What more could anyone ask for???? Free app gameplay to receive real life rewards at any MGM property In the world!!? New Player

I am a new player in the game. About a week or so now. I Truly do enjoy your slots, events and whatnot’s in the game like quests, etc.., Otherwise I wouldn’t have downloaded it. I am getting to maneuver myself through the casinos okay. But not good enough yet. Leveling up pretty fast. I give it a three star for now only because I still have difficulty moving around the casinos and it doesn’t really give a person direction to I’ll ell. Unless I am missing that part somewhere. I’m sure as I play more and more often, and I get used to the casinos, and understand the game a lot more my rating review will go up, as I am having fun playing and love it when there are other players around too!

Very frustrating and get on my nerves

I have been playing this game since November 2021 and it was fun at the beginning! Things started getting weird when i started betting over 50M, there were numerous times the game just kept spinning after I hit the bonus, And I had to exit the game and reboot it, but you don’t get any rewards for your bonus! There were several times when I hit the bonus and never triggered ( what in the world)? All these issues cost me billions of credits! I sent several emails and messages about my issues, all I got back were automatic email response stated they received the email, one week later when I check the claim again, it said the claim were closed! Same routine responses for all the messages and emails I sent! What a shame! There were also several times I tried to buy credits and it kept saying the transaction failed but it did appeared on my credit card! Since they don’t have a customer service hot line and only emails and messages, so I had to call MGM customer service and they told me basically MGM has nothing to do with MGM Slots Live and there were nothing they can do about the issues that I experienced! This is really getting on my nerves now! I spent thousands of dollars on this game that The MGM Rewards sent me the links through my MGM account and now they told me they have nothing to do with this! Shame on you!

Fun Game! By has quarks

Love this game and spend a good amount of time on it, probably more then I should lol. However a big pet peeve I’ve had recently is every opportunity the game has were you need to check in and accumulate a “streak bonus /opportunity” the game will ultimately push you back to the beginning so you can never fulfill any challenges they offer. Also have noticed you will get a really big pay out in some casinos and when you take a break to reply you typically are guaranteed to lose either your entire game balance or 1/3 of it before you realize it’s a constant loosing streak with payout that don’t surpass the total spent in game and half the mini games available only 3 players will make more then they spent so if you didn’t bet 50 mil a hand to accumulate 400k bonus points for the bonus game your pretty much guaranteed to lose it all or break les then even, regardless of piggy pop, wonderland, New York New York, and even Luxars is a loss great game hope it fixes itself with time so I can actually cash out my points!!

So I wonder if you all are deleting reviews that are negative because I only see 4 and 5 star reviews. It is against the law to only allow positive reviews because it is misleading advertising. Playing the wizard of oz section of the game, or whatever you call it and I quickly got annoyed. Why? You force me to do the stupid mini game where you have to wait for other players to see who will get to the end of the yellow brick road. That needs to be an option and not forced upon players. Not everyone wants to play with others, if I did I would purposely choose a multiplayer game. Not to mention it seemed painfully long, just waiting on people to pick the right potion was ridiculous. I really only played this game because of the cash rewards for getting to a certain level and I will say it's not worth it unless you spend real money. I don't understand how people freely give hard earned, real money to a game that won't give you money back. I guess those people have money to burn, must be nice.

Slots are fun but customer support not good

I really enjoy playing MGM Slots Live but I recently came into a problem to where the slots were taking tokens without spinning machine. An obvious glitch. I contacted customer support immediately while I was still on the slot machine that was not working and took most all the tokens before I realized it while trying to make the slot machine work. Customer support finally came back to me over 24 hours later stating for me to reset my phone and download the app and re-download it. So if I did that all that work I have would have no tokens and I would waste my time re-downloading the game. No offer to replace tokens lost. I even spent my money on this game to purchase tokens. The game really does aim for your money. I understand it’s business but you should have better customer support, especially when you are dealing with paying customers. I have deleted the game due to this.

