I am regularly getting notifications of “technical difficulties” when trying to sign in to the app. Whether I use a password or Face ID, 50% of the time (at least) I’m getting a warning for technical difficulties which is not ideal when trying to look at my accounts
So many issues with login using Face ID and the site seems to be down more than it should be. I keep having to turn face us back on after getting the message there were problems logging on. No other apps that use Face ID seem to have this problem.
I love the Montgomery Bank app when it works. I often have glitches and have to try to get in several times before it works. Also wish mobile deposits are all free. Most of my friends have unlimited mobile deposits.
I don’t like how even though I’m logged into my mobile account that I have to re-enter my password in order to transfer funds between accounts. Too many redundancies.
Can not get the update to load I press the button but nothing happens. What can you not do auto update or design a app that works and does not need a update. I will keep trying to load it. It usually works after 3or 4 tries
I'm very happy with this app! They have recently really improved it and I find it super easy to use. One of my favorite things is the new Touch ID feature.. it makes it so easy to access my account. Everything is very simplified with it. I've never used any other banking apps but this one is very nice.
This is literally the greatest thing to happen to the greatest bank!!! No problems or glitches. Looks good an works great. Thank you so much!!! While the website was sufficient on my smartphone, this is SO much easier and faster. Well done!!!
So glad the app is here. Everything is great and now I can check my qualifying debits on my phone. I only wish it had a deposit function so I can deposit checks from my phone. That would really help since there are so few physical bank locations
