I’ve been using her shampoo and conditioner for almost 1 full year!!! I am beyond satisfied and excited for my first package simply because I stressed for so long to find a good detangling shampoo and a local hairstylist in my beauty supply store told me that (Mielle) was what she used and I never heard of it until she told me but I was instantly invested because of the way that she described it! She guided me to some of (Mielle’s) products that were on the shelf at the time and there I had made my first purchase! Now that I’m running low I thought to go get more but I wanted a different scent. Something had told me to look her up and when I had seen that (Mielle) has an APP, I felt like a little girl in a candy store. I cannot wait until I receive my package! My beauty supply store doesn’t have as many of her products like they should for us sistas. The extra scents or products such as oils or exfoliating shampoos, etc! I been using MIELLE products for almost 4 years and Love it …. I had some breaking around my edges from braids. My daughter gave me a bottle of the Hawaiian Ginger hair scalp treatment spray. I use it and was very please it grew my edges back. I decide to go natural and I purchase the whole line of Hawaiian Ginger. My hair grew longer . About six month ago I decide to find my curl pattern. I purchase the whole line of Rose Mary Mint. My hair has gotten thicker and longer. I’m in Love with the Rose Mary Mint Oil. I have rings underneath my eyes. I purchase the Pomegranate & Honey Vitamin C Under Eye Gel Drops . Let me tell you it works . I know longer have dark rings. People ask me all the time .. What products do you use. I have shared this product with so many people and they are please as well. My 2 string twist out soft , shining and loss of body . Buy and you wont be disappointment.
I recently started becoming aware of all the synthetic ingredients used in most commercial brand hair products and how bad they really are for both your hair and body, that’s when I discovered Mielle and their minimal and natural ingredients! I used to hate having curly hair but recently started to embrace it, and their website taught me everything there is to know about having natural curly locks and embracing them! My hair over the past few years has also started to thin, but when I tell you their rosemary oil is the truth! I’ve been using several Mielle products for three years now. My hair usually takes forever to grow and would fall out easily in the crown area but since using these GOD sent products. I’ve been blessed to have a good strong head of hair and not bad in length either. I never use anything else. It’s worth the money all day. I had cancer and my hair broke off really bad from my treatments I heard someone talking about Mielle so I tried the pomegranate and honey shampoo and conditioner my hair came back it started growing and I got my hair texture back chemotherapy made my hair brittle and I had lost its texture but after using the pomegranate and honey shampoo and conditioner my hair started to grow and my texture came back I love Mielle products the braid spray is the bomb it’s so many more but you have to try Mielle
I’ve never been pleased with haircare products until I found Mielle haircare line. After receiving the collection I wasn’t completely sold but wanted to give it one more try so I did a hair density test to see if I could find the right product for my hair texture and the results has been amazing for my dry curly hair texture. In addition to the product is affordable through online ordering.

Website stated there would be a discount for orders made via app. Not true! No discount. To get details on shipping I am expected to download the Shop app. Why can’t this app provide that info?! I ordered product on November 26th and it is Dec 9th and I haven’t received anything. Customer service is no help. IG chat didn’t provide any helpful info. My inbox keeps getting filled with Mielle’s promo emails. Some twice a day but nothing about my order. Had to unsubscribe. This review is for the app and I guess customer service. Only reason I didn’t give just 1 star is because the product is good.
I have been using mielle products for two years now. The products are good. However, I placed an order since Nov 27, 2023 and till now I have not received my order. I have tried SEVERALLY to reach out to MIELLE via email and even messaging but every time they keep promising to check back in 24 hours or I don’t receive any response at all. Till date I have not received any response or explanation or any update on the orders. At this point, I’m not even interested in the products again. I would prefer to get back my money.
Hello Mielle Creators: I am an African-American woman with medium length curly all white hair. I can’t tell you how many nationally available curly hair products and so many more African hair tailored products I’ve unsuccessfully wasted my money on with increasing frustration and hopelessness. I accidentally discovered your hair products in yet another research trip to the African-American hair products on the shelf of my local Walmart. What a miracle and a surprise to have my white hair remain white as it curls beautifully and stays that way all day!!! My hair loves these products. There hasn’t been a product that I’ve used that I didn’t like. Everything is moisturizing and revives my hair so much!! And my two boys hair loves the products as-well. I deep condition my one of my sons hair to prevent ingrown hairs after I cut his hair. And the oils helps my younger sons scalp that is so dry as he suffers from eczema. We love all of the products !! At this point I don’t shop anywhere else for hair products!!
I have very frizzy and dry hair. One of my friends is a Mielle user, and she introduced me to the product line. As a Caucasian, I had never seen the products because they were on another aisle. That is too bad because Mielle would have made my hair manageable years ago! I am grateful to have a way to heal my scalp, get rid of dry hair, and turn my frizz into curl. I highly recommend Mielle!
Every hair and skin product I have purchased are amazing! I went natural during the Covid lockdown like many of us did and discovered the curls that have been hiding under chemical straighteners! Mielle products keep my curls moist and beautiful! I get so many compliments and I always point them to Mielle!
I have been Natural since 2018 and I’ve tried a lot of products, but ever since I discovered Mielle products I just can’t seem to get enough. I have been using Mielle products for several years now. I usually wear my hair in it’s natural state, and these products have done wonders for my hair. My favorite product is your honey and pomegranate leave-in conditioner! My daughter and I have 3A-B hair type she this is our go to. It makes our hair soft as well as works like a styling product. I also like using the Moisture RX Hawaiian Ginger styling gel, perfect hold without stickiness.

Whenever I try to open my app, it won’t open. It’s really frustrating. Especially when there’s a special sale going on. At first I thought it was because so many people were using the app at that time but it doesn’t open even on a regular basis. So therefore, when I have to purchase more product, I have to go in the store or online. The app doesn’t help me at all!

There is nowhere to apply discount codes at checkout, my bag kept going to 0 and then glitching back up to the correct number of items, you can’t use reward points or get an explanation of how to use them. I love these products. My favorite products are the Seamoss and the Hawaiian Ginger. The Hawaiian Ginger Mist works miracle especially when I have my hair braided. It helps a lot with dryness and itchiness.
