The check deposit function is very bugged. Every time I try to deposit a check, it takes 10+ tries because the app will either delete one of the pictures taken or kick me back to the login screen at any point in the process. It is very frustrating as a business owner who receives checks to deposit.
This is a complaint about the app and the new bank that purchased them. The app takes about twice as long to load. Amarillo national bank takes longer to post pay checks. Also took a great deal longer to get through when we had issues. All things that need to be fixed.
I saw this advertised on TV & was glad when it was available for download. The pages are easy to read & being able to see transactions upcoming is really great!
In all the years this app has been available, I have downloaded an immediately deleted it many time. Always for the same reason, login I'd can not be found. I keep hoping it will be fixed but in many years it never has been.
It's been a long time coming, but now that it's here it works great. I'm glad that they didn't just put something out there that had multiple bugs in it. It was a little confusing setting up my account to allow mobile access, which I had to do through my Internet banking, but with that done I was able to transfer money b/w accounts with ease. Maybe a little explanation on how to set up your account, either on the app or on the LNB website (neither had it that I could find) would help. Great app though.
