It’s convenient to have this banking app, the only hard time I have is when the app goes down which isn’t very often. This has been easy to use and user friendly. It has helped me to catch an error in the past which they quickly fixed. I’m so happy I downloaded this app

This app works really good it’s easy for the most part some things are hard to fine it takes for remembering where they’re at I think there’s definitely improvement that could be done bring it more up to par with other banking apps when you’re doing self deposits of the app it should have an auto capture that way it knows for sure or you know for sure that it has what it needs I tried finding one of the banks on here that I know is in an area and I did not show up and the banks been there for a long time just minor things I think nothing major but I noticed compared to other banking apps
This app consistently shows the incorrect balance in my accounts causing me to receive overdraft charges frequently. Purchases sometimes don’t come out of the account days or even over a week after purchasing. Very disappointing that I have to be penalized and lose money because of these inaccuracies. At this point I feel that overdraft fees should be returned to me for any purchases that were made when the account was not accurate. There are also many times when I choose to make a debit transaction and it is posted as a credit transaction. If these issues don’t get resolved I will choose to bank elsewhere.
This app needs work. I check my account every other day and I use my dept card a lot. I use the app to keep track of my remaining balance. Well due to things not clearing it’s hard to understanding what’s remaining. Things from places like Walmart you would think wouldn’t need a week to clear. Not here, this issue has costed me two over charges and I don’t think thats right. With the speed of technology everything should clear from bank to bank no more then 24hrs.
I have accounts at other banks and all of the other online banking options are much better. Mid-MO’s online banking seems very antiquated/basic. The one major complaint I have is transaction notifications. They are not real-time and the daily text only says if it is a debit or credit. My other banks are immediate and indicate the amount/source. Mid Missouri’s online banking is the only disappointment. The customer service they provide far exceeds other banks!
I like it in someways, but in other ways I think the security and design is weak. Someone keeps trying to sign in per the bank, and the bank’s standard excuse is change the password or maybe my sign-on or password are just too common. If that is so, why is it only Mid MO that has this problem ? I deal with many other banks and none of them have the problem that Mid Mo has with sign-on’s or passwords. I love the people at Mid MO but they have problems with their systems
Mid-Missouri Bank staff are always friendly and helpful. They offer many products, and they will recommend the most suitable ones for your needs. They offer checking rewards, too. Outstanding app for using anywhere.
Well so far App is ok been having issues with setting up monthly payments that part is not working for the last 4 weeks Called and been at the Bank itself to try to fix the problem but still not working So for that I give only 3⭐️ For the service and bank staff 👍five ⭐️
Changing pass codes so often you can never remember the one that is current. Further, the thumb print option is nice and since it doesn’t change the app should never lock you out when it does want a new password. This has happened so much that I am changing banks, and I have been with this bank nearly 20 years. The only reason I have stayed so long are the people that work in the bank in Mt Vernon are great.
I currently use Bank of Americas mobile app and it’s seems more feature packed and is possibly more user friendly than Mid Missouris app. I’m unable to give this review three stars… that part of this questionnaire does not seem to respond. It’s little quirks like that gives me reason to delay switching over to Mid Mo…
I switched from another bank that had a much nicer app. This one works, but is a bit clunky. I have to kill it from previous use to log in with Face ID the next time. The splash screen on load doesn’t even fit on the screen of my iPhone 12 max. Also no images for deposits. Makes it hard to figure out what a deposit was from.
I recently opened an account with the bank. The customer service is fantastic. The employees are very helpful. The app is nice and allows for basic functionality. It could be much better with a better interface and layout of features.
Linda has always been very professional and courteous. My husband and I know if Linda helps us then it will be done right. We enjoy and appreciate all the help Linda at the Webb City branch of Mid Mo has done for us through out the 20 plus years of banking at MidMo!
For the most part it is fine. However, in both the app and on-line; I would like to see greater options, such as: Assigning a category to each debit and then make that searchable. This and other features would help out, especially the business accounts.
This app and its operation is fine. However the having to change the password every 3 months and when making transfers between account with in the same on the app is limited to so many per month seems ridiculous
App isn’t horrible but it’s definitely not great. It feels like a lot of other banking apps from 8 years ago which means it’s behind. On iPhone when I open the app 3/4 of the time it comes up with blank login info instead of remembering it. I discovered if I force close the app and reopen that it remembers and then uses facial recognition to get me in but it adds these steps for no reason
Love the Willard branch mid missouri -that’s the only one ive ever used and they are all above and beyond in their customer service skills and never forget my fur babies treat cuZ he thinks all drive Thru-windows are meant for him to get a treat lolololol
This app is terrible! This is the second time I’ve downloaded the app. It works for a few months then stops showing your accounts. I can’t check my balance! Like other users I’ve had purchases not show up until a week later. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone if you call to check your balance.
I have been trying to deposit a check and it keeps crashing. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I am on an iPhone. This makes me want to go back to my old bank. I use mobile deposit almost exclusively.
After using an online bank with an awesome app for years, this one leaves much to be desired. It does the basics and shows the accounts, but is not always user friendly. Hoping they will keep investing on improving the app!
App features are minimal. En example is that the app cannot provide a daily balance that is sent to email or text like my other bank does. Same with alerts; you must login to bank to see what the alert amount is alerting you about.