Game glitches and doesn’t pay out chips

I’m a newer player and I will say first and foremost, this is a really fun game to play with many different games and contests to play! After I’ve gotten somewhat used to how each game works, I noticed many times during timed contests, the chips would go up as if it’s adding to my total but the amount doesn’t change. Conveniently, the game will credit the lower winnings but the larger ones didn’t add up. Initially I thought I would get credit at the end of the game or in my inbox but I didn’t in either situation. This has happened with several of the games over a couple of days which is extremely disappointing. I’ve bought more chips to finish the contests in hopes that I would get the credits at the end of the game but I didn’t. I hope they fix the glitches and give us the chips we’ve won.

Money spent

I’m beside myself I love this site I have spent hundreds here and coins aren’t not being applied and I have been trying to get a hold of customer support but no on answers me at all for 6 days now. I was going told I could request chips every 7 days again no one answers and I just spent a hundred and didn’t even revive bonus. Just unreal. Don’t even know what kind of raising to give for this. Fun but don’t expect help with the game rips you off

I do enjoy this game, and yes I have bought a lot of chips as the game combats boredom. HOWEVER, there is a MASSIVE problem lately. There have been MULTIPLE times I’ve earned substantial bonus spots for the bonus round and the game either randomly kicks me out or I get an error message saying the room is full and the kicks me out. I have sent trouble tickets to the app developers right after each incident with the exact time, game, and details of my bonus spots. Each time they essentially tell me that the details don’t match their system. I estimate that I am out about 10 Bil chips I would have won in the bonus rounds. It’s fine if I’m just playing for free, but I am a paying customer that has purchased a ton of chip packages. My recommendation is to play for free. Don’t ever buy chips as you will get scammed out of winnings and told they won’t do anything about it.

Beyond frustrating to continually be cheated

The games are super fun and at first you win/lose rate is pretty balanced. Once you get higher levels the win/lose is 10/90 and the min spin amount continues to go up. Customer support is awful, takes a few weeks to get responses and then it’s AI generated answers never actually looking at the issue and helping to resolve concerns. I’ve spent way too much and have been cheated out of very large prizes for the price chase. No one will help me nor listen. This company should be investigated. They steal our money, often they won’t pay out promised prizes for the money you spend and could careless to resolve the issues their system is causing. UPDATE: I got a response from the developer with a link for free chips…the link doesn’t work!! It goes to a black screen that says “server not found” Super frustrating and honestly more offensive than not responding at all.

Update: This game has the unique feature of being somewhat social in nature. So you play with icons representing other people who are also playing the game. But that unique feature is not enough to keep me interested in playing this game. The payouts, as I said in my previous review, are pitiful. They call a 250,000 token win a “Big Win” but it’s really a pittance when you consider the bet is 700,000 tokens & above. Yesterday I decided continuing the game was just not worth my time & I deleted it. I play a lot of casino games but this one has the lowest payouts. It even pays much much lower than MGM’s other slot games. In addition, right in the middle of games, the game loses connection to it’s server! It’s not my internet, I’m not losing connection in any other game, it’s just MGM Slots Live. I gave this game 2 stars because the premise is great, they just need to improve the payouts & FIX the connection issues!!!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could…

I started playing this game for the first time on 1/3/22 just so it’s noted… this game has lagged out on me almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a bonus! I will be in the middle of receiving a bonus play or finally activating a bonus and it will completely freeze or just continue spinning the slots without awarding me anything forcing me to shut down the game and reboot it. I wanted a few different time maybe 5 minutes to see if it would complete to roll and it does not. It’s frustrating when this happens and I exit the game and come back and now no bonus is available. But the only way to pay this issue is by exiting the game completely! I have no idea how much money these issue have cost me but i know it’s quite a bit! I’ll just be going back to myVEGAS slots because at least I know on that game, I won’t get any of these issues!!!!!!

Ehhh!

It’s a knock off Popslots. There’s only a few games available in each casino it’s usually extra games and I like to play the rainbow sevens and of course they don’t have it. And we betting millions on POP! Slots and giving millions of coinsThis game is really lame with the amount they give and you get to play with. There’s no way I would purchase coin on this slot, as a rule of thumb I don’t believe buying fake coin with real money is too smart. And even worse the amount they want for coins is ridiculous compared to POP! Slots you can get millions and millions more coin the same money if you wanted to purchase. I hope you get the rest of the spots this is ridiculous I don’t understand why you can’t just have a more if you have that part of the casino you should have all the rest.

