become available. - Notifications on the morning/night of delivery asking whether or not we want the driver to put ice in the cooler depending upon what the weather is like. - Order has been dropped off/delivery notifications letting us know the moment that the milkman has actually left the weeks order in the cooler. Other than that stuff, great initial effort overall. Keep up the good work guys/gals!

Longmont Dairy App

Overall pretty good. I get lost trying to get to the products to order or change the order. Finding upcoming delivery is easy to find. Adding or changing could be easier. Overall you are doing a great job. My goal is to make less trips to King Soopers. Just started buying your coffee. It’s very good,I have a Keurig, I buy in bulk, the large boxes, 32 or 44 kcups. Or 24 cups , Dunkin’ original, Cafe Escape Chai Latte, Nantucket is great, Starbucks Breakfast Blend is great. Peetes Is great , Caribou is great . I currently buy coffee in the bulk quantities from Staples , because I’m a small business. They carry bulk lunch room stuff. Love seeing your milk for sale in Whole foods. Your driver is great. Always says hello. Also Thinking how nice it would be if you sold some good ice cream. Like you do the Noosa yogurt flavors. Your driver is great, Always says hello. Take care Bob Lantaff

Convenient

I love that Longmont Dairy has introduced the app. My favorite is the automatic reminder I get a day before for me to make any updates to our order. So convenient! Would love it even more if there was a search function - I know the categories should be self-explanatory, but sometimes I’m in a rush and/or looking for something that - in my mind - could be in different categories. Otherwise the app is fantastic!

Very simple to use!

The only pieces that needs improvement is the delivery edit and maybe an extra notification option. Would be wonderful to click on the change/update button and go straight to categories. And it would be great to have a push notification 1hr or so before 5pm the evening before instead of the morning of. Otherwise it’s a great app to make sure you have what you need on your delivery day! I’m consistently changing my order 😊

Love our Longmont Dairy Delivery!

Tuesday morning is special at our house. That’s when Longmont Dairy’s Delivery is made. The fresh milk in glass bottles tastes SOOO good. John loves the Colorado Cold Brew and 2 bottles barely lasts the week. Those farm fresh eggs are very yellow and healthy…and taste just like eggs did when I was growing up on the farm. Sometimes we have fun trying new products. Always we look forward to Tuesday mornings and Longmont Dairy Delivery! 5 stars every time!

Great app for managing deliveries!

This is a great app for managing our weekly delivery. It’s easy to add items or change our standing order and it’s faster than having to log into the web page. App the products are nicely categorized and easy to find. I also like that I get a text reminder about the upcoming cutoff so I don’t forget to make the changes to my order.

Very useful if it works!

I use this app routinely to schedule and change my orders. However last week I needed to cancel my delivery and the app wasn’t working - kept saying ‘try again later’. But it still wasn’t working at 5pm deadline SO I had too much milk last week! This is the only time this app has malfunctioned for me.

We love our local milk delivery!

We’ve been customers of Longmont Dairy for almost 8-years and couldn’t say enough good things about them! They get our order right every single time, which may seem small but we notice and appreciate it! We especially love the holidays can’t get enough of their delicious eggnog.

Super easy to update from anywhere!

I really enjoy having the Longmont Dairy app. It has become a routine and the app has all of the categories of products organized such that it is always a quick and painless way to adjust items and quantities. Longmont DaIry has done a great job of keeping up with applicable technologies.

Easy to use and convenient

We receive a friendly reminder to update our order each week and we can quickly change our order to meet our needs!

Super convenient!

This app has made ordering super convenient. It’s so much easier to place an order, change an order, or even to cancel that weeks delivery if need be. The reminders have been helpful as well to not miss changes before the delivery cut off.

Simple and easy to use

Where would I be without this app after I’m reminded to set my milk order for the week? It is easy to change your order and the app also reminds you to save your changes before closing. Love it!

THE BEST BREAD AND BUTTER!

Longmont is incredible and it’s so important to support local! I am lactose intolerant but I order eggs, cheese, etc from them and I can’t begin to describe how delicious the fresh bread is! The monthly flavor is so fun and tasty and their banana bread is to die for! Their butters are all really delicious too, and I live on the honey butter now. 11/10 highly recommended!

