I recently downloaded the app because I need to get my schedule and docs from the company. Whenever I try to open it the app immediately crashes and I can’t open it. It’s been like this for the past two days.
It is not uncommon for the app to crash on me, or not submit my job after i’ve submitted it. I also feel there are some very simply features missing, such as the ability for Pro’s to add/suggest work-order notes in the app. It would also be greatly beneficial if we had the ability to look back at the start/stop times for our jobs after submitting them. There should also be a “customer contact” area, used for customers that need Pro’s to call them upping arrival. That way the Pro can simply tap the number to call, instead of switching between apps to type it in.
I’ve used this since it was available and I’m somewhat happy with it but would definitely like to be able to login earlier to get a mind set for how my day will be it makes for a better day knowing ahead of time even if the schedule does change
Employees can not go back and review their total travel time, mileage or hours worked for the week. Once a job is complete and you press “stop” the information is gone. Only management has the ability to review.
Created an account through link sent by Maidpro. Downloaded the app but there was no option to create a password. Tried forgot password to create one that way. Got the message no account found. Disappointed.