It used to work

Game was a lot of fun until there was an update not too long ago. Now the game glitches in every game I enter. Because I have an iphone I’d need to keep taking screen shots and logging the time/date/game/feature in order to e-mail correspondence to the support team in order for them to find the problem(s) and fix it/them. This game is a time-waster that I enjoyed while it worked— but as a full time father and student I can only afford to play it inline at the grocery store or during the little downtime I have while vegging on the couch watching a movie; there’s no way I’m putting time into this app, I’d rather just close it and move on to some other time-waster when it isn't working. BUT! When it worked, it was pretty fun.

Challenges set for player failure

Y’all, these challenges are simply wack. Bogus. Ludicrous. Literally billions of dollars spent on Frozen Riches, literal Billions, and I have still not completed the challenge. 2 of the 3 challenges on this platform were finished almost 18 hours ago and I still cannot hit the last 3 tall wilds. 2B in plinko chips and then hit 65/80 xp in a bonus round is absolutely trash and is prevalent. Spare me the algorithm explanation and the rewards because we have tried to use them and cannot even be used in our upcoming trip. We travel to Vegas several times a year and already get comped for rooms through our MGM Gold status through MGM life. We live in Georgia and most things are not even applicable here. The purpose and lure of your challenges are to “win” but really they are excessively hard to beat which benefits only the corporation and not the player. These game are only fashioned to be like Vegas in regards to they are slots. Vegas does not force my bet, nor does it dictate when I can change them. NOT LIKE MYVEGAS

Came here for a fun slot app and the free milfe loyalty reward points as directed by the MYVEGAS app, but thoroughly disappointed. Predatory at best; trying to gr*pe your wallet at worst. Most “events” are closed leaving you to choose from the current live event (which you are constantly directed to) and a few other selections. Almost all live events seem to require an immense amount of in game currency to net a small (proportional) profit making you buy in over and over. If I wanted to spend money on these kind of odds I would just go to the casino where I have a chance to win real money instead of fake in game currency.. In my opinion — they are trying to deplete your wallet a few dollars at a time. Self sustaining capability of in game currency pales in comparison to MYVEGAS, so if you are looking for a similar experience DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Waste of time

Played for 20 minutes, my first 5 spins just straight up failed because apparently there were enough players in the same lobby. The “team” mini game went off twice in my 2 minutes. These “team” mini games are long, boring, intrusive and the payouts are garbage. First “team” mini game took 5+ minutes and payout was less than the minimum spin bet in that slot (250k). Second payout was only 2.5M, which is less than I was averaging just playing the regular slot over the same period of time. And o saw no way to opt out of these “team” aspect. If it wasn’t for these “team” mini games being such garbage: the slots were decently fun with decent payout ratios. But that forced “team” aspect just kills the whole game for me, because once again it is long, boring and payout is garbage.

So far, so good!

I downloaded this game through Tester Buddy, so some purchases on this app went towards getting money through that app. It has been fun trying out different machines (some of which I’ve actually played on in Vegas). I also love that you can trade in points for rewards such as a free dessert at a restaurant or even a complimentary night at a hotel. What I would love to see next is being able to link my MGM Rewards card to this app so that I can gain rewards points/tier credits.

Pressing $25,000,000 by Accident

On all of their slot machine games you have the option of choosing what you’d like to bet per pull. The developer has placed a $25,000,000 bet right next to the bet button. This can make it very easy to hit it by accident, which happened to me. When I contacted them to explain what happened their response was, “ these mistakes also happen in real casinos, so unfortunately, we will not be able to give you your chips back.” I was dumbfounded by their response. So just be careful when you are placing your bets because if this happens to you, they pretty much don’t care even if you spend REAL money on their app. Otherwise, the games do offer a nice form of entertainment.

