Fixed the Impossible
We have been in business for five years. We use QuickBooks online for our account processing. It does not have a good place to keep track of all the other components of a business. We need to be able to communicate with other staff and with customers. We need to have a history and something where we can keep track of all of the different happenings in our business. We tried a number of different programs and this app was probably the 25th try. Once we signed in and processed the first couple of transactions, we knew this was it. We are a diesel repair shop and the things that we need to document just were not working on the other programs. I cannot believe that large companies like McDonald’s uses a program like this and it still works for somebody like us. This was the best research and investment we have ever made in this business so far. I keep track of commission, repairs, photos, website activity, employee vacation, and everything else you can possibly think of. There are so many templates I do not even have to think about how to create a board that tracks and maintains all of our needs. Unlimited storage and the ability to download the information was a huge bonus for us and I cannot even fathom what we would do without it now.

Amazing
Weather it’s an ap, a video game, your 6th gen performance car they all share one thing in common. Developers, design engineers and marketing experts do one thing extremely well: ignore feedback from their customers. Monday has changed that. They have taken all of the times we said “If it could only do____” from every segment of the business world and rolled it into an ap. Somehow keeping it simple and easy to learn. There are templates for any imaginable niche. The “if this happens do _____” templates are a holy grail. The ability to quickly and efficiently switch between board layouts is even better. If you are not using Monday to track your business one of your competitors is and they are way ahead of the game. Scheduling a demo is quick, their customer support team is top notch and are always available. I encourage anyone not using this ap to schedule a demo. It won’t take you long to make the switch to Monday.

Frustrating pricing plan for small business
The tools are good, but their plans and pricing are super frustrating (and even misleading) for a very small business. We are just a team of two full-timers. perfect for Monday’s basic plan, except for our work we need to use the Gant and timeline views, which is only offered at the standard pay plan. Great, no problem! We are happy to pay for that plan. on their pricing page, they advertise it as $10 per seat per month. We did the trial, tested the product, but then as I was signing up for the full plan, I realized they had a minimum of three seats on a plan, which means we had to pay 30% more every month for a seat we don’t need. nowhere on the pricing page does it say there is a minimum number of seats required for the plan. unlike Asana and Clickup, which allow you to customize your plan based on the exact number of members you need, Monday forces you to fall into different tiers of seats, so you may have to pay for more than you need. after speaking with customer service about this, they were not willing to budge. I totally get that this may sound petty to some, but for a very small start up, this additional expense can mean a lot. Especially when there are competitors that offer a similar product for less. anyways, super disappointed in Monday in both how they represent their plans as well as what their actual policy is on this.

Great for personal use too!
I fully recommend this to everyone for business and personal use!! I use this in an unconventional way-to track house projects in our 1976 fixer and this app is EVERYTHING! I can easily track contacts, purchases, stuff to fix, important dates. My husband and I can see what the other is working on on any given day. And my to do list automatically generates for today, tomorrow, this week and next. It’s so amazing for staying organized I’m thinking of creating more for other parts of our lives. It’s seamless to use, attractive, and an absolute joy. With a new baby I was drowning in projects, now we are staying on track, spending less time wasted on remembering what to do or making lists and spending more time being productive and relaxing with each other. Thank you, Monday creators for giving us back our family time!

Needs more parity with web
The app is pretty easy to use and runs fairly well. I ran into some weird idiosyncrasies, for example I made a board on the app, deleted it, and made another board with the same name on the web. The app seemed confused and kept trying to open the deleted board until I closed the app and reopened it. The bigger issue for me is that there is a strange gap in parity between the app and the website for things that seem silly. For example: you can’t hide a column on the app, you can only “collapse” it. You can not use the app to edit automations as far as I can see, you are also more limited in what customizations you can make to views you add. For instance I added a Kanban view to my board in the app and I had to open the web version in order to change which column was being used to determine categories. Overall, the app is a good performing experience, but I wish it had more capability to make it realistic for me to work on boards from my phone and iPad.

