I’ve tried several banks but keep my MCU accounts open for when those others inevitably irritate me. My closest branch is over an hour away, yet I rarely have to go. Only when I needed to pick up a physical check for a car loan I took out was why I needed to go. Otherwise, I do everything 100% through the app. My check deposits are processed quickly and my paychecks arrive 2 days early! I’ll be a lifelong member!
Bought to vehicles with him! Haven’t had no one else try so hard to help get a loan! Spouse and I had bad credit not only did they help get loan but also helping us better our credit! They really mean your better than a credit score! Thank you union credit union we will keep coming back tomorrow your business!
The MarineCU app is very easy to use and simple to understand. It is much better to use than logging thru the website. Remote check deposit is a great time saver for us! We can see pending transactions thru the mobile app while not thru the website.
Having to go thru several ridiculous steps to sign in EVERY single time I open the app - no thanks. I literally left this credit union because of their app’s bloated nonsense. My thumbprint is plenty; I’m not going thru any more hoops just to see my balance, losers.
The bill pay on this app is terrible. Since Marine Credit Union doesn’t accept deposits and withdrawals on weekends or holidays, a scheduled bill pay that happens to fall on a Saturday or Sunday just doesn’t get paid. I initially set it up to pay the Monday after if bill pay date fell on the weekend but it didn’t work. This credit union needs to join us in the 21st century.
I've been with Marine since I was in high school, but I live out of town now, so the check deposit feature is super super nice👌🏻!! The app works really fast, especially with the fingerprint sign on, and tells me everything I need to know :) I haven't had any issues since the update, thanks guys!
New app is way better then the last app. This app allows me to do a lot more from my phone. I wish it had even more on mobile compared to the web experience but over all its a very good upgrade.
Best credit union ever!!! They really care about your financial well being and will give you a second chance at reestablishing your credit. The employees are all very nice and respectful! Wish I would have found them years ago!
You guys would ruin the app, idek how that’s possible, all you needed to do was keep it the same way but add features . Now the thing literally never remembers me , I gotta log in everytime so the “quick balance” actually corrects itself to the right balance . 1/5 untill it’s fixed.
Love fingerprint option, also not having to run to credit union to deposit a personal check is the greatest, just to name a few of the options I live about this app.
Imelda worked very hard to get us an amazing deal on our new vehicle! Our goal is a home in 6-12 months and with the amazingly caring and helpful staff I feel like we got this! I would recommend them to anyone!
I really wish u guys had this. I get paid on a Thursday and I don’t get it in my account until Friday at Altra federal I got to see what I was getting Wednesday and went into my account Friday u guys are a day behind
I'm so glad Marine made an app. I was locked out of my banking consistently because it would change my device every time I tried to log on. Very easy to use and have biometric entry. Great app.
I like the app it works rather well, but the fact that you kick out my password and make me (and I should underlined the word make)choose the new password every four months or so, is something I don’t like I shouldn’t be made to change my password if I am not having problems with security.
They have been fantastic to work with they helped me with loans. Reopened my checking account after I messed it up. Very helpful and friendly people even when I’ve been crabby and short with them.
After recent update. When logging out, with facial recognition enabled, it automatically logs you back in before you can even move the the phone away. Please fix.
Should be able to do so right away but error message shows I’m not able. Also I should be able to set up scheduled transfers from my checking into savings
Freeze ups, slow response to keyboard, delayed mobile deposit and just don’t look as good as the old app. Wish things that worked great could just be left alone.
Really fast, easy to use, does everything you want it to do. I love that you can use your fingerprint to log in to your account on your phone! Great app!
This is a well organized app but I am not able to access more than half of the features of this. I don't know how I can get into these features but it would be nice to have the extra accessibility
This app and bank is very good about keeping your bank records current and with latest information. The only thing they are lacking is the ApplyPay. Which would be useful.
I can’t sign in to my mobile app any longer and I’m not sure how to fix it. Each attempt prompts me with a message stating “this app version requires the MFM middleware. Please configure this URL to proceed with login.” Help!
Tried to set up app for days. First wouldn’t send text for confirmation, made me use email. Second kept telling me to call members services. Total waste of my time. Make it better please
Can hardly ever actually use the app. Constantly kicks me out and refuses to let me use it constantly. Tells me many times that my login is wrong even though I have “auto sign in” on.