Not Worth It

This game acts like you are betting for real money. The payouts are not nearly close to what is bet. The game always has issues and bonuses are not paid. Any of the Bingo, Bumble, or other type of games do not pay unless you are the top spot. One is guaranteed to lose all of their game cash by playing one of those games because the bets are a ridiculous amount. A major jackpot in the bonus games is never won. The point of these app games are for enjoyment. There is absolutely none if one can never win. One may get maybe 5 minutes of enjoyment before they lose all of their winnings then it’s just the app developers trying to take your real money to continue play. Not worth the hassle and phone space.

Zero stars…..

Been playing a month now and any slot you seem to accumulate a good amount of bonus points you just end up losing during the bonus rounds, with cheap “shared” payouts and it’s rigged to pay less multipliers the more you’ve gained up. Watch pretty much all the bonus and have not yet seen any one reach the possible jackpot, several occasions during the Volcano spin I’ve hit wins multiple times and nothing gets added to the total. Screen shoot it everytime but you can’t send the screen shots to tech support and they just give a vague response of “we’ve check and all your winnings are accounted for”. Which they have not been. One maybe two more days of trying to climb back out of the gutter but soon deleting!

Fun Game

I enjoy this game and the rewards seem pretty awesome (haven’t redeemed any yet). Like clockwork I max out my daily bonus for when I get ready to redeem rewards. My only complaint is that there is NOTHING to do with the in-game money you get from the games. But every opportunity the game gets it wants you to spend real money for in-game gambling money. WHATEVER YOU DO, please realize you do not have to spend a dime on this game in order to get reward points as they go up regardless as long as you have the app open. I built my in game cash to 1.8 Billion (did not buy any of this) and blew it on purpose because it literally has NO purpose.

Too Pricey, to scammy

While the app is fun, because it’s live. It will cost only about $5,000 real dollars to have any type of longevity. Think about it. $5,000 with no actual cash reward. The game functions the best when your auto bet is turned on fast or turbo. But who can afford that? Seriously. They put the bot in empty seats and at the end of the round, the bot will be the biggest winner in the billions! I called and emailed them about an issue and I never heard back. Playing this game is worse than flushing your cash down the toilet. I’ve never felt shame flushing the toilet, but I felt so much shame after being reeled in and conned! It took me only about $300 dollars in 2 two weeks to wake up and snap out of this foolishness!

Love Game But Expensive

I enjoy this game just as much as My Vegas Slots. I do not like the fact that buying chips are more expensive then the other app. Spend just as much and like I even get quarter of what I would get for in the My Vegas Slots app. I like the fact it doesn’t have a ton of rooms like My Vegas Slots. Just wish we got more chips with our purchases. Hopefully, you guys read your reviews will take that into consideration and start offering more chips in your purchase offers

Exactly Pop Slots

I absolutely love play studios and the myVEGAS rewards platform. I’ve been playing since 2010s. It is a bit weird that this MGM app is exactly popslots and players earn the same rewards. I’d love to see another version like this just not exactly popslots w/mgm branding… kinda feels like I’ve created two rewards accounts to be honest. Overall, I love that I can extend play time with multiple opportunities to collect time bonuses. Sign me up for beta testing of improvements tho!

Bonus Games/Spins

I was playing Cleopatra Slots and I had 4 or 5 50k slots for the bonus round, I had spent over 100,000,000 coins to get those then magically it said my server disconnected. I went back to the game and lost all of my bonus round slots then the bonus triggered and I didn’t get to play. I also have gotten stuck on the wizard of oz bonus spins before and it wouldn’t let me spin or do anything but back out and I lost my bonus spins, I took a screen recording of how it would let me click things but click on my spins. So I lost out on more coins then too. It’s fishy how these errors occur when you get the chance to win big.

Best Game Ever

This Game is Awesome! Not only can I play this game, I can win real rewards!!! I have been playing this game and finally went to Vegas!!! When I arrived I used my points for real rooms, food, and all type of stuff!!! This is by far the first game I actually feel is worth playing and to be able to win real rewards and apply them to attractions, gambling, food, hotels and more was the most amazing experience. I had no problems just resort fees.

