If you are struggling in canceling auto-renew, port out your number to another provider!! To port out you need your account number and transfer pin! Call 612 and ask for those details but don't say that it is for port out because they will slow down the process!! You can also cancel your credit card (say it is lost or stolen) because there is no way to remove this info from the app! Good luck to everyone! Attention everyone, this service is impossible to cancel!! You will need to cancel your credit card! Doesn't matter if you call, try the app, or any other alternative. The auto-renewal will stay on and the cancellation won't work! I have a reference number confirming my cancellation and I’m still being charged. Don't go for it if you don't like auto-renew.
I’m using this mobile service from last 12 years and annoyingly the app didn’t got mother updated or improved just for 1%. I still have to struggle to use the app and get info from here. My question is why ????? Why the related responsible authorities don’t do anything and why the customers have to suffer this miserably ??? The app constantly gets 1star reviews and yet there is no action??? !!!!! I believe this is one of the worst app I’m using. As a service provider you should be more concerned about both the app and the service. May be soon I’ve to look for another provider with better service. Because nobody wants to waste their precious money and time like this.
It’s kinda choppy but works. The main reason why I open it is to see how much data I have left but they show a pi chart kind of thing with no numbers. The chart helps but you know what would help more? Some numbers, for example, 10Kb/ 1MB left. Something like that. I usually have auto renew on so I don’t have to deal with manually renewing, but this data thing gets on my nerves. Someone please implement this feature and push and update, please, it’s a request.
I had to call them every month to cancel one auto renewal for 10$ and they kept telling me there’s no 10$ plan on my account and I had all the text messages and ticked number for the confirmation of cancellation from the customer service , one of the girls said that whatever you choose to renew on the app it’s doesn’t show on the account when you call them for help and yes indeed you cannot cancel yourself using Lyca app any auto renewal. I never got a refound for all the money and I had to call every month (for 6 months) to request cancellation of 10$ o and activate another plan . Lost time money and nerves with them , not professional at all .
Customer service will literally hang up making you call back 5 times before someone is willing to talk to you. And occasionally you’ll get someone actually nice and helpful. Most of the times you get someone who just says they can’t do it and brushes you off. And when you finally had enough and want to switch, you HAVE to call customer service for your pin and account number. And they won’t give it to you unless you pay for another month of service that you don’t want with them. I refuse to ever use this company again and I’d rather get a new number than give them another penny
Scam company, they absolutely REFUSE to turn off auto-renewal! I've been trying for TWO WEEKS, and it still won't let me disable auto-renewal, they just REFUSE to let me opt out of this scam! This is absolutely INFURIATING! I have never seen such a shameless company before. It's a blatant disregard for customer rights! I am disgusted! How dare they trap us like this! This company is a disgrace! It's been an ongoing nightmare, utterly disappointed! I genuinely cannot comprehend how such a despicable company is allowed to exist! Trying to register in app for over 2 weeks now The registration Sms never arrives, tried it hundreds of times.. tried login, registration, reinstalled app many times, nothing works... **Update : Application updated and now works like a charm..
They have horrible customer service. It takes days of constant calling and emailing to resolve issues. Their app doesn’t work and so I had to sign in as guest to renew my phone plan unlike before. They didn’t send me a text with the necessary information like when to renew my plan like they used to a year ago. It used to be a tolerable carrier, however I don’t know what happened. Now they are lacking in many ways.
This is the worst service ever. First they don't give 5g if you don't call them, but you pay for that. Then the auto renewal system is broken, incorrect messages all the time, incorrect charges all the time, but they never assume or give money back. Costumer support is a joke, quality of call is zero stars you can’t understand nothing what they say, besides they don't resolve nothing. Email support is useless… Don't use Lyca!!
Chasing for an issue for 11 days now. Every day the agents repeat the same story…check after 24 hours. It looks cheap, but they take away your time and energy, mood …everything gets screwed up. Lucky for those who dont get into these traps. They are all liars as well, call agent says its solved..while verifying the same with chat agents after the issue persist, it was not solved in the first place.
I haven’t been able to access the app for months now, it just shows a blank screen and I tried the website and I still can’t get access to my information. I was hoping an update would fix the problem but still same issue. Please hire better people to fix the app. I really hope y’all would listen to these bad reviews. STOP IGNORING OUR FEEDBACK!!!!
Ordered a physical sim which never delivered. Kept on calling Customer care again, and again they kept on asking the same details repeatedly but with no results. Above all, no refunds for my plan and they even cut monthly plan prices for second month as well for the sim that was never delivered to me. Horrible
It might seem tempting because of the price but you get lines from other companies for the same price. Optimum currently has $15/month offering. LYCA mobile is outdated, does not have a smooth eSIM transfer process, and will also try to take as much as they can from you while leading you on. Furthermore, their human agents are pretty useless.
They are a joke. Bought sim card on July 9th and never worked until today due to technical issue. Every time I check in the status of the ticket it's always in progress. Their Customer Service people are horriblly incompetent to inform me what's wrong or to give me timeline for completion. I'm switching to other company.

Lyca mobile plan renew after all my data lost. And after several call and email they never take action. Today is day of eight but i did not hear from lyca mobile. I am using since last 4 year. I am disappointed.
This app often cannot be opened and logged in normally for several consecutive days, which is very inconvenient. It is recommended to maintain and improve it.
Do not use this app. I have my debit card on autopay. I wants to cancel it but now I don’t even get into the app. When I try to log in, it’s just shows blank screen. This is so annoying now I don’t know what to do anymore
This app is not loading at all. I was waiting for 15 mins but it did not load I needed to renew my plan. It’s user experience is very inconvenient as well. Whoever had the job of making this app, please work on it.

Wi-Fi calling can’t be activated in the app. Calls get disconnected every few minutes no matter how good the reception. Store locator in the app doesn’t work at all. Completely incompetent app developers it seems. Avoid Lyca Mobile in the US!
i wanted to cancel auto-renewal but i have no idea how to do it. after logging out of the app, i can no longer log back it. it says “ERROR AUTHENTICATE” after i enter my phone number.
By online chat, by phone call, by app, you cannot cancel auto renew. Even they said they canceled but your bank account still withdrew monthly payments. Never see this kind of company, no integrity!!!

When I tried to install the app, it told me to wait for four digit passcode. Unfortunately, I never received the passcode therefore I couldn’t install the app. I followed the installation process unlimited times.
When I opened the Lyca mobile app for my recharge it showed a white screen. I called Customer Service regarding this issue but no use. Bad interface, bad experience.
