I like the app, looks great, is well designed and smooth operation, especially for a small local state credit credit. Though it needs the system Dark Mode ability and a Widget! Would be very helpful to just open my iPhone and see my balances on a widget on my Home Screen or in Notification Center. Also would enjoy it more if at night when I open the app, I’m not blinded by a bright all white app interior. All in all, good work on the app, it’s nice. Hope y’all decide to bring on at least a widget soon.
They always update their app, and every time it’s harder to use, navigate and even sign in. I’m forced to change passwords because they insist I do because they want to update and make the app worse. I’m asked to confirm my account every other time I try to sign in. Literally every update makes me want to change banks. So many hoops to jump through just to see my account info. The app isn’t the easy way anymore
Okay app, I can see my balances and transactions. However, I have multiple club accounts set up but none of the names show so that I can make transfers to/from specific accounts. Because of this I usually have to go on my web browser to their online banking, which is annoying.
It works great when it actually loads, but periodically it goes thru phases of not loading anything which makes banking difficult when ur app won’t load and u only have 2 locations..
This app is temperamental. Sometimes it works well and other times I need to use the web to log in. The mobile deposit feature isn’t consistent either.
Ever since the upgrade this app barely works for me. It doesn’t give me my account info and it’s very frustrating. I’m connected to Wi-Fi, it should work. Annoying. The old version never did this. I have a iPhone 14. Please fix.
The transition to the new platform is going poorly. I have spent hours trying to register on it and I still have not completed the process. Was this really necessary?
Constant updates and I am always resetting my password. I’m not really convinced that the app is worth having. I have no trouble with the Credit Union, itself.
Whenever I try to login to my account it says I’m locked out so I follow the steps to unlock it and it allows me to access my account online but I’m still locked out on the app.