Transformed my business, changed my life
This app is AMAZING. I use it for every aspect of my business, it is the best thing that has ever happened to me in my professional life! I only wish I had this sooner. All the things I felt was impossible to juggle and keep track of, is now not only possible, but easy and fun. This app is addicting, I LOVE IT! And all my employees love it too!! It’s like a social media community just for my business & centered around productivity. It’s amazing, I can’t say it enough. They are also constantly adding new features and improvements, this app will never be stale or out of date, the developers are not only attentive but also so innovative staying ahead of the game, releasing new features of the exact things I was about to request for. It’s like they read our minds of our business’s needs. UGHHH I LOVE THEM.

Such an amazing app for just to costly
This application is amazing... What I love most about it is the functionality and the ability to move smoothly step by step until the project is completed. It helps to organize thoughts and task and leaves room for improvement!!! Amazing !!!! but the downside is that the application is costly if you are self employed or just starting a business the monthly subscription is extremely pricey. Such an app could benefit more by dropping the price making easier for freelancers and collaborate artist to join. No application should cost more than an avg phone bill of $50 especially for a month to month subscription. I don't want to sound cheap but for a business trying to get started a monthly payment of more than $30 for an application just isn't feasible. But overall the application is amazing again and will continue to use. Hopefully the prices near future can be adjusted

Pretty Horrible UX
The app on the web is far superior than its mobile counter part. The designers of this app did not take into account an actual mobile UX. It feels like they ported the functionality over without any guidance from a seasoned UX designer. I wish there were not only iPhone but iPad versions of this app that truly feel like they were made for mobile and not just a weak attempt at making things function. Specifically having everything separated in tabs is pretty terrible. There should be a home view that takes into account when your on such a small screen you want the ability to centrally access lists, inbox and notifications. There should be some thought put into taking the function of Monday and adapting it for someone to use with their thumb. I imagine that this product was developed for web with mobile as an after thought. Seems a bit odd with the rest of the world going mobile first or even mobile only. iPad OS is around the corner, you guys better seriously consider starting over on the mobile front.

Simple and straightforward
Love the ability to use the app on my phone with little to no “showy” features to get distracted from what I’m doing. I like the simplicity compared to other project management apps. The ability to search and to create your own color coded statuses are my favorite feature. My only issue is that I use this for my own personal life and wish there was a more affordable version available for a single person. The current price is pretty high for someone who doesn’t use this for business purposes (everyone uses subscription model now and they add up considerably for the average person). I’ll probably stick to google keep since it works well enough, but would prefer to use this app if it becomes more affordable in the future

Great production tool
Great app for construction field. I use this to plan sections of projects and keep up with billing. I use it to keep up with change orders, materials orders, and current work. Some upgrades that would be beneficial for mobile is the ability to list all groups on the same page so I can scroll down and see ALL pulses on one screen rather than swipe to the side. However, I would like to be able to choose between the current presentation and the “view all on one page”. Sometimes I need a concise project view but other times I would like a quick full overview of projects. Also would like to see the ability to attach pictures to pulses! That would make me able to use this for collaborative tool with superintendents to communicate change orders and track RFI’s Great app for now though and GREATLY improves my production and customer relations.

Love the web version Mobile Version needs work for sure
My productivity increased so much within hours of using this program. I absolutely feel this is the best one out there, yes it’s simple to use and not a lot of bells and whistles but I would rather have a quick and easy way to jot down what I need to do and handle things the way I work instead of wasting time filling in my CRM so I can actually do the work my clients need in a timely manner. My favorite thing about this CRM is that I can customize it to my design thought process and break my clients into groups by current projects, retainer clients, maintenance clients etc. The mobile app would be better if you can see all your groups down the page instead of having to scroll across the page to select one and if you can add items to the info box from the mobile app it would be perfect.

