Have been using VLC for m3u8 for phone streaming with on and off success. This player reliably opens all streams and to top that I am able to airplay it on my tv which no other player or browser was able to do.
I downloaded the app. Copied the stream from the Internet and I received an error stating that the action could not be completed. Don't waste your time.

I purchased this app today, opened up Named my playlist playlist.m3u8 (later to be renamed Game Show Network) I putted the playlist url and it plays fine! There is some ads sometimes But I still will rate this app 5 stars anyways.
This is a stream player that can read every stream in the m3u8 format. Just add the url you want and enjoy. You can add as many url as you wish, all this is 100% FREE