Fun but watch for glitches

Had a fun time playing this game. The issues arose when I was playing and bonuses and balloons were not being credited back to my balances. Contacted support and no resolution was offered. I even had a screen recording of what was happening, once I realized it and they didn’t even offer to take a look at it. Said I needed to free up space on my phone for it to work properly. I have over half of my storage available then and still do to this day. I did buy chips but would caution anyone that does so as they do not seem to care about anything and will flip the blame to you.

Pretty disappointing

OK it’s OK game fun to play but too many problems one is you You really do not hit big jackpots and then it takes may be 50 spins to hit something decent. You can bet 5 million in when you hit a spin it probably be only 1 million something you hit and it takes several spins in my biggest problem is you spend more money on this game then you hit on top of that I spent money on a big spin or something and never got it. The only reason why I give it a two star because it is fun to play with other people, other than that it would have been a one star.

Annoyed.

When I opened the app to play today like I do EVERYDAY it gave me a “update” notification, when I click “ok” to update it took me directly to the App Store like it does every other time however, this time it’s not giving me an option to update it just says “open” I clicked open and it takes me back to the app that says update I’ve went back and forth 5 times…please advise. Thank you.

Streaks stolen

THIRD UPDATE: link supplied in response to second update doesn’t work. SECOND UPDATE: same issue again. And same poor customer support. I wish I could give it zero stars. UPDATE: same issue yet again. They continue to blame the customer as opposed, admitting the bug in their software. I cannot support a game, where their support group does not admit errors in their program. Twice recently, my streak awards were eliminated despite me having played them daily. After going several rounds with Support, with contradictory and then four messages, they refused to correct and claim my error. I’ve also reported this issue to Apple as it borders on fraud.

Frustrated

I’ve been playing this game, a lot, probably too much. The game has a tendency to glitch, a lot. When it does, it will freeze or just keep spinning and take my money. Will report an error and not give me my payout. I’ve lost a lot of chips with that, which is frustrating when I’ve paid real money for extra chips. Fun game to play. Yes you don’t invest and be prepared for the glitches. I also question the winning streaks which are always followed by a longer losing streak. I contacted customer support and that got me no answers and my chips are still gone. Fun but player beware!

Never received my invite chips

Its a great game honestly, great slots, great free games, its always a blast to play but what isnt is that i never got my reward of inviting people and having them connect to apple or facebook, my reward never showed up & always other people that i know hasnt gotten theirs either i would really like to see those rewards other than that its a 5 star game, i do hope the developers see this!!

Doesn’t payouts

There is only 1 good thing about this app and it is the Vegas points you earn. Other than that it is complete crap. No big payouts for a free app. And when you’ve spend hundreds of millions to get to some bonus you have to win a spot. Then you lose millions more trying to win a spot, your chips all are gone and, guess what, you don’t get to play in the bonus. Out of all the apps you can earn Vegas points, apps by play studios, this one is the worst. Give people a chance to have some actual fun without paying please! I’m sure this huge casino and hotel, and entertainment conglomerate already has enough money.

Please just have your game start

What a horrible experience every time your game opens or if I’m in your game and have to leave it because I get a phone call or have to check another app and I come back to it and it has to restart on me where I have to sit and wait for 30 seconds or more before actually being able to do something in your game. How many sit there while it loads and then have to watch multiple commercials/sales from you to try to get me to buy chips is just ridiculous in a horrible experience!! This one is not as bad as your other games but it’s starting to get like them please stop

You actually get real rewards!?!!!??!!

I’m very happy to say this is the first app that actually gives you real rewards just for playing. It’s crazy how good the rewards are for a mobile game. And you get point just for playing, it’s not like you have to pay but you do need some luck. Hands down an amazing free casino slots game. I’m going to save up for the $100 chips for any cruise with royal Caribbean

Glitches after a month

I enjoy playing this game alot. Its a good relaxing thing before bed. I even got my husband playing. After a month of playing and even paying for chips. There has become a problem. You can enter a casino. And start spinning and the reel just keeps going and going until it finally ends and you end up losing chips because there was an error with the spin. I have lost money by buying chips when they are wasted because the reel is not working. Have entered bonuses just for them to stop working. Very disappointing

SUPER BORING!

