I was keyed into this app after our guild suggested we use it to better track our hours. Unfortunately, while it may be good for premium payment and bills (I like the clean interface) there doesn’t seem to be a breakdown of the hours that are being contributed on a week by week basis, labeled by employer, the way they are on the website. And since it always takes a long time for weeks worked to reflect on MPI I don’t think this app is useful for those trying to track their hours except in the most basic way.
I would love to see an update so I can see where my hours came from and track them, like on the website. Also, the app crashes constantly and it’s frustrating.
Unable to pay my premium because all the app says is that im ineligible. Now i have to get my husband to call or visit the office and pay. Waste of time.
