This app has helped me score reservations a couple times. I highly recommend using this app especially if you’re not staying on property and getting early access to some of the most coveted tables or experiences. Our latest score was a Bibbidi Bobbidi reservation for our little when it had been sold out within seconds of (or perhaps prior to) our ability to book. Yes, it costs to unlock additional features and get the most out of the app, but we’ve had good luck using the free version. Depending upon the urgency and your ability to monitor push notifications vs. SMS, the free version may be all you need. And the $15 single month subscription (without recurring) would definitely be worth it if you’re doing a once in a lifetime trip. As a family that goes yearly or every other year, missing out on something this time or that time, doesn’t make or break our trip. $15 is a good investment to get what you actually want, just make sure you’re logged in and have a card loaded for the race to book in the Disney app!
Forget waking up early to log into Disney just to find out the reservations you want are not available. Just use this app and wait for options to appear. I have been trying to book Space 220 at Epcot so I had been getting up early (5:50 AM) to get on the Disney site because they become available at 6AM. I had no success day after day. I wish I had know about this app before because two days after downloading I was able to book Space 220. It was simple and exciting. I still can’t believe I was able to get the reservations. Now for all hard to get Disney reservations I will be using this app. Highly recommended! Great job developers!
Despite the great reviews, I was not optimistic that this app would come through for me. I wanted to get a reservation to Ohana which is extremely difficult to get. I had days not weeks or months to pin one down. I set up the alert on the app for just one date with three different times. Amazingly, I was alerted two days before I needed it and I immediately booked it. Couldn’t believe it. Thank you for this amazing tool! Will be using it for future trips! Highly recommend!!!!!!
Obviously, the producer of this software is trying to make money from their efforts of putting together this software package. That’s to be expected. And I think the prices for their “full service software” is fair. Initially, you are offered one alert notification for free and can pay to receive plenty of additional alerts that will work simultaneously for you. You can work with just one alert (if you to just get that one special reservation), but more alerts working for you is always better. I’m impressed with this app and would recommend it to others.
The app never alerted me to reservations that became available. This was in a 2 week period. and not one alert. I ended up checking Disney’s official website periodically and saw when people cancelled their reservations that way. I recommend doing that over this app. Also, you won’t be able to delete your account after signing up. This function doesn’t work in the app, probably by design. “Customer Service” has ignored multiple requests for a deletion. The only response I received included instructions how to cancel a subscription, which did not address my issue. They’ve ignored all subsequent emails since then. My guess is they won’t delete so they can keep your info on file or sell your info to other marketers.

