I like it for being able to see the schedule of events and classes but you can’t actually book anything through the app. When I try to add something to the cart it just says “stand by” but doesn’t add anything. I also think that once a day has passed, it shouldn’t have the option to allow you to book.
The previous review which the guy was complaining about the new App should just remind you that there are just some people that are to arrogant to actually enjoy anything. The App is weak and needs some help but everyone working here so far is amazing and can do no wrong in my eyes. Ignore the negative review guys post, if you seen what his life is like you would give him a pass. Plus i think he may be enjoyed a finger in that mass now and again!! So basically who cares what he thinks, just hope he washes his hands after using the restroom
Let’s start by saying I’ve been a happy owner who’s timeshare is paid off. That been said. I tried using your website to login and try to make a reservation for my week on my phone. Your website is not developed for phones and is extremely limited. I downloaded and tried using the app and it won’t even log me in. Saying my credentials were wrong. I even used my login saved on my phone that I use for your website and it won’t allow it. You need to pay a little more attention to your online platforms.
Requires credit card info to be re-entered for every purchase in order to get a purchase to be completed, although saving the card information is mandatory and erasing or clearing it is not allowed. As if that’s not bad enough, the purchases are not actually processed fully on the app even though it tells you they have been! Twice I’ve thought that I had lift tickets but have been turned away because I didn’t. One customer service rep told me she didn’t recommend using the app for anything other than the map.
This app does not work. You can make reservations but no one picks them up. Several times we tried this but when we got to the place, no one knew what happened to the reservation. Even the staff told us not use. It has the incorrect times and days for activities. Does not help that you have to buy the upgraded WiFi to even get the app to work.
How do you have an app for a ski resort without a trail map? Why can’t I reserve ski rentals on the app? Why can’t I track other people in party (pretty common thing users might want to do when skiing)? Oh that’s right, you can’t track other users because you don’t even have a trail map. At a ski resort. It definitely has a listing of all the TV channels available, though!
My wife installed the app and within 10 minutes I’ve received an email advising my Apple ID is locked due to installing Massanuten App and to click the link to unlock my account. The sender is not from Apple. Someone appears to have hacked their server to send phishing emails. Ensure it’s safe after you download it.
Doesn’t help with check-in or check-out, no navigation (on a 6500 acre property?), didn’t have my reservations, can’t link to other people in my party. Pretty useless
