Make a List!

I'm glad to have found this app. I have a penchant for lists as a way of keeping organized and ensuring nothing is forgotten. I have seen this app listed in my searches for a preferred list but thought it was just another average list maker. Now, having used this for a couple of weeks, I discover that it is superior to all others I have tried — and there have been many. I am migrating my other lists to this one, over time, and eliminating the others. I find this fast, efficient and comprehensive. I am using this for just about everything that comes to mind that I want to follow up on or be reminded of. I am very visual so I find the ability to add photos and, best of all, the ability to add icons to each list item. Other lists offer a limited choice of icons, but this app gives me choices, through its custom search on Pixabay, that are far beyond what others offer. Wish list: 1. Ability to add alarms

This app has made shopping so much easier to shop. Since with the whole outbreak going to the store has been a chore. We used a paper list which stinks and I also tried to make a list in my notes on the phone. Using the notes on my phone worked except my phone would fall asleep. Then I would have to wake it up. With this app I like the ability to check off add continue on my way, app doesn’t fall asleep like my phone, and I can share/receive a list. My only knock so far on this app is that I wish when sharing a list it could save email addresses in it instead of continually entering then same ones. Other than that it’s awesome.

Meets every need I have in a list making app: -Real time syncing across my watch and tablet -Easy to use and create multiple list items -Easy to have multiple lists -You can leave notes, audio notes, photo notes, and set dates -You can mark and highlight specific list items -Color coordinated for my ADHD brain -You can even change the font on the app! I use it to keep track of to-dos, groceries, break down larger tasks into a list of smaller tasks when I’m feeling overwhelmed, keep track of my art commissions, etc. My only gripe is that the app design looks a little dated, but that’s a personal issue haha. It does everything functionally that I need. This is an awesome app, worth spending the money to get the full version. I love being able to support this app’s developers.

I’ve used this app for a couple of years now. It started to get wonky, e.g. “forgetting” items I put on the list, as well as other bugs and problems. They have reworked the entire app with a new look and many improvements. Thank you! Glad I hung in there. Couple of important notes: it would be nice if the app could remember items so you don’t have to retype everything. Also, app always thinks I have already put something on the list when I haven’t. It’s recognizing a word that is on the list but there is additional input for the item and the app doesn’t recognize that.

I've got to give the makers of this app credit. Right at the outset (after you first start the application), they come right out, and let the user know that the way they're able to keep this application free ( and I DONT mean 'freemium', I mean F-R-E-E) is they show you ads. They're VERY unobtrusive (they're at the bottom-most part of the page). As I've said in the other applications I've ever left a review for, I've been using (Mac) computers since the 80s, & I'm quite tech savvy. Like many, I dislike reading instructions (ESP in 'Apple land'!), and the thing about Macs , & good software, such as this, is that itshould be intuitive. It should only be AFTER initially using something, that I'll read instructions to get a better understanding of WHY something happened. That's how I taught myself Macs - both System 7, and then after the evolving into Unix/OS In a word, this list-making app is simple, elegant, and beautiful.

It helps me get done a lot of things that I need to get done and I can use it for grocery shopping and today is independents day and I am inviting my friend to come to the creek with us and we made a list of what we need to bring and what we can do. Whoever doesn’t have this app needs to get it it is amazing!!!! HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!♥️💙🤍

I love this app until today when I am having 10 people to my house for 5 days and need to stay organized! When I opened the app this morning to get my shopping list, all I got was some sort of video game that I couldn’t X out—I tried everything to close it out to no avail😳this keeps happening to me every day now. I needed a list that I prepared and I needed it on the road when I was out of the office. Just kept getting video games—so frustrating 😡I tried to find a paid upgrade to rid the videos. Cannot find one—unfortunately I will have to find another list app to use🥲

I like the way it’s set up but it’s very very glitchy. Every time I use it there’s some glitch or another. There are 3 that i come across routinely: 1. When sorting one of my lists manually and it kicks me out of the app. Every time i go back, I find the list again sort the next list item only to get kicked out again, so if my list has 10 items I get kicked out 10 times until I finish sorting them. 2. I click on a list and it appears to be “empty”. I have to go back and click it again to see my listed items 3. When adding a new item to a list it randomly disappears and reappears when u reopen the list If it weren’t for the annoying glitches this app would be great 🤷🏽‍♀️

Have been using this app for a long time. It’s simple and straight forward. Enough options to be useful without all the clutter of similar apps. Syncing between watch, iPhone, IPad and MacOS as always worked well. The reason for the 3 stars. Latest version appears to have ADS!!! I hate that. One of the biggest selling features for me was NO ADS!!!. I understand the there are costs involved with software development, but warn a body ok? At least offer an in-app purchase to make them go away.

Hello There, for people who are looking for a Make a list app I got you covered! This app is about you can make some lists say a grocery list or a birthday wish list! How can you do that? You can make a list of what you need done and you can make a birthday wish list! Hope this Helps anyone!!

