Step it up

The mobile app shuts down frequently in the middle of a transaction causing me to sign in frequently. That is very inconvenient

Great when it works, extremely glitchy otherwise

I am regularly getting notifications of “technical difficulties” when trying to sign in to the app. Whether I use a password or Face ID, 50% of the time (at least) I’m getting a warning for technical difficulties which is not ideal when trying to look at my accounts

It’s great when it works

So many issues with login using Face ID and the site seems to be down more than it should be. I keep having to turn face us back on after getting the message there were problems logging on. No other apps that use Face ID seem to have this problem.

Handy but sometimes glitchy

I love the Montgomery Bank app when it works. I often have glitches and have to try to get in several times before it works. Also wish mobile deposits are all free. Most of my friends have unlimited mobile deposits.

Deposit is so convenient

This is so easy. Doesn’t take very long to deposit your check. Than you Montgomery Bank!!

Password

I don’t like how even though I’m logged into my mobile account that I have to re-enter my password in order to transfer funds between accounts. Too many redundancies.

Update

Can not get the update to load I press the button but nothing happens. What can you not do auto update or design a app that works and does not need a update. I will keep trying to load it. It usually works after 3or 4 tries

Doesn’t work most of the time.

This app is very clunky when it actually works. Multiple times a week I can’t access my account.

It always locks me out of my online banking account so I can't see my balance. What is the deal??

Very happy

I'm very happy with this app! They have recently really improved it and I find it super easy to use. One of my favorite things is the new Touch ID feature.. it makes it so easy to access my account. Everything is very simplified with it. I've never used any other banking apps but this one is very nice.

Wonderful!!!

This is literally the greatest thing to happen to the greatest bank!!! No problems or glitches. Looks good an works great. Thank you so much!!! While the website was sufficient on my smartphone, this is SO much easier and faster. Well done!!!

Good but missing deposit function

So glad the app is here. Everything is great and now I can check my qualifying debits on my phone. I only wish it had a deposit function so I can deposit checks from my phone. That would really help since there are so few physical bank locations

Missing Business accounts

Great for personal accounts, but can't login to business accounts. Will update to 5 stars when possible.

Doesn't work

This app doesn't work at all since the new update iOS 7. It's useless until they update it.