Changed the way I manage my team!!
I originally never wanted to buy Monday because of the frequency and intensity with which they shoved ads in my face. My business is growing and I needed a more effective way to manage projects, so I eventually checked out Monday along with various other options and decided to give it a try. The app (both browser and mobile) is fantastic and everything is very intuitive, with lots of useful automations. It integrates with Slack, which is pretty cool - we can see our progress marked in our chat channels as we communicate about our projects. I would highly recommend Monday over other project management systems, and I have used many of them in the last decade.

Unintuitive, cluttered app, fire your UX team
Inside of "items" your app is calling rows "columns." The part where you see the column names are cut off with "..." When you have an item with an author column, the word author is CUT OFF and all you see is "Aut..." This might be understandable if it were the collapse column but no, this is the default. There is no option to adjust column width and it doesn't autofit or use symbols in place of text that doesn't fit. Why is the "Write an update" hidden into items while you use a floating button for adding other items? Why is the "Dashboard" button completely useless? If you're removing a feature, just remove it all. Don't leave a useless button behind. Your app needs to use separate tabs or ANYTHING instead of trying to show everything in one home-screen in a cluttered mess with a poor attempt of using scrolling elements. God help your company because your UX team is terrible and UX is everything for an app.

Very cluttered/confusing UX
There may be benefits to the structure of this app but it feels very over complicated to me. It’s a lot like a big excel sheet with with more icons and colors. I really wish they would consolidate the Updates/Files/activity log/info boxes/item card tabs all into one view so things are easier to track. I also don’t understand why subtasks don’t show next to the task unless you are looking at the grid of all tasks within its board. Searching is also very tough to use reliably unless you look within specific boards. My company used to use Asana and it was much simpler to the point that I would use it for my personal freelance work and scheduling. I think it lacks certain analytics that Monday does have, but for simple task tracking, Monday falls short. Also, naming an app after a day of the week, when a key function of the app is organizing dates, makes no sense to me and adds so much unnecessary confusion.

Would be 5 star if mobile better
I love the layout. I have my lists set up to have urgency ratings and a notes section to put next steps. Great tool for collaborating. My major complaint is the mobile experience isn’t great. I’m someone who works from a home office, so I don’t spend all day in front of my computer. The mobile app is the same as the desktop view, meaning for each task I have to scroll to the right a lot to see everything. It feels like using the desktop version of a site on mobile. It’s doable, but not as convenient as I like. I’ve used Trello for years, and have transitioned to Monday for the functionality that I described above, but the thing I miss the most about Trello is the better mobile app experience.

Solves a lot of problems
My company started using Monday in November of 2019 and it has helped us grow from a disorganized group of creative and hardworking folks trying to run a business to a larger, more organized team that is learning how to develop systems and better communicate with one another. It’s effectively solved many aspects of our business’ operations for both left-brained and right-brained types. The only part of Monday that I really have a hard time with is the very limited mobile functionality. That is one of the main complaints I hear from my team as many work from job sites and not at a computer. If Monday could make the user interface more user-friendly for on the go workers it’d be amazing!

Generally great but….
There’s a lot of bugs that have yet to be fixed and some that are starting to happen as I type this message. Whenever I try to copy/paste task lists, it doesn’t always include the actual tasks so I have to redo it. The colors also glitch often and don’t show as the assigned one checked off. For example, “stuck” is red and “done” is green. When my employees check off “done” it’ll show as red and can be confusing as we’re in a quick-paced work environment and they sometimes just glance at the list to see what needs to be done. The new issue that’s developed today, is that my sub items have quite literally disappeared from the lists. It’s pretty inconvenient having to constantly edit the lists honestly

Keeps checking off the boxes of things I hoped for software to do!
We’ve been using the software for about one month so far. I have been looking for a software program that would do several different things at different levels of the construction process. This software keeps checking off the boxes of things I wanted to be able to do. It has been very user-friendly. And the staff have been able to pick it up quickly. I still have much to learn with it and what it can do but so far it’s been very helpful.

