This app NEVER works the way it should anymore. It doesn’t update when it should to let me know how much I have to keep from overdrawing from my funds. Because of this I’ve gone into overdraft twice. I tried calling and going automated but when I put in my account number, it tells me my account doesn’t even exist which clearly it does. There’s always something going on with this app and I hate it. Everything would be fine if it actually worked. But it doesn’t EVER. Don’t count on being able to monitor your money whenever you need to. It’s horrible. The Credit Union itself is great but the app and phone services are garbage. IT needs to tighten up.
I like the convenience of the app except for when it doesn’t works. Sometimes it says it can’t process a check deposit. Lately it’s been saying it can’t deposit because the checks aren’t endorse even tho I’ve signed the back of the check. I get a lot of checks so this is terribly inconvenient for me.
Banking has been good with Sharonview but the mobile app is glitchy. It does not alway sync with updated financials and when making a deposit, the app freezes and tells you to rotate the device. I have had to delete this app and reinstall it on several occasions just to make a deposit.
I use this app and the iPad app for all of my financial needs on the go. The money management tool is really the star for me. I even have my credit cards, student loans, and investments connected. My only suggestion is to add some strong charts and graphs for investment and loans. Then I would get rid of Quicken.

To me, I will not encourage anyone to do business with Sharonview The NSF fee alone will force you to stop banking with them. Especially if they know you don't have money. I spoke to them based on my NSF fee they claim they will call you but never did. I don't think my generation will even bank with them. I felt there is banking discrimination. Thanks
I’ve had it 2 years. Certain times of the night (3rd shifter) the app Doesn’t function properly as far as transferring money and seeing credit card balance at first I thought it was my phone but it wasn’t.
