The people who work at the City of Memphis Employee Credit Union on Whitten Road are the absolute best. Their customer service is outstanding. They are very helpful and will always take a few extra minutes to answer any question from the customers. I really like the personnel there.

I love everything about this bank and the app. You can do just about any and everything at your fingertips without having to go to the bank unless depositing a large check! I do recommend using

I still like it just fine outside of the last large update, it now logs me out regularly and won’t Face ID until I log in again. I know. 1st world issues; but, it would NEVER do that before the update. Please fix that. Otherwise, love it. Easy to use.

The app used to work perfectly, then they updated it and no longer functions and it’s impossible to reach support. Extremely frustrating.

This app is amazing. I love how convenient it is for me and my wife to transfer funds to one another. I love how quick and easy it is to check my account balance and follow my transaction history.

I have been with this credit union for over 25 years. I have established my children and getting ready to enroll my grandkids. Thank you for all that you have done making loans easy to finance.

It works well enough for me and I haven’t had any issues . This review is based on years of having the App. It especially came in handy during THE PANDEMIC! Well done credit union people!

Great employees but don’t purchase a RV from them they will screw you by writing it up as a Recreational Merchandise and not a Motor Home can’t refinance or use on your taxes. They will lie and say that not corrected it but did not

Now that I have retired and moved 1.5 hrs away. I find it simple to do my banking using the City of MEMPHIS Credit Union even from far away.

The APP is great and banking with COMECU has also a good experience. Please can you upgrade to Deposit ATMs.

This is truly an exceptional app and online banking service.

The new update is too busy, just a lot going on. It could be way more simpler. FINALLY the mobile check deposit works (didn’t work for years and no one could help) and now they charge a fee for over 6 transfer in a month.

I like Memphis city credit union but it’s very outdated. Even the app looks old. Everything needs an update especially going into 2k24! Like can we get customized debit cards/atm cards? Just something
