The app is effective when I want to know my balance & where my money is going/ being placed. The only fault from this app, I stopped getting notifications from past transactions. Once this feature is fixed, I think this app is worthy of 5 stars!
Bad image capture. I'm not exactly sure how other apps work, but this mobile banking app seems to have a problem with the image capture on checks. You can use any setting with any lighting, and if your check is more than 3 inches away from the camera it turns it into an 8-bit blocky masterpiece. This consequently causes the server to reject your deposit because of the app. Please fix this camera issue in this app's rating would improve.
Their app and online banking are beyond bad. My suggestion is for them to stay in the stone ages and not have a online presence. It’s better than this crap.
