For nearly 30 years I have used Mary Kay products the eyeliner and mascara have always been favorites of mine . I had not ordered as frequently as I should have due to consultant issues . …. Untill now !!! I am so very thankful I met Paula ! Not only is she turned into a wonderful friend but she has been an amazing consultant and helped to guide me in the right direction for my skin and makeup needs . She is always prompt and keeps me up to date on new products . She has an amazing talent for helping pick colors I like and look good on my skin tone and eye color . My teenage daughter is just now learning the how to’s of applying makeup and Paula has helped me navigate her in the right direction as well . And she always gives the best gifts and her personal touches in her packaging and little notes or something just to put a smile on your face ! I just can’t say enough about how thankful I am to have met her ! Thank you Paula Miller for all you do and all you are !
I’ve been using Mary Kay since the 90’s. I absolutely love her products. The body creams are so lovely, I have just about every scented cream. I’m not a big perfumer but I love body creams, since I have dry skin. I learned how to apply makeup at the Mary Kay parties. I became a consultant, but the other employment and kids to precedence. I have the same consultant as when I first came to using Mary Kay. She’s great! Thank you Mary Kay for giving women an opportunity for a career and good products.
This app is not user friendly nor is their website. I’ve had an account with Mary Kay for YEARS using the same email address. My consultant recently retired. I needed to order more product. When I tried to sign in via web browser and app, I was told there is no account associated with my email which is completely false. Then I was told my password was incorrect. Then I was finally able to reset my password and when I tried to change it in the app I received an error message not allowing me to change it from the temporary one I was sent. My address wasn’t saved in my account which was very odd, nor was my card information. Talk about mission impossible to place a freaking order and give you revenue. Fix this awful app experience and or just let me order products directly from MK without all of this hassle.
Love the MK products! I really like this app and it offers some great features with the order of application and beauty profile, which are both very useful. However, I’d like to be able to see recently viewed products for convenience instead of having to look them up again. Many apps and websites offer this feature by default. I’d also like to be able to see user reviews, which I find helpful in making product selections.
I’ve used Mary Kay products for almost 20 years. I’ve always either texted my consultant to reorder or gone through the website (and usually picked the wrong thing). Tonight I downloaded the app and WOW! My past orders were there so I just reordered (and got rid of the incorrect shades). I’m looking forward to the reorder reminders. I’m certain my amazing consultant will be happy to not hold my hand as much, too!
I recently started using MK and I am so impressed with the products. I have A LOT of skin allergies and have limited options on skin care. The high standards of the ingredients has allowed me to have quality products at a reasonable price. Thanks to my Beauty Consultant Sage Roberts for all your recommendation’s. You have been amazing to work with. My skin is so soft and glowing. Can’t wait to start trying the makeup line.
I just want to say Thank-you for updating your website and check out section! I used to get so frustrated when trying to put in an order! It was never easy. Today, however, it took me all of 10 minutes once I choose the colors and products I wanted. I appreciate it!
I’ve used Mary Kay for many, many years, starting back in the 1980’s. The products have always been great. But now, they are exceptional!! I’ve never been disappointed with any of my purchases. I really love the convenience of shopping online. Please keep doing what you’ve always done and I’ll keep returning!
The first thing I noticed was the “order of application”. I like that if you add or stop using a product, you can edit your list to show the changes. The wish list is nice too. It’s easy to add or subtract items, I only wish it held more! 😁 The other thing I like is that you also have a tab for your Independent Beauty Consultant, so it’s easy to stay in touch!
While sitting in the waiting room at the doctor’s office, I remembered I needed to place a MK order. Oh, they have their new app! Let me try that out….way too easy! Love how it retains my last order and gives me delivery and payment options. Crazy easy! Order was put it before they called me back! Love this app!
I had to manually type in my card information. I tried to order directly through the website and after creating an account some rando was assigned as my consultant. I could not update it, even though a I have been working with a specific consultant already. When I got the app I could not use the other account because it was associated with a different consultant. The whole process took way too long and needs to be updated if you want to attract a younger audience.
I love the Mary Kay products. I recently lost my makeup bag that was full of Mary Kay products and was heartbroken, but it made shopping so much fun with new products with contouring shades and new skin products. I love that Mary Kay stands behind their products with a satisfaction guarantee. Now that’s an excellent company that I will always buy from!
The only product that works on my skin so that I have zero breakouts for the most part of my month. This line took my sister who had severe acne down to no acne. She even tried using proactive among every other product. Makes my skin silky smooth and I just love it.
I do not think it’s user friendly. It’s not intuitive or easy to use. For example, when I open the app I expect to either have it use facial recognition or present the login screen. Also I want an easy way to reorder my entire previous order. As a retired software engineer I have experience with excellent, good, fair, and bad apps. I would rate this fair.
I love this product for the quality of research they do to create a quality skin and cosmetic product. The were named # 1 in the World by Euromonitor International Flier for quality products! Thank you for putting quality over product for all consumers for 60 years.
I have been using MaryKay products for many years . It is so easy to use and give the best results ever for skin and body . I am now thinking of becoming part of selling MaryKay products ! I am looking forward to doing this .
I like this app however you should be able to change Beauty consultant without having to make a new account if you don’t like that person or be able to delete your account if you are not happy with it. Then Beale to remake it when ever you want.

Customers are having trouble with registering through the app. All fields are filled in and correct, register button still remains greyed out and unable to complete sign up. This has happened for 3 people, and they’ve had to go through website to register with me. I tried myself to create an account and register I am getting the same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still same issue. Please, how can I resolve this?
I gave the app a high rating. My complaint is that if I order from the app it takes a long time to receive my products. If I order directly from my consultant she is super fast.
Jessi is great at explaining the products and extremely knowledgeable when I have questions, I’ve had great service from her, I’ll keep coming back because of her.
I like how I can fill out a beauty profile and it offers recommendations based on my skin type! And, it shows me the order of application for my products. Genius!
I used Mary Kay years ago. I moved, and then one of my good friends Joined and became a consultant! Thank you, Yolanda Porter. I look young again!! I also love the new fragrance they have now and the foundation! The best aging cream skin care is Timewise. Look and feel fabulous.

App is not friendly when trying to move consultants. My consultant closed her business and now trying to switch. Would be nice if app was a bit more user friendly in that way.

The Mary Kay products are fantastic! I would love to see bold non shimmer colored eyeshadows, along with more brown skin friendly cosmetic products though. Overall I’ve never been disappointed by Mary Kay! 🥰

When I search for eyebrow product, the only thing that would come up was the eyebrow brush. I could not find any product; not pencil, or powder, or anything else for eyebrows.
Please allow more than cards for payment! ApplePay, PayPal, Venmo! Also It’d be great if the app didn’t plow over the OS’s attempt to save my new password.