I have used other types of list apps but this is by far the best app ever !! I can write on my Mac and it automatically syncs to my iPhone and iPad. Easy deleting and most important it recognizes words/names whether in English or German making my shopping easier to find or ask questions about. The program itself is also simple to use .

This is the best list maker I've found that also goes to my watch. I can sort checked to the bottom and I can add colors to notes. There is a lot more, I'm learning, but trust me, well worth a few bucks, even if you have another notes App this one works so well for lists! TY

A nice addition to your apps. Lets you make a list to take with you. If you make a mistake, swipe the item to the left and a selection of changes, for spelling, deleting and things you would like to be able to do. I keep addresses I will need to add to my car GPS. They are quickly at hand on "make a list".

I own multiple businesses and have multiple projects going on at any given time and this does everything for me. I keep thinking of things and add them. It was easy to set up! A couple of things I have to figure out but that’s it! Saved me from myself!

I have been looking for a app that works well with my Apple Watch that is free, this app allows you to not only access all your lists from you watch, but it also lets you make a list too! 10/10 best free checklist app for an Apple Watch there is!

I needed an easy list organizer and did not want to pay lots of money. Well I found it and $2.99 to remove ads. Syncs to my iPad and iPhone so nicely. Huge THANKS to the developer for making a very nice List app that I understand as an older person.

I have used this app for quite a while and have loved it. However, today I made a grocery list on my iPad expecting to be able to use my iPhone at the store. I tried everything I knew to try to get it ti sync and it wouldn’t. I have iCloud Drive on and have Make A List enabled on both devices. I wish you’d fix this. I don’t really want to start all over with a different app. Like I said, I have really loved this one.

I was looking for something easy,fun and to help me organize myself and i download so many apps but there was nothing,until i found this app😃and now i use it everyday!I recommend it

I’ve used this app for about a year and really liked it, but now it keeps deleting items as I add them. I have literally seen items showing in my list only to have them disappear before my eyes. Sometimes they come back, sometimes they don’t. If I could remember the things I need to re-add to the list I wouldn’t need the list in the first place. Boo.

This is the most useful app ever! Having my grocery list on my watch and not having to juggle my phone while shopping is truly awesome. I love the check off feature so much! Thank you!!! 😁😍👏

This app it’s so easy to work! Some of the things I like about it is that you can change the font, you have multiple color options.

I tried at least 15 list apps and this one is the only one I kept. Does just enough customization without overdone. Love it!

So far I’m loving this app. It has a lot features that makes it worth the small amount to get rid of the ads.

Transfers information from I pad to phone easily

This app is good, but many times i have returned to my to-do list with many of the items deleted. This becomes very annoying when I can’t remember what I wrote. Please, if you use this, have a backup list. (And prepare for large amounts of frustration =)

I got this and put on iPad and iPhone and my iCloud is set to sync app BUT it’s not doing it The reason I wanted this app was it will alphabetize things in a list I make / but useless if I can’t get the same info when adding on one device to go to the other

I was so exited to get this app. The reviews looked good so I decided to download. I went into the app and made a list, I exited out the list was deleted. I thought it might just be a one time thing so I tried again, but unfortunately again it delated. I really liked the design of the app but the lists kept getting lost!

The only problem I am having is that as I am making a list, for no reason items just disappear off the list

Where has this been hiding?? My app graveyard is full of To-Do and Checkoff apps that have come and gone. This is the one I am sticking with!

Great App. One flaw. After charging Apple Watch you cannot access app until you make a change to the list on another device.

I love making a list on my phone. It’s so handy with no need for pen and paper to stuff in my purse. I’m so glad I found this app.

Have been using this for a while and recently items have been deleting from my list. The whole point of the app is to help remember things so I can no longer use this app.

Problems: 1. Doesn’t always sync with other shares so you never know if your list is updated with other lists. 2. Easy to accidentally bump the list with your finger or hand and uncheck an item. If you do this, you’ll never remember what it was because... that’s the reason you made a list! 3. Can’t delete individual items from a list without having to manually uncheck an entire list first. Bad design. 4. Never updated! Save your money and get something else other than this crapware.

The app works great and has everything I wanted and more. Great job

Title says it all. It’s supposed to sync between Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch. It does between Mac and phone, but not on Apple Watch. While app shows up on watch, when I open app, it won’t do anything! Deleting this baby and moving on.

Drops list items ….. Very frustrating. If luck, will reappear some time in the future

App seems to work well - unfortunately there’s all kinds of unwanted advertisement at the bottom of the app. I paid for app and shouldn’t be subjected to unwanted advertisement.

The way it was designed makes it a puzzle .

I don’t get why no notes apps let you use a shortcut like tab or enter to rapid fire add items to a list. Deleting it now

The program does not always transfer to my phone app. WHY??

Good God. I can't clean up my lists because nothing let's me delete one or two! Not the items themselves but the the whole list!

Great App. Use it to keep trace of freezer inventory. Very easy to use

Can’t figure out why. The app is there and upsated, I see the app name on top and a black screen. I loved that app :(

When I go to share the list it tells me the item has already been added. I give up.