The games need a skip option for each games grand intro, that was boring. The game play was subpar which made it pretty boring. The games start out with a suggested bet which isn’t at all a good suggestion as you’ll just lose all your coins super fast which is also super boring. Deleted the app as soon as they hounded me for real money which was only 10-15 minutes of game play… BORING!!

Connection lost

I gave you a 2 because while it’s fun playing, just about every time I get into a tournament, you game kicks me out and won’t let you back in. You lose your seat an all your money! It always says lost connection, but my wi-fi is strong and no other games do it but this one. It’s so frustrating. AND IT JUST HAPPENED AGAIN! round 2 and kicked out 🤯

Rewards!

My wife and I went to Tunica this year and signed up for MGM rewards. I received an email from them the other day recommending this game and that you earn points to redeem for comps at MGM casinos. I’ve been playing for a few days and it works! We plan to go to Vegas next year and will be able to use these points for comps at MGM casinos! Very fun game too and lots of bonus rounds!

Disappointed

I like the games, but it’s frustrating when the more you purchase the more it takes. That has how my time has gone on here. I have bought more chips than I care to mention, and it seems like the more I spend the less I win. It would be a little more understanding if it was actual cash you we’re winning, but since this is supposed to be for fun, then how about not make you feel like your getting ripped off over and over.

Short term fun, long term waste

Downloaded a while and at first it was fun, gets you hooked by allowing you to win. Then it opens newer slots temporarily and you lose all points built up for the bonus game, then it tries to make you pay to continue playing, then it crashes for the last week after a few spins and kicks you from the server. Pointless to continue trying. Daily wheel spins hardly pay out in hopes you will pay instead. Never do you get a sense this is a game and you occasionally have the edge.

Decent time killer, otherwise extremely pointless

This app is decent if all you’re looking to do is waste time. There’s no real currency. And quite frankly, the rewards they do offer are pretty dumb. All the reward options are ones that I will never use in this lifetime. They don’t offer any reasonable, realistic, or useful rewards, what so ever. This app is only good for wasting your time. Also, how is it they have a 5.0 star rating, when I have gone through and seen plenty of negative reviews myself. For multiple reasons, I don’t trust this app at all.

Fun slots, too many animations and pop ups

Game is fun, but the animations are a big long. Every so many spins your button turns to a balloon to give money, XP, or mini game boost. It stops you from actually playing the slot machine until the balloon appears. Bonus spot wins and bonus games also have excessive animations. Almost wish you could turn off the balloon and skip animations mor.

Daily Bonus

I love the game, but have one suggestion. Instead of making the daily bonus an exact timed option from when you collected last to when you may collect again, why not make it a collect once a day no matter what time?

Just some advice, you bet low you win more. When you bet high the game takes all your coins. I stay under 100,000 otherwise I lose all my coins. Also they need to make it to where when you’re changing your bet if you accidentally tap max bet it doesn’t automatically spin. I had 29,000,000 and accidentally hit max bet and it instantly bet 25,000,000. It was frustrating & I didn’t play for months because of how mad it made me lol.

Bingo

So tired of playing bingo and one of the last bingo and I see my number called and I’m clicking 25 seconds cause it’s just came up and they say someone was 26 seconds faster and you lost your button. To late. Such a fix. I had 6 billion coins and I’m down to 20 thousand cause I had zero winning hands at 35 million a pull and they make you lose so you can buy your way back in. It is definitely fixed and hopefully they don’t hide my review. Thank you Michael M

I would give 0 stars if I could

This app is one of the worst money grab fake slots games ever. The only other that compare are the others made by the same developer. Spend real money to win fake things! Yes we all understand what fake slots are.. At least they could do is make the winning % fair.. Winning % is worst than the real Vegas it seems. At least in Vegas @ the MGM I have the illusion of winning real money. Don’t waste your time the slots aren’t any different that you can play on other apps with much better bang for the $!!!!
