Not winning

Played up to 12,000,000 for a while then started losing to the point I had to buy coins. I was constantly losing with very few bonus’s with low wins. Now I have to buy coins in order to play . Wondering if anyone else has this problem I too have the same problem and it’s frustrating. What you wrote is exactly what happens to me

Exactly like the website

App is exactly like the website. Needs notifications for new promos and alerts. App just has numbers on the icon to show unread notification but they will not show up in notification center. App is stable.

Like the games, but wish it was a little more generous with the winnings. When you get a new game for a few days, they are pretty generous, but afterwards they get a little tight. But all in all, love to play!!!

Would be A 5 if I get my chips back

I love playing I play all the time, however I just purchased Tokens for 9.99 and was playing for awhile got down to 80,000 the. Got a bonus and won over 700,000! Logged back on and the chips are gone I wouldn't care if I didn't pay for them but I paid for them I want a refund or my chips back

Games are authentic. Lots of fun. Realistic grind to gain levels. Invite friends and gain credits. Do not create fake emails either--you will feel like you are waiting in line at the ATM at the casino. You know what I mean...

Not well integrated

This app is not very useful when trying to make reservations while logged in as a rewards member. You can log in, but it loses track of that when trying to make reservations. It just seems to be not very well integrated with the full website. You're better off just requesting the full website from your smartphone.

Poor app

I received a promotion from the casino to stay at the hotel. However, the app and website will not allow me to login. I can not take advantage of the promotion if I am unable to login in. Not very helpful.