5 Stars, but...
I have recently added several iPad PROs throughout our warehouse for different production areas which has greatly increased our ability to communicate. That’s the good part. The problem is the boards don’t show updated information when coming back in from the locked screen. We have to back out of the board and re-enter to see up to date tasks. You can see how this is a problem when you need production teams to always see the most up to date information. I have also noticed throughout the day the ipad boards are not showing up to date information for some reason. The boards, when using the app, need to sync up, in all potential scenarios. I hope this is fixed soon as this is really a great program, but this is a serious flaw.

Interface and My Inbox are incredibly lacking
Monday is a great tool, with some great abilities to manage workflow and offers some great board templates. However the UX and Interface of both the web app and mobile app are lacking as it’s too broken up and not easily visually accessible unless you really optimize view columns. I hate the sub task view structure. The mobile app almost feels like a reskinned and more robust excel sheet. Migrating over from Asana as an organization made sense, but now dealing with the lack of in platform notifications, and “my inbox” feature many of us are not able to view tasks that have been “assigned to me”. Which is really becoming a problem. Apple is to Microsoft in comparison Asana is to Monday...not sexy and not new user friendly. 🥴

Great! But, they pretty much priced themselves to Enterprise only...
What can I say..? At first I was pretty impressed by the app, both on my iMac as well as the iPhone. The plethora of functionality is amazing. It would have become my best ally in bringing the several projects I’m involved in/responsible for together in a coherent and well organized way. But..., it ends up there isn’t any free option. And I get it. I work in IT as well and I expect to be paid for doing my job, but they could very much have priced themselves more realistically with an individual subscription of around $5 a month. I’d definitely pay that. But with their current prices, there is no way the app is worth it for me. Overall, 5 stars. Price point, insanely expensive, hence useless to me. Grand total: 3 stars.

Great App...Please update on Mobile 🙏👊🙂
I like the functionality behind this app, but it is somewhat clumsy for mobile formats. Would be cool if it could be used in a list type format on mobile. I would love to have to option to see all my lists under a certain board on one screen. Switching between different ones. The setup on the desktop is fine and allows this function, but there doesn’t seem to be that option for mobile. Also, would love to the automation for a owner of a pulse to to have that pulse be synced with an alternate list. (For instance, when assigning a task in one group, that pulse appear in a general to do list and can marked done on both simultaneously.)

BIG POTENTIAL!!!!
I have downloaded this app to bring myself into the 21st century. I tried the weekly planners and sticky notes everywhere to keep track of everything but that was not working. My phone is the only thing that I have on my consistently. This means that at anytime I can see what I have to do or what is done. I also don’t have to call everyone to get updates. So so nice. The only problem that I am having right now that is almost unbearable is the lag time. I have the new XS Max and when I got to type it takes a little bit of time to register what I have clicked on. This really throws off that typing groove you get in on your phone. Once that gets fixed I will be able to better access everything else.

Monday for everything
I love Monday! I tell everyone about it. It is so fun and easy to use. It can replace salesforce in some cases and you can easily configure and reconfigure it yourself without it being a whole project. But then also everyone in the company can use Monday in their own way. I don’t think I will ever use excel or other sheets again. I’ve spent very little time learning about all it can do - it’s so intuitive you can just start up without any tutorials - but I am looking forward to learning even more ways to use it.

Not what I expected
The whole idea with the app is to be able to manage work from the phone. However, many of Monday’s functionalities just don’t work in the app. For instance, it doesn’t get updated right away on changes made on the desktop. If you are operating from a board, you will not be able to access the items’ updates or cards. This just means the functionality offered by Monday really just goes half way. I have spent so much time having to reload multiple times and lost work that I had to redo. Monday has great feature ideas but sometimes fails in the execution. I am hoping it develops and removes these limitations sooner than later in order to realize its full potential.