Easy to use

The Longmont Dairy app is easy to use, and very intuitive. They make it fast to add/delete things from your order, they provide information on limited time and upcoming products, and easy to set up a standing order.

Well designed

I really appreciate a well designed app. This one is 1) works! 2) is easy to use 3) allows me to set a notification to remind me of something I often forget (the delivery-change cut off time) and 4) doesn’t do anything annoying. Perfection!

It’s fine

I have figured out how to use it. It’s easy to update my future orders as far as adding or taking away half gallons of milk. But if I want to add something out of the ordinary, I have to do an extra step that’s not immediately intuitive. For that reason, I wish it were a bit different.

Love this app and how easy it is to see all the weekly options at my fingertips. Keep bringing us great Colorado local cheeses, meats, breads and other great options. My parents started ordering your products 30+ years ago, I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Very handy app!

It’s so easy to control our weekly orders through the app. You can turn deliveries off or on with one click and easily add or remove items from any order - weeks in advance, if you want to.

So convenient!

Probably not the most intuitive app out there, but doesn’t take long to figure out and it’s so convenient to be able to update our weekly order from my phone.

Great service and products!

While the milk products have always been delicious, it’s been great trying some of the new items Longmont Dairy now carries, like the seasonal items- raspberry iced tea, lemonade, and peaches. Our deliveries are always timely and correct too!

This app is very easy to navigate..changing order, contacting the dairy, or skipping a delivery. Longmont Dairy has very high quality products…it’s so nice to get consistently good tasting milk and a verity of excellent products and reliable delivery. Great service

We love Longmont dairy and their delivery service. We been getting our deliveries for over two years, and love the flexibility their app and delivery service offer. Easy change and skip a weekly delivery if we need.

Easy to edit orders

Love having the ability to edit orders from my phone. It’s slightly different than a shopping app so it took a couple times of use to remember where a couple of nuances for editing an order. It now feels easy. Overall a good app.

Works well!

This app covers all my needs for ordering with Longmont. The only glitch I’ve found is the “order alert”- I’m completely unable to change it so it works, so just have to remember to update my orders by the deadline on my own. Otherwise satisfied!

Love Longmont Dairy

I’ve only being using Longmont Dairy for a few months, but I really enjoy their services and products. I love their glass bottles. I love their coffee selection, lemonade selection, everything is placed in a cooler for the week. My son loves their milk. We love it as a family

I’m thankful Longmont Dairy has an app that I can easily log into, check my delivery order, make changes, and find new products. The app is a little confusing at first and the interface isn’t as slick as other shopping apps but I’m happy they have it!

Wonderful Convenience

Simple to use. Great for quick edits to the next delivery, or to your standing order. It takes a little experimentation to learn how to navigate the product catalogue, but only enough to give it a retro-cool feel.

Easy and Convenient

Love this app. It sends me reminders every week to remind me of cut off day is coming up to to make changes. It is very easy to use and is much more convenient than logging on to my computer.

The app is easy to use. Delivery items can be easily updated. The milk is very good. The eggs and monthly bread specials were a nice surprise. Yobucha is awesome! I appreciate the quality of their delivery items. Monthly billing is convenient and accurate. I like supporting Longmont Dairy.

Review - Easy to ise

Love Longmont Dairy App. Easy to ise. Now if they only would send reminder texts regarding changing our delivery. Not a fan of cut off time of 5 pm MST to change or skip delivery of standing order And deliveries have been coning between 9-10 pm Sunday night. That is not Monday delivery in my opinion. Otherwise love Longmont Dairy! ❤️

Easy Order Updating

Ordering milk for a large family I frequently need to update our milk quantity a bottle more or less weekly. The app makes it really easy to do. I add cream or other products too. Great service.

Best Service Ever

I receive Milk, butter, eggs, creamer, and Bagels among other items that my family loves . Their delivery comes promptly first thing Friday morning without fail. I wouldn’t buy these items any other way, always Fresh!
