Donna and Tammie at the Scottsbluff, Ne. branch have really gone above and beyond helping me learn about all of the new features that your bank offers, both in person and via this new updated app. As a senior citizen it’s not always easy to navigate new tech, but you’ve made it a pleasure to explore and use this version. Thanks so much for being so caring and professional.
The new app and website is amazing! As my primary bank I can now use the app to its fullest extent. I love being able to link my credit cards and other accounts I have, so I can see everything in one view! Additionally, being able to see my credit score on CreditSavvy is definitely a plus!
The old app was outdated and lacking features. This one has some great additions that I’m looking forward to seeing how they work as I get accustomed to it. I like the integration of all my accounts and the ability to link my external accounts as well. All my info in one place is very useful.
Loved the app until it updated; not a fan how everything is separate. I feel updates should lead to making things more convenient and easier vs more complicated and extra steps
So does it deserve a one star? Don’t know, I can’t get into it. Forcing me to update, then forcing me to change my password, then not recognizing my credentials it didn’t save, I now have to deal with calling them up and figuring out why it doesn’t recognize me. I might consider changing my rating when I’m less fuming as I understand how this can happen, but it’s 8 o’clock at night, I needed to check my account, and now I have to wait until I can call them. I’m irritated and this is the only thing I can do to compensate.
The new updated app is sleek and clean. Very easy to find everything. It’s nice being able to transfer from my other financial institutions as well to make payments and build my savings! Love it :)
Was forced to updated my app and when I did my credentials were all reset. When logging back in they force you to change your password, make you provide your account info AND your SSN! Absolutely not!! This is a breach waiting to happen. I don’t care how secure you say your network is, I am not imputing ALL of that info in one place. Very disappointed, I can no longer use the app or site. May have to switch establishments.
Should be a way to give zero stars. They reset this app today, and to reset your credentials you have to type in not only your bank account number but your SSN! Who is managing security for these clowns? Hackers? Who asks for all of this information in one place, electronically? This is a disaster waiting to happen. DELETED!
This app is so much better than the mobile site that was very flakey. I like accont info & the graphs & pattern data. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because the graph data for my loans wasn't informative. An amortization schedule that shows principal vs. interest over time would be very useful. Overall, huge improvement over mobile website. Nice work!
If you depend on accuracy of your available balance don't use this app! Several times now I have gotten over drafted because the "amount available" didn't really match to what I ACTUALLY had in my bank account. So until they fix their stuff I will make sure to tell EVERYONE not to get this app!
I love this credit union. They go out of their way to help you. I moved to southern Utah but I still keep my account primary in Jackson at Meridian. I just trust the people that work there and if there’s anything that’s going on they feel looks wrong, they notify you right away.They watch your account for any fraud or safety measures that need to be addressed. They are just like family to me.