Five star for the trial, not worth full price
I actually like this a lot, I've looked through every major project management app and this is the most intuitive. That being said, the cost to value is seriously out of whack. To the point where you're paying $30/month for an overrated spreadsheet, they throttle the sharing, simple filtering, and other seemingly basic features to upgraded $40+ accounts. Their UI on the desktop app is fairly buggy, but the iPhone app is great while the free trial lasts. Will hold a basic monthly account until a better option is found. I understand developing is costly, but with rebranding you would think there would be a better cost evaluation. This is a five star app for the trial run, but not worth it's full featured price.

Mobile app is awful!!!
I have been using this app since it was called the pulse, and the mobile app portion of it has never worked properly and with each update that they keep doing it seems to get worse. My different jobs will jump all over the board randomly both on the app on the phone and on the office computers. Lately, the app is making it to where when I click on one job another job will open and I can’t get to the one I was trying to get to without swiping left or right and sometimes I cannot get to that job. Period. Also, there are hyperlinks for phone numbers don’t work anymore only for emails, so every time I need to call a client I have to stop copy and paste the phone number which is extremely inconvenient.

Cleaning Business
My wife and I have been using Monday for quite awhile to keep our to-do lists for our residential cleaning business (Dust in Time Housekeeping) organized and it’s been absolutely beautiful. We are very thrilled and thankful for how easy and useful it’s been for us. You can clearly and objectively assign tasks to whoever and there’s no second guessing who’s supposed to be doing it. You can use it for your business/professional goals and personal as well. I’d 100% recommend it for anyone! You won’t regret it.

Great for CRM
I like this app a lot. I was recently tasked with finding a CRM application that met my company’s needs. After a 14 day trial with this applications and others, I felt this one had the most capabilities and features that would replace excel as our CRM tracker. They gave me 7 extra free trial days which I really appreciated, but our vp asked me if I could maybe get 7 more to get 14 extra days so that they could use the application after the demo I gave them. Hopefully they say yes, but all in all it’s a good app and so is the computer one. I recommend and the support is helpful and nice as wel

Mobile is different than desktop
The biggest challenge I’ve had with the app is how far behind the mobile app is with the desktop. When I plan something on my desktop and then am out in the field with the mobile app, it doesn’t show up. There are so many features that are unavailable in the mobile that it’s practically unusable for my team. Pretty rough when I’m spending $1000/year on it. When I talk to support, all they say is it’s not ready and they’re team is working really hard to get it done, but wouldn’t give me any deadlines or any specifics. Kinda frustrating. Good app otherwise.

It rarely works
The app functionality is not as good as the desktop version. Most days I just get a white screen when I open the app, with greyed out areas where content should be. Other days it shows the dashboard menus but they can’t be clicked. And yet other days the features will suddenly stop working. Just like the desktop version, there is always an issue with the time tracking widget, but it’s harder to refresh on the app (on the desktop version, the issue normally rights itself a few seconds after hitting the refresh button. Sometimes it has to be refreshed more than once though) I keep trying the app though, because I really appreciate the desktop functionality.

The best ADHD app - a review from an actual adhder
This is the only app that has ever been able to help me keep track of my schedule, random ideas, projects, chores and more. It’s really beautiful ui on mobile and desktop site. The plethora or ingratiation apps is great for email reminders and updates. My wife and started using this to organise all of our house, and her etsy store. Chores, bills, projects, wish lists, expenses, braindump and more have been so much easier for me to keep track off. We have an expense report for when we want to buy things. I keep track of all my meds with status and upgrade tabs. The comment tab in like it’s own forum thread, you can copy images fonts, hyperlinks, and my favourite is that you can copy whole html scripted pages into the page. Turns out all I needed to organise my brain was a app that is made to organise businesses.

