This app is awful. I keep telling myself I’ll stick with a small bank like first community but they just can’t keep up in todays online world. Very unfortunate that they can’t keep a simple app working correctly.
This is the third time that my mobile deposit has been declined (3 separate checks over the time I’ve been with FCB). It’s odd to require all that information on the back of a check, rather than “For online deposit only at First Community Bank”. The system is not really user friendly and when I tried to look up my checking account number on my mobile app, I could not find the full checking acct number. I love First Community Bank and would recommend that they mimic some of the more established banks’ online/mobile apps.
I have been with First Community Bank now for over 5 years and they have always been very helpful with all my banking needs and I would recommend to anyone they should give these guys their business! Thanks First Community Bank.

I’ve used this app for several years now, and never had a problem with it. It’s easy to use, does what it’s supposed to do, and always works. I would recommend it to anyone.
It won’t allow me to use my zelle on it ! And so many other features ! I will tell everyone not to bank with them ! They need to work on upgrade first 😡👎
It needs the ability to send NOTIFICATIONS when money is deposited OR withdrawn from the account & it needs the ability to show PENDING transactions!!!!
I have tried deleting and reinstalling! This app locks up a lot! Frustrating not to be able to see all the information on account loans as well! On other banking apps you can see your loan details such as payment amount, interest, term rate, renewal date! This app is a bare minimum app!
Very abysmal app. Face ID has never worked to login. My statement is delayed instead of showing me as soon as I buy something. Among many other reasons, but they either need to get better or just stop the online app all together because it’s inconvenient having to use it.
I’ll delete it and then redownload it and it’ll allow me to log in for a while but then it’ll do it again. I have the user and password saved in my “wallet” so it should work every time I select it. But it doesn’t.
Every time I try and log in it tells me my password is invalid??? I know it’s the right one! Because it’s worked before. I mainly use the Touch ID but I have the password in case it doesn’t work. I’ve tried deleting it and downloading it again but it does the same thing!
Doesn’t support face recognition. Errors out with face recognition, turns off Touch ID. Manual log in only if you have an iPhone 10. Better off keeping your primary account as Capital One and only use FCB for occasional stuff.
App will show the splash page then close. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue occurs. Can't use functions the app has that's not available online.
I love the app but sometimes when you open it you can't do anything. Like its froze. Never noticed it before they added bill pay. But love that I can do that from my mobile now.
Recent updates now prevent app from opening on cellular data. It only opens if there’s a wifi connection. What’s the point of having a phone app that only works with WiFi? When it used to work with data it kicked me out of Zelle for some reason. Also it had continuous security checks even with Face ID, username and password! Such a frustrating app. I’m considering switching banks for this reason alone.