I wanted to use mouse dining but their free alert doesn’t text you. This app you can set up 1 reservation reminder for free and it sends you a push notification. Disneys site the day the reservations were released for the bbq restaurant in toy story land was glitching so reservations weren’t available at 6 am like normal. I set up an alert and later in the day when they opened them up I got an alert. I’d never have known or even gotten a reservation if it wasn’t for this app
This was recommended to me by my very organized sister. She want to Disney for the first time with her husband and kids. I am the Disney addict. I’ll be going down for the second time in one year to celebrate milestones last year. We just used the Disney app because I didn’t know this even existed. Boy, what a difference this would’ve made we’re going down again and this will calm to great use. My sister is a Disney blogger, and this comes deeply recommended.
So many of the (former) free text/notification services charge you now. I greatly respect how this app only really charges if you need more than one place tracked at a time. As for how it works, I’ve tested it only once so far for a place I figured would produce a reservation before too long, and I was notified very quickly. Here’s to hoping it continues to work well for my first serious request.
I am trying this alert app for the first time, as I’ve used web-based alert services in the past. The instructions are a breeze and you can set an alert in a matter of seconds!! Their prices are very reasonable and when my other two alert services run out this month, I plan to sign on for an alert package to see how their service compares.
I just signed up for this app. It sent me a sample of what a notification would look like when I get one. I chose the number of people and the times that would work. I wasn’t sure how much I was willing to pay for the app, so chose the option to write a review. If I get a reservation, I would happily pay for the app, but if I don’t get one, I won’t pay.
This is only based on the appearance of everything upon initially downloading the app. It seems to be seamless when looking for a specific restaurant and choosing the day and time you would like to receive notifications for. I liked the “test” notification they did so I hope they’re as instant as that test one in hopes I can snag a reservation that I’m dying for.
Forgot to set up reservation at the only place grandma wanted to eat while at the park, nothing available when I went to book one, so signed up for alert after playing the Disney app refresh game to a while and within a day I had a alert that match was able to get it booked, grandma was happy so everyone was.
Leading up to our summer trip to Disney, I found myself becoming obsessed with checking the my Disney Experience app for reservations my party wasn’t able to get 60 days out. The closer we got, the more frustrating and nervous we became trying to lock down our must have reservations. This app has made it so much easier.
On my last trip to WDW, none of the reservations I wanted were available on the 60 day mark. This app allowed me to set alerts and I was able to secure a spot at all chosen restaurants by our dates of travel. You do have to react quickly when you get the alert but this app is extremely easy to use and so beneficial.
This was so easy! I tried the another app and it was no difficult to navigate. Not this one! I had been trying to get Yak and Yeti and was not able to for any day or time during our trip. I received an alert within 24 hours and was able to book! Highly recommend.
I am so excited to try this app to receive alerts for hard to get Disney dining reservations. One free alert at a time and it send you a push notification so you can grab it. They also have some other plans which cost if you need more than that at a time. If I lived near Disney, I’d be using one of those.
You have to get this app if you are planning on Disney and especially with a large family the Disney website makes it hard to get the reservations you want. With this soo it makes your life soo much easier for those hard to get reservations.
Great user experience throughout the whole app, from finding the restaurant I was looking for to considering what times I wanted alerts for. It even showed me a demo of what my push notification would look like so that I knew what to expect when a real alert comes in! Perfect! So easy!
It’s so difficult to find a reservation if you didn’t get it right as the date became available. This makes it easier to get an opening when someone else releases their reservation without having to constantly check the MDE app!
Trying this out to see off it’s better than logging in to Disney to look for available times. Quick download and easy to use. Seems a bit pricey but if you’re planning your once in a lifetime trip, this app’s worth it.
Seems very easy to navigate! I will definitely have to turn my phone sound up loudly. I wish I could change the push notification so I can make sure to hear it, otherwise I’m excited to try the app out.
No one has the time to constantly check to see if there’s a slot open. This app takes that away by notifying you as soon as one is available. You simply put in your desired place, date, number in party, and meal time. Done
This app has helped me with planning which restaurants to make reservations for, it give you an alert when the seating is available. Only down side is you can only do 1 alert request u less you pay for a subscription.
This app is user friendly and takes the stress out of trying to frequently check for the reservation you want. The downside I have is the cost associated. I feel the fee is quite high. I’m happy to pay, but I don’t need to spend that much. For free it will look at 1 reservation. That works just fine for me.
This is a great idea. I understand it’s a paying app but it’s hard to know how many alerts you would need but for a group that either booked a las minute trip or someone new who is not informed about how soon to reserve dining and special events, this is a great service
I have a few apps for dinning at wide and by far this one to me is the most straightforward and user friendly. Also love how they test out push notifications and they look seamless and great. Even if I end up not getting the dinning we want; the app is still great.
Not Notified About Available Reservations 15 minutes later
I got suspicious that this app wasn’t checking availability because I have gotten. No alerts for several weeks. I signed up for the Stakeout app and got a notification within a few hours of availability. I know that there has been availability for one of my alerts for 20 minutes and the app hasn’t notified me. For harder to get reservations this is way too long when other apps are alerting way more quickly.
The character breakfast and dinners fill up so fast! It is so nice being able to have notifications sent to you for availability on your favorite restaurants. Every times I’ve paid for a notification, I’ve been lucky enough to get into a character dinner!
This app takes the hassle out of WDW dining reservations! Especially for last minute reservations. Just plug in the day and place and wait for the alerts! Just make sure you snag it when you get the alert or it will be gone!
Easy to navigate and understand. The app prompts you to turn on your notifications - which is nice. Makes planning for Disney much easier as I don’t have to physically go in and check availability constantly.

I was hoping to snag a BBB reservation and put an alert on this app as well another one. I was able to snag an appointment through the alert on this app. They were fast and it was easy. I never even got alerted through my other app. I highly recommend this app!
Haven’t been able to use it in action quite yet, but setting up the action and the quick test to verify it’s working we’re easy, effective, and seem promising. I’m looking forward to testing this coming week in Orlando.
This app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I like the ability to set an alert instead of having to go and check for reservations multiple times a day myself.

I’ve been using this app for dining reservations for over a year and it truly does work. A lot of other apps send delayed notifications and I find this one to be the most reliable. Definitely worth it!

Signed up for the free alert and so far like it, alert seems little delayed but I like the push notification letting me know the reservation is ready. Comes in handy for this hard to get reservations.
I haven’t gotten any alerts yet as my trip is still more than 1 month away, but the app is very easy to set up. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I will be able to get the reservations I want.

This service is a must have if you are trying to book large parties for a dining reservation. Once you get an alert immediately book that reservation. It’s so easy and convenient.
I was able to book dinner at a much better time for my family at character dining and Oga’s Cantina. So helpful to not have to check the app at exactly the right time for the exact right reservation time.

This app makes it so easy to get on a waitlist for a reservation you’re trying to get. That way I don’t have to check the website everyday and this app will just alert me to an open table.
I downloaded this app to use for an upcoming trip because the day my dining reservations opened up the restaurant in AK was booked within 2 minutes and I was unable to get a spot. If this works then for me it will be the greatest thing.
I purchased 6 alerts for $15. I only received 2 alerts and then was dropped down to the free tier after one month. I reached out to customer service and was asked to provide poured that I had purchased a membership. After doing so I was informed that my $15 was only good for one month. I could have purchased 1 month for $9.99 so why would I pay $15 for 6 alerts if it is only good for one month?! Mouse Watchers is the only way to go.