I can’t express how much this helps me keep my goals organized & make sure I achieve them ! I use this for personal & family goals. I didn’t know I was going to love this app THIS much. Its better than anything I tried . I like Notion but it’s way too much that goes into it. This is way more simple and I like the fact that you can add the tasks to your calendar. Also you can see which tasks to do organized for each day. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend for busy people, family’s or goal achievers

Nice app
We used this to organize our efforts making face shields for doctors during the peek of the ppe shortage. It worked great and was very helpful. It’s basically a spreadsheet program which was great for us because we all basically live on spreadsheet. The ability to assign privileges was not very intuitive but it worked great once we figured it out and the ability to see the change log was helpful when we had someone decide it was a good idea to delete our data. Overall a great program. I would highly recommend it.

I love the color coordination, the ease and customizable features of each board. it makes juggling 50+ projects in flight, across 25+ contractors so much more efficient than any other platform (and we’ve tried several others before committing to Monday). Plus, they’re always working to develop better user-experience, by actually looking at our requests and feedback on the fb group page! So thankful! Never have i loved the name Monday more. Simple to use resource calendar
For years I’ve been looking and trying dozens of programs to help me schedule my resources. All of them are quite complex and for one reason or another end up not having a feature I was looking for. Finally one that’s customizable right down to simplicity. Best of all I can give “viewing” access to all my employees so they can get a glimpse of what’s coming up on their mobile devices for free and to boot they can be notified when they’re on the schedule. Yeah! Oh, BTW it integrates with Slack, another must have.

Scam Alert Dave Your Time!
This company as well as Asana both trick buyers into thinking their product price is inline with what one would think the price is. However, at checkout you will be charged for 5 seats (5 people/users) that can only be lowered to 2 later. So you pay for two users even though there are more one person companies than there are large companies by a huge margin. I absolutely hate this trickery. If your product is do good you can charge for one seat and as we grow we will gladly add users as we hire them. Monday is even worse with confusing “whats included” stuff that makes no sense! I just went back to using google sheets. It’s free and does 90% the same thing once you get it lined out.

Don’t buy
Misleading in free version, doesn’t say it has limitations for everything (200 limit). App is not syncing, if you enter something on desktop, you need to exit the app and enter again so you can see changes, this is on iPhone 13 pro max, on iPhone tablet pro, this way of sync will not work, you need to enter the category that is updated, and you need to exit the app, enter again, and if that doesn’t work, you need to repeat and it will sync. The idea is good, but they misled and they don’t provide enough info nor about the free version nor about the paid version. Not reliable enough and not worth paying for it with these problems.

Stream lining project management on a big colorful platform
This is the project management app I’ve been looking for! Its big colorful platform makes it easier for some of my team memebers to effortlessly navigate and access the information. Being able to customize boards that specifically meet my data needs and to let non-administrative team members and customers view projects with the “guest option” has been a huge plus. The desktop platform is well organized and their support team is so quick!

It is ok, needs work.
Generally the app functions ok. The issue I have is that you cannot edit comments / sub tasks you have added with this app. So basic functionality is missing from the app in my mind. Please add support for editing / deleting updates and sub tasks. My employer is looking at this for the team and to be honest while it seems very flexible in many ways the mobile app seems like an after thought. Mobile devices have been in widespread use for 10+ years now, this app should be better. Needs some work to make this usable on a regular basis and I will stick with a full functioning task manager for now (TickTick).

Not working for iPad :( Very Annoyed!
I use this application on literally all my devices, iPhone, MacBook, Desktop, iMac at work, etc., but every time I download the app on my iPad it seem to not load anything. If I try waiting for it to load, nothing appears. When I try and go to look at my dashboard it closes itself like I never even opened the application. I would love you be able to use the app on my iPad like I do my iPhone because then I’d be able to get all my notification on here instead of my phone, which I use for personal stuff and would rather keep it that way... It seems impossible when the application closes itself. So i guess I will just use it with safari and turn email notifications on... Cool more unnecessary emails....

Excellent tool! Especially for those who’ve never organized their work or projects in a structured way. Monday makes it super easy to get started. We have found innovative ways to use the platform and its completely changed how we work. We’ve integrated with our enterprise platform to create a seamless workspace. Easy to use, intuitive, excellent support, very responsive team, great design, very flexible, highly adaptable for different uses. It’s on the pricey side but worth it for all the features that are included.

Can I join the team
I really love this interactive collaborative project management tool. This should be used to do anything related to projects. I am using it to plan a huge annual group trip and it’s helping my committee members stay on task as well as visibility to see all that’s being done behind the scenes by all on the committee. I love that it has the social media flare with the GIFs that can be used in your communication. Projects should be fun and lively even when we are trying to accomplish a common goal. Comedy always makes things better.

5 Stars on Desktop - 2 Stars as a Mobile App
Love this program! So incredibly intuitive, great for collaborating, and very approachable pricing for small teams like mine. I was able to onboard myself onto this app and bring my team with me with about 14 days steady work and very little forum surfing. If I had to offer any critique for someone thinking about onboarding to this app... If your work is largely done or managed while on iPhone or iPad, avoid this program. In my opinion, the mobile app is far too watered down compared to the webpage. It’s borderline unusable for anything beyond simply reading tasks. When I got onto this program I was hoping for a similar experience to app like Slack, only in the sense that the mobile app, the desktop app & the webpage are identical. If you’re hoping for something like that, don’t get too ingrained in this software. Hopefully they update this as time goes on. The saving grace is that the Webapp and desktop app is stellar !

Great project and task Manager
I've been using it for the last two years and we've finally had our team utilize it to the potential. If you have a business, do yourself a favor and have someone set it up for you, otherwise you'll spent more time learning to use the software, instead of actually using it. When it comes to managing projects and tasks we've built ours to have automation and it's placed accountability on the right people

Wow!
We switched to the Monday platform a few months ago, and it is a game changer! Love the ability to label events/items; to create sub-items; updates/comments/files; as an organization, Monday has converged what we used to need multiple platforms to use, into 1. We do still use some other data tracking/organizing softwares, but with more time and knowledge, we are sure Monday is universal enough to be used for about all our needs.

Great system
Overall we love the Monday platform! It has made us so much more efficient and organized! Would hate to do without! The one thing that I wish the app had yet is the ability to have multiple views for each board instead of being locked into the default view. The calendar view would be especially useful for a field service tech to plan his day and then be able to see his schedule on the calendar from his phone throughout the day...

My experience with Monday
Monday is very helpful and easy to use, I love the app as well. I would definitely recommend it and I am giving you 5 stars. At the same time I would like to share my thoughts on things that can be improved. 1- First column is always a text type and you can’t delete it. This is the biggest minus of Monday for me. 2- I wanted to talk to the support team to help me solve issue with emails not appearing in projects. But I wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone and I left it as it is, for my business this issue is not so important. 3- If you want to have private boards you have to switch to the next level of subscription which is $80/month. Feels like that’s to much for that. Otherwise everything is great, thank you for creating this great platform! Best, June

Almost there... but not quite
The concept is great, and the desktop version meets my expectations. However this mobile app version is in definite need of some updates... the UI and UX of this app aren’t great - it won’t let me update and add to my profile, despite having connected the app to my account, the desktop version is still telling me that my set up is incomplete because I “haven’t downloaded the mobile app,” and I can’t seem to customize my push notifications - among other things. I’ll keep it downloaded in the hope that the kinks are worked out soon - because the platform is a great tool

Difficult to reach customer service
Even though the plan says that I have 24/7 customer support, I’m on day 10 of trying to fix an integration issue with dropbox. I run an immigration law practice so with frequent changes in law, I need prompt responses from a software creator. I have contacted Monday 5 times through emails requesting a simple phone call, yet they continue to email back and forth and do not provide a phone number to speak with a live person. If you’re not a tech saavy person and will need any kind of customer support, I do not recommend this program. You will be stuck in an endless cycle of emails when something can easily be resolved with a phone call.
